Hesitant coming here because of the reviews but I was dying for a turkey burger. I ordered online and came to pick it up and it wasn't ready which was fine I didn't mind waiting. I was so happy to so so many options for different types of burgers! Not a lot of places have a turkey burger option. The mushroom Swiss turkey burger is awesome! Normally turkey burgers are dry but this one was perfect! I also ordered the crispy Brussel sprouts and they were INCREDIBLE!!

Unfortunately I was a bit disappointed in this burger place. It was my first time here and most likely my last. My mother got the classic burger, which she enjoyed, and I got the avocado bacon black bean burger which I didn't actually enjoy too much. I ordered online, picked up immediately, but both of our burgers were lukewarm by the time I got home. For the black bean burger, there was way too much mayo I had to scrape it off - It really overpowered the entire flavor (I don't like Mayo on my burgers too much, I would have removed it if I knew they coat it on thick. You can see how much I removed on the plate in the attached picture). I only got 1.5 slices of avocado on the burger, which was disappointing given that I ordered an avocado burger.

This was my first time at Smashburger and I enjoyed it! I got the classic burger without a bun and the fries. I ordered ahead and my food was ready when I got there. There is ample seating inside and the workers are nice. I absolutely loved the fries. The seasoning on them is delicious. The whole meal was under $9. I will be back:)

My stomach got upset just looking at the oil spill out

I don't think I'll be returning as I've had problems on several different occasions. My brother is celiac and has a NIMA device. He tested the fries (which we requested be cooked in a separate fryer since they have onion rings) and the NIMA found traces of gluten. They were good about his burger and packed it up separately. On a different occasion, I ordered a burger with no onions and received onions, which really just concerns me for people with celiac since they did not follow instructions- what if my brother does not get a gluten free bun by accident? Finally, my fries today were SOAKED in oil. I have NEVER seen any burger place have this much oil inside the container, it practically looked like it was a dipping sauce for the fries. It was so bad that it soaked through the container and ended up on the table.

The burger was very good but the fries were soaked in oil and every bite I took my mouth just filled with oil. I definitely recommend the burger but I will not be getting the fries again.

Not sure why I gave 3 stars previously but their food is pretty good. Haven't been here in a while and decided to see what's new. They now offer a Managers Special which comes with a regular smash burger, fries and a drink for $8 and change. Can't beat that! You can even get their yummy smash fries too! Our order was taken fairly quick and our food arrived nice and hot. They weren't very busy when we arrived but by the time we left there was a line to the front door. Guess we got lucky! If you're looking for a burger or chicken sandwich that's a step up from most fast food joints then you should check them out! You won't be disappointed!

Pros: This is a modern twist on the classic American burger joint. They have a good selection of craft and custom burgers. Cons: - The price point is a bit high. - The place is in a bad location. - They're out of lemons for the Iced Tea. - All employees should be appropriately dressed, rather than dressed for a workout at the gym. - Employees should never eat fries off of a tray sitting on the "the pass" window, even if it turns out to belong to them. - The vacuum cleaner should be charged in a back room rather than in the back of the dining room for guests to see while they're eating. - The restroom has an overpowering sell of urine, worse than a cat litter box that hasn't been cleaned in a week. People: Good Process: Good Product: Good Quality: Good Quantity: Good Value: Fair Cleanliness: Fair Ambience: Fair Timing: Good Attention To Detail: Fair

Do not go. Took 20 minutes to get the food. Small burnt fry proportions and the burger barely had anything on it and doesn't feel good in my stomach. Don't think this place will last long was pretty empty and were backed up because there were 5 orders in total.

It was the first time I came to this location on a weekend and it was nice to see it busy. The two ladies working yesterday afternoon were very friendly, professional and courteous. The young lady Emma who rang up the order I've seen regularly and she's always the same regardless of the time or day I've been before. And the young lady who brought out the food was very efficient and thorough. When she brought the bag she repeated back the order to make sure what we got was right and advised how the food was separated in the bag in order to find everything correctly. That was impressive since I've never had anyone give such details on a to-go order. Overall they made the whole experience pleasant and smooth. And the food is always delicious and tasty like usual!

