Dr. Erica is a colleague of mine (I'm a dentist too). Believe it or not - we have dental issues just like patients! We dentists often have more anxiety about going to get work done than our patients! We know what good work is and who does it. I can say that I've seen her work as a colleague and have worked with her in 3 different venues. So It was an easy decision for me to have her do a crown I had been procrastinating while working on patients of my own. She is an exceptionally skilled and experienced dentist. The staff is well trained and friendly. The environment is relaxed and I received excellent care for a challenging case. These people bribe you to write a great review with a Starbucks gift card so do not believe all thrive reviews. I went for a basic cleaning and no exaggeration I was there for 4 hours. The dentist is extremely unprofessional and come and goes, they forgot about me. She has an emotional support dog running around in the rooms. Without asking me the hygienist put the dog on my stomach and left it there for an hour. I am allergic which is besides the point. So unsanitary!!! They cracked a tooth while doing the cleaning and will not fix it or pay to have it fixed somewhere else. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! I am filing complaints with the dental board. read more

Introduced to this office through Groupon, as I was looking for an office close to me. I went on Yelp to see what people were saying and I felt assured I made a good choice. BUT, the true test was my visit! I came in for a Cleaning, X-Rays, & Exam. The office is impeccably clean, everyone in the office was super sweet and knowledgeable, and they don't try to upsell you. I was able to fill out all of documents online making Check In a breeze. And to top it all off, Dr. E. noticed that I had a sinus infection and offered to call in some prescriptions to help clear it up; I was able to cancel my doctor appointment for the next day and save a visit! Worst experience ever had in my lifetime. Not a legitimate service provider, tried to scam me. I called yesterday to book an appointment for a dental cleaning and teeth whitening, purchased Groupon and they said they have an opening on Jan 8 2025 so i asked them to confirm my appointment. The receptionist told me that they will have to put a hold on my card for a 1$ so if i cancel my appointment they will charge 75$ which i am totally aware of it since I read those instructions on their add on Groupon. She also mentioned that i will receive an email and a phone confirmation of my appointment within 15 min as soon as they charge $1 on my card. She insisted to provide card details instead of asking me to pay the $1 online. But I never received any email or phone confirmation for more than 24 hours, when tried to call several times no response. They recognized my number and then refused to answer my calls. This place is a total scam. They will take your card information and will not send you any appointment confirmation until they decide to charge you 75$ for not showing up. Luckily I took immediate steps and prevented this and stopped their scamming process. Stay away from this place and don't get scammed. I came in with a Groupon for a cleaning and examine. The moment I walked in I was greeted with such a warm inviting welcome once the Mariah came to call me back it was the same contagious energy!!!! Mariah did my exam and I was so impressed by her attention to detail and the way she thoroughly handled my cleaning, I actually thought she was the Doctor but after she referenced showing my ex rays to the doctor I realized she wasn't the Doctor Lol.... Everything from beginning to end was handled with such care and once the Doctor came in her energy and care matched her staff Canndi the beautiful lady at the front desk was kind and thorough as well explaining my treatment plan and going over options to execute our conversation led into the how long Doctor Elannan has been practicing and the history of the clinic... This is the only place my wife and I will ever go for care. The whole staff is great.

The hygienist were great, however I found the billing tech very misleading. After appointment for cleaning was told it needed to be upgraded into two deep cleaning ones. Set the two dates. When arriving for first appointment, the two 1.5 hour appointments were combined into one 2 hr. appointment, without novocaine. I was told the insurance would cover all but $325. I paid it. Once claims were processed I was told I only owed $175. Requested a refund and got the run around. Now just told they billed insurance for a third appointment, despite I never had one. She explained the insurance insist on two appoints for the procedure, so they had to bill for a third appoint. Never was this told to me 5 weeks ago at the appointment. I find this very unprofessional and will not return. read more

My wife and I went here on a groupon that clearly stated it was good for a regular TEETH CLEANING, x-rays, and exam with NO restrictions or exceptions. After the x-rays and exam I was told I needed three crowns at a cost of $2311 each. I was then told I did not qualify for the regular teeth cleaning and that it would cost me $239 for a medium teeth cleaning. My wife was told before they would do the regular teeth cleaning she would need to pay $754 for a deep cleaning. I'm 77 years old and no Dentist has ever told me I was not qualified to have my teeth cleaned. read more
