I have had nothing but fantastic service from the office. I am 5 months out from full arch implants and still very happy with my new smile and the ability to eat normally again. Honestly, my Dentist and hygienist are great. Five stars for their professionalism and quality work. Their appointment booking system really upset me today. I had booked an appointment months in advance. Because the hours changed, my previously booked appointment was no longer available. Shame on me for not rebooking earlier. I never received an email but I (maybe?) vaguely remember a text at some point. I called 9/27 to verify my appointment for 9/28 and I was told it was cancelled due to the change in hours. Totally fine. I asked to reschedule. The person over the phone said "There's still an available slot for 2p." To which I replied, "That's perfect." And thus concluded our conversation. Fast forward to today, 9/28, and I arrive 10 minutes before my appointment only to be told that it was scheduled for tomorrow 9/29. I drive almost an hour to get to my appointment because I like the clinical staff, (and I don't feel like I'm being judged for my teeth). I also work 12 hour night shifts and have to actively work my schedule around appointments to ensure I'm getting ample sleep and can drive safely. But text alerts or even emails confirming times and dates would be greatly appreciated. Whatever miscommunication was had during our conversation today could have easily been mitigated by a confirmatory email/text. read more

Smile Design is a wonderful dentistry practice in every way! Scheduling and billing with the people at the front office was easy and upfront. They were kind and courteous. They were in network with my insurance, and there were no surprises with my copay/bill. My cleaning and X-rays were the best with some very interesting new technology. I also needed cavities filled and have had issues in the past with the novocaine medication not working. They listened to my concerns, put me at ease and took care of my cavities without any pain at all. They are amazing and also have 2 massage chairs in their waiting room. :) I would highly recommend this dental office! read more

Great dentist and hygienist, unfortunately terrible billing process. I paid before leaving the office my part based on what I learned later was an estimated cost. A month later I received a letter stating I had 10 days before being reported to collection agency due to a 23.40 balance. I attempted to pay using the url provided but unfortunately it took me the website but no place to actually I called the number provided on the document, it went straight to a voicemail box, I did not receive a call back. On the third day I made a second call with no call back. I then googled for the office number called and received a call back. I explained to the employee all that was happening and expressed to her I was frustrated and would like to put in a formal complaint. The employee did not acknowledge what I was saying and only wanted defend the process. I explained to her that I wasn't looking for it to be explained away, I just want to file a formal complaint, she ignored me and proceeded with the call. It wasn't until I requested to speak with a office manager that she began to acknowledge what I was saying and state that she will file a complaint. With interactions like these I fear that good customer service is dead. In this interaction I only sought to be heard and for the practice to perhaps think about how they do business and the impact it may have on their patients/customers. read more

Let me this... Dr Imeni and his staff are super excellent. He is up on the lastest procedures and has state of the art equipment, and prices are great. I was scheduled for a dental Implant today, for over a week I was worried about the whole procedure. Well today was the day and Dr. Imeni and staff were calming. Before I knew it, I was in the chair numbed up, sterile field, and prefect. No pain, no blood, no discomfort the post was inserted into my upper gum. That it I asked? Yes they replied, it was quicker than having a tooth filled. If need need any dental work, come here, you will be taken care of in a very professional way. Also let me say this, they explain EVERYTHING to you before, and give you a complete work up plan for your teeth. A hidden gem they are.!!! Highly recommended!!!! read more

I want to thank Smile Design for the professional manner and how they handled a difficult situation in regards of my daughter. They took my daughter and performed x-rays and a cleaning and addressed all the current and future issues that she will face with her teeth. My daughter was nervous about the dentist appointment but she left happy and with a brighter smile. She was excited about future visits but unfortunately she had to relocate due to difficult circumstances. If your looking for a dentist I highly recommend this place. read more

Dr iremi took my mom in as an emergency and has very nice we don't have dental insurance so it's a bit pricey the staff is fairly accommodating. And he is honest about what's wrong they offer a lot of services I recommend read more

Dr. Gadol and her staff are fantastic--easily the best dentist I have been to (I have been to many). They do excellent work, answer questions completely and thoughtfully, and have never recommended anything unnecessarily. I trust Dr. Gadol completely. I get very excited about seeing the dentist when I know that I am going to be getting the kind of care that I have been getting at Smile Design. Dr. Imeni is the nicest guy you would ever want to meet and his utilization of cutting edge technology, surgical skill, and his dedication to prosthodontic/cosmetic dentistry is unmatched by any dentist I have seen in the last 50 years. The office staff, headed up by the ever resourceful solution finder Jordan, are very pleasant and down to earth while at the same time quite remarkable in their ability to manage all of your scheduling, billing and insurance concerns. They promptly bring you in at the time of your appointment so I try to get there early in order that I might spend some time in the waiting room massage chairs which soothe and relax your body from your glutes all the way up to the base of your skull. If you are the kind of person who gets a bit tense about going to the dentist the massage chairs are one way in which, I believe, they have thought of to make you feel more at ease. Once you get in the dentist chair, (which is quite comfortable I might add), whether you're there for a cleaning, a checkup or something more involved, you can choose relaxing music and/or you can watch something visually pleasing on the large TV screen mounted on the ceiling above your head. And just wait until you meet the hygienist Alicia; she is cute, funny and has got her skill down to a science. She is so gentle that I nearly fell asleep while she cleaned, flossed and brushed my teeth. I believe that both she and Dr. Imeni were born with gentle hands genes. What is really good about Smile Design is that if you have in any way neglected or have somehow lost the great smile you were born with Dr. Imeni and his team will make it so much better and you won't even feel a thing.