We came to Smashburger after they came highly recommended, however they left a lot to be desired. The milkshakes were terrible. I'm not sure they contained any Haagendazs ice cream as they are advertised as containing. It was essentially I'll flavored milk. Our burgers was subpar at best they were out of smash sauce which apparently is low in stock around the country according to the worker. We ordered onion rings which were incorrectly labled as they were onion Straws and were greasy and old. We thought that our order was being made fresh for the length of time we waited. The fries were alright but overall we would not go back. The food, the experience do not match the prices! Go to Burger fi or five guys

I tired this place out with my kids.....They loved the fries with a garlic toss flavor and the burgers was fresh and hot delicious & bursting flavors. the place was super clean employees had mask on and the definitely following guidelines of corvid. i would recommend this place for sure and i do plan on returning. its kinda hidden across waterford lakes in front of home depot.

I went in during lunch hour the other week try to this place for the first time. I was surprised to see how slow it was, I was the only person in the lobby and only one other person came in the whole time I was eating. What surprised me is that it still took nearly 20 minutes for me to get my food. The food itself was not the best. I got the bacon bbq burger and it was very salty, not much sweetness from the onions or bbq sauce. For the price of the combo of drink and fries, I'd rather go to Duffys across the street or anywhere else in Waterford

Fsr back, big burger w/pepper jack cheese. Sweet potato fries. Truffle Mayo, mushroom and swiss burger!

Think of a pricier, higher quality Steak N Shake. All of the ingredients are fresh and the shakes are delicious.

We arrived around 5pm and we were able to pick where we sat. We sat at one of the booths and Brian was our oh so awesome server. He came over with a smile and a run down of what's good. We started with cocktails, we both ordered The Elderberry, it was perfect & so refreshing. For our entrees, we had both of the burgers on the HH menu, the Small Batch Whiskey and the Small Batch Lassahn. We also ordered The Salmon burger. For sides we had the regular fries and the Parmesan truffle fries. Everything was soooooo good. The beef burgers were seasoned so perfectly, and cooked medium as we requested. Every bite made my taste buds dance. The truffle fries were so good, I almost ordered more. The garlic aioli is a must for dipping your fries in. The Whiskey has lots of seating, tables, booths and bar seating. There's lots of pictures on the walls and tvs. It's a vibe for sure. I'm so glad we had lunch at The Whiskey and will definitely go back the next time we are in Orlando. Thanks Brian for making our experience awesome!

For the entree, I ordered a Shroom n Swiss - it was cooked so well, but I was surprised that the mushroom was the size of the patty versus smaller ones. They offer beef, chicken, Impossible, and veggie patties, along with a wide variety of cheeses and buns to choose from. My Impossible Burger was tasty, but I'm not sure it quite justified the price. On our first visit, I got a very impressive looking shake loaded with toppings, unfortunately it wasn't on the menu this time around. To my surprise, I was disappointed by the food. I got the loaded frings and a 5 x 5 burger. I believe the burger is relatively new, since it wasn't on any of the pictures of their menu on Google. Ambiance: The staff was friendly enough and I do like the fact that you can see them cooking the burgers in front of you. However, looking around at the restaurant, it looks like there was no upkeep. There were broken tiles, tables weren't cleaned, and I believe there might have been mold when I was filling my water cup at the ice machine, like visibly on the spout. Food: Loaded frings- I'm not sure how you mess this one up, but they somehow did it. The fries were overcooked and the bacon was fried to hell. I think you can actually see how burnt the bacon was in the pictures. It tasted like charcoal. Lastly, the fries were completely soaked in cheese sauce, which I'm guessing was from a can. It tasted like the cheese you'd have at state fairs, except more watery. There was more sauce than fries and onion rings! I should have taken a picture after eating half of the fries. I could not eat the bottom half of the frings because it was all soggy Burger- the same cooked-to-hell bacon was used on the burger. Not much else need to say about that. Looking at the picture of the burger, you'd think that the patties were way overcooked as well. That was not entirely the case. The patties weren't extra dry, but they weren't as juicy as I would have liked a burger to be. I'd say it was just okay. Maybe a half step below average. I really wanted to like this place, but I wasn't able to. I'm not sure if I came by on an odd day, because the reviews say otherwise. I really hope management can fix these issues.
