I moved to Arizona in the summer 2017. Searching for dentist found this place. Initial experience was awful. The company satisfied my request for compensation. My husband continued going there and told me that dentist who worked on me is no longer there, same with his assistant who I really felt uncomfortable with due to her unsteady hands. Although I liked my new dentist, thought I would give them another chance. Took me a couple years to feel comfortable going back there, and so happy I did. Both dentists Dr. Williams and Dr. Stevenson are excellent dentists. The staff are very professional too. My hygienist was superior, cleaning my gums and stains leaving my smile looking fresher than ever before. Not sure how she did that. Bottom line, anthem dentistry has improved tremendously and I am grateful for their wonderful service. Only thing that would make them perfect is if they had in office machine that made crowns instead of waiting a couple weeks. I would definitely recommend anthem dentistry in anthem off anthem way. The office staff at this place is utterly ridiculous. The hygienist was wonderful. The girl who answers the phone should be fired. Rude, incompetent and disrespectful. We chose them because of location, but It's like a used car lot. Trying to sell/exaggerate services not needed. I have filed two grievances with our insurance company And one they had to issue a refund. Definitely never going back here again. read more

Horrible experience with 3 different members of the family. My wife and adult daughter had cavities filled and are now experiencing extreme sensitivity. I on the other hand went in for a cleaning, as we had just moved to the area. While I was there, I never got my teeth cleaned but instead was told I needed 2 crowns. They were less than compassionate during the procedure, the temp crown did not fit properly and caused extreme pain for two weeks. After setting the permanent crowns, I am now no longer able to chew in the right side of my mouth. There was no follow up, even after they knew they screwed up the temp crown. I certainly need to get this fixed, but would never allow this practice to touch me again. My doctor was Amy Lawson. I should have known that getting into the dentist in less than a week was probably a sign to search elsewhere!! read more

I went there on a coupon they put out that only accepted insurance only patients. Now I see why. They maxed out my insurance by saying I had a ton of cavities that I'm not sure I really had so when I actually needed a chipped tooth fixed I couldn't get it done unless I wanted to pay over $300 myself! I've gone to the dentist every 6 months my whole life but now all of a sudden when I go to them I have a ton of cavities????!Also one of the cavities Dr. Stevenson filled was not right and I had to go back in 3 times and it STILL isn't right! I just have to live now with a pain in my lower left tooth when I eat. He messed up my tooth. While your in the chair and the girl comes in with the clip board you know your in for it. I felt they were only in it for the money so I won't be going back. read more

Best dental experience I've ever had! My first visit I let them know I had cavities and my main goal was getting them all fixed. They never tried to sell me on anything, gave me a quote for everything I needed done and let me decide the order I wanted to do everything! They didn't force me to do a cleaning first and they even let me do upper and bottom all in one visit. The last place I went I had a horrible experience and was very nervous, the whole staff at Anthem Dentistry was amazing and made me feel so comfortable. I can't say enough good things about this place! The staff is always so friendly and each of them are so skilled at what they do! I'm the person that turned 18 and didn't go to the dentist for YEARS because my parents weren't scheduling appointments for me and I was terrified!! But I came here and wake up in the mornings to go to my appointment with a smile on my face. They made me appreciate and love the dentist! I really liked the staff super friendly. Great service. I received a few cleanings and really liked the girl who provided my service she made me feel so comfortable. I paid at the time but later I got a bill and the office said my insurance wouldn't cover the Service I received, they advised I call my insurance. I did and they said it is because the office sent blurry pictures. Called anthem dentistry back and they said I'll have to speak to a manager and one would call me back. Called two times now with no call back and just got another bill. So frustrated with how they handled this. read more

Overpriced incompetent children. My consultation was a high pressure sales visit, in which I was hammered by there sales closer to choose them if I could afford it, how about instead "if I choose it" no afford it. $5000 for a root canal, no thank you, there are far better options. read more

It took forever to find a new dentist.. maybe we are picky. We had a rough experience elsewhere. But what a great find! My hubby and I have been going to them for about 18 months now. We are welcomed as soon as we walk in. And honestly, I feel like I've known them forever. They are VERY punctual (important to me) Rachel, The hygienist is thorough and friendly. We really love her work! Probably my ABSOLUTE favorite though is Ashley the office manager! She is just darling. Always on top of everything. And makes us feel like family! My husband has had quite a bit of extensive work done (from childhood injury ) and is extremely pleased with the work so far with Dr Williams. ( Almost done) I have had 2 crowns and Dr Williams had me come in for follow up adjustments to make sure they were perfect. We highly recommend this office! You won't be disappointed! read more

I needed to find a new dentist but put it off until I had some tooth pain. I called and they got me right in. The front desk staff was so welcoming and friendly. Dr. Williams was very thorough and got me right in to see an endodontist that afternoon. Unfortunately they both agreed that the tooth had to come out. Susan from the front office called and followed up with me and helped me get everything set up with Dr. Williams and he was able to schedule that in his office and it all went very smoothly. He talked through the follow up options with me and made sure I understood everything. I am so glad I called and got in to this office when I did. Dr. Williams is super fabulous. I wasn't always a fan of Anthem Dentistry, but when Dr. Williams started I have really felt a lot more comfortable. He is honest and doesn't pressure sales me with products. The reception staff, hygienists and dental assistants are always wonderful. I have had no issues with billing or paying for services that aren't covered. I called this morning (Saturday) because I was experiencing extreme pain and they squeezed me in immediately! I'm so thankful because the pain is excruciating. I also love the fact that the chairs are massage chairs. Not gonna lie, even if I have to experience some drilling I still get a 60 minute massage in the process. read more

My whole family drives from Chandler to see Dr. Williams and the assistant, Lida. You can tell that Dr. Williams truly cares about his patients and their needs first. We had a situation that happened a couple of weeks ago. My elderly father-in-law, 87 years old went to this dental practice. A filling had fallen out of a back molar. They gave him a written quote of all these procedures that needed to be done to the tune of $4080 (that is with discounts). They required half of the payment upfront and the work was to start three weeks later. I took him to my dentist and they fixed everything for $266. Beware that they charge for unnecessary dental work and are taking advantage of elderly people. I had mentioned this to a friend of mine and they quit going to this practice because of the same situation. read more

I have never really liked going to the dentist!! Even the twice yearly cleanings caused anxiety. However, I must let others know that if you're looking for a dentist , Dr. Williams, Dr.Stevenson and Dr. Rama are the BEST in Arizona!!! My family and I have been going to Anthem dentistry for over 10 years and have always had positive experiences!! These are the kind of Drs. that you want when it comes to something as important as your mouth and teeth. They have a "true" desire to give you the best and most personal dental care available!!!! They stand behind their work 100% as well!! Any issues or problems ive had were dealt with swiftly and in a professional manner! This includes both dental work and billing!! Most importantly though is their work is amazingly perfect!!! I have been grinding my teeth down for so many years that i was only gonna have some little "nubs" for teeth left, which would make it hard to chew on a nice fat ribeye!!! Dr Williams suggested that I save them while i still could by crowning them ALL!! I trust him without question so we came up with a gameplan and did it!!!! Every single tooth!! I can't say it was fun and exciting, but the finished job was simply UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Perfection at its finest!!! And they guarantee their work for 5 years as long as you have a checkup every six months to make sure everything is holding up!! Now u can actually see perfect, white and shiny teeth when i smile!! When you go for cleanings you get the same hygienist who knows you by name and also will remember any sensitive areas to avoid as they get to know you and your mouth over the years!!
