Smashburger - All american double smashburger, smash tots a d 30oz diet coke. - Fast Food Near Me - Brick Township, New Jersey

Wow , shocked I didn't think I'd like Smash burger but the chicken and black bean Smash was actually really good. The mushrooms actually tasted really fresh. The service was so kind and helpful. The milkshakes even looked and smelled good. The only thing I didn't like was the tater tots tasted like chemicals and they give you about a handful, enough but it's an extra. I definitely wouldn't get them again. My recommendation is the chicken smash with mushrooms and cheese. read more

What was amazing here besides the food was the cashier Brandon who was super friendly and really helpful with suggestions and make sure we got the right pricing. Places such as these need more Brandon's and not just because it's my name LOL. Congrats to him and mgmt. I love smash burger read more

A good burger in a clean setting made fresh to order. Reasonably priced. Give it a try

Being Good Friday and Lent went to smashburger for their shrimp meal. Counter staff says"we are all out". We had to leave and find another restaurant serving fish. Brick,Nj restaurant has been having difficulty with people buying their food. This is not helping. read more

No, at this point just put the final nail in the coffin and close. Food isn't great. Service isn't really there. I was owned a sandwhich. Staff wasn't really pleasant. "Cook in the back- said, who's gonna pay". Just kinda disrespectful, the building is, cause it wasn't made properly in the first time. The remake was made, what I had originally ask for. Hence " owed " a sandwich cause I had to come back. DONT GET THE DR. PEPPER! NOT TO MENTION, I even order a burger on top of it, cause I didn't want to feel like they "owe" me. Just isn't my mentality. read more

This is my first time ever walking in and having a meal at Smash Burgers and I absolutely the best burger I ever had in my entire life. Importantly the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and provides great professionalism and feel welcomed with greetings. I had the BBQ bacon double burger with smash tops. They taste so good and the best part along is the restaurant is maintained clean and you can eat comfortably in a clean atmosphere. Thank you Michelle you're employee at brick location. read more

Went to Brick NJ with my son. Ordered 2 double burgers and she asked if we wanted that as a meal. I said yes. Then she asked if we wanted fries. I said I got the meal. She said NO everything is separate. When she rang up 39.00 I almost shit. I could of went to Burger 25 for less than that and got really good food. Why did you ask me if I wanted that a meal. We will never return. Jack for Toms River NJ read more

Truffle mushroom burger and hot tots lol. It aint no Burger25 that's for sure it so far from any burger I've had there's no comparison. What a total disappointment. Burger sure was smashed unless it was from the delivery guy sitting on it, but I doubt that cause he would've had a wet greasy spot on his ass. Burger was wet and soggy luckily it was wrapped in the paper and soaked up a lot of the grease or whatever it was supposed to be. The hot tots come in their own little bathroom dixie cup of fryer oil mixed with some kind of chemical to give you the heat of being some kind of spicy. It was like eating little sponges of fryer oil. Awesome . The other 2 burgers were no prize either. Should've went to Wendy's and got a triple with a frosty. read more

I haven't been to a smashburger in a long time. The bacon burger was excellent and so were the tater tots. I was pretty much the only customer and I am surprised that it's not busier. One of the best tasting burger place I've been to! I hope they stay in business. read more

Disappointed! Ordered from UberEats & was so excited for my first order. In total I ordered 4 different burgers & 3 large fries. The "large" fries came half full & to make matters worse the food was cold. All in all after waiting close to 70 minutes for food then have it to look half eaten & cold was a bummer. I will definitely not order through UberEats again & because of the fry situation I probably will think twice about ordering from Smashburger. I wish I could give a review based on the food itself but we ate it cold so it was just a regular burger to me, my husband & kids. Also, beware of ordering from UberEats since there are so many fees involved. Cold food was not worth the price tag. read more

One of our favorite weekend places for burgers. Staff is always pleasant and professional. Samir, a young man that works there is so polite, nice and helpful, that it is a pleasure to eat there. I also highly recommend the double burger, and fries! We've never had a bad experience there. Excellent staff and great food. read more

So the food was pretty good for a first time. Things I noticed, my booth seat is torn. The staff just didn't feel like they wanted to work there. The food is always fresh and cooked perfectly. The new owners are great and exceptionally nice to everyone that walks through the door.

I'm just not feeling all of these artisanal burger joints metastasizing like flies in every strip mall vacancy. Sure, they're eons beyond the McDonaldland and the Burger Kingdom assembly lines but for $18, they damn well oughta be. For my part, I dropped a tractor trailer full of toppings on my rare (as ordered) burger and thoroughly enjoyed it but the soggy, grease laden fries had me reaching for the Proactive and a face mop. It's the price to be paid for believing the hype. Next time, I'll bring my Dermatologist just to be on the safe side. read more

This was my first meal at Smashburger. I was taken aback by the service, at first. There were multiple people up front. One young lady had been standing there with both of her hands spread out and leaning on the counter behind her. From the time I walked until I left the counter, she was there in that position, and said nothing. After a while, a young woman took my order. I went to sit at a table and wait for my food. The tables weren't wiped down. The one I chose was by a window. It had both hair and sticky stains. I wiped some away. However, I was confused as to why it hadn't been wiped when there were so many people available, just walking around. My food came rather quickly. The milk shake was definitely pell presented and tasted well. The shroom burger would have been better had the mushroom fit the burger roll. The mushroom wasn't even the size of my palm. Hence, I was disappointed. read more

I was actually looking for Red Robin but saw Smash Burger and said why not? Was very glad we stopped in. The service was excellent, the restaurant was spotless and best of all our food was delicious. We had burgers, chicken and the sweet potatoes and Brussels sprouts. Everything was cooked to perfection. The staff was friendly and very attentive. We will definitely be back. Maybe next time I'll try the veggie burger. It looked tempting. Great experience, highly recommend. They have outdoor seating so if the weather is nice go for it! read more

I'll try to be fair, even though I waited over 20 minutes for burger and there was 3 employees working and only 1 other customer in the store who already had their food. I am trying to give this place another chance bc the last time was horrible. This time took waiting 20 minutes for a completely burnt burger that I paid like 13 bucks for is not good. Never again! Update. The following day I feel absolutely horrible. I got so sick from the food here, I am repulsed. Never again. read more

This place gets the order wrong. Every single time. They will miss whole orders of fries. Will give you the wrong flavor of shake. Or they will tell you the wait time is 1 hour for pick up only to find when u arrive ur food is now cold under a warming light. I love the mushroom truffle burger. But I actually hate this place so much. So severely disappointed even though I've given it several chances. read more

This smash burger was not clean. The staff did not take the time to wipe down tables when customers left. I ordered my meal on the Smashburger app and literally only waited 7 minutes for the food to be read. When I went in to pickup my order the young lady at the register was totally on top of her game. We ordered online for the first time. Got there a few minutes early. Our order was ready and waiting. Milkshake was in the freezer. That could be why it was a little settled. Meal was sitting all bagged up under the warmer. Staff friendly and efficient! Environment spotless and lighting could have been a little brighter. Did notice some older folks trying to read at the tables and having issues. Put my hot food in a warming bag for the ride home (5 minutes away). Food still needed to be reheated. No big deal. It did not lose its flavor or quality as some other places. I think they were just trying to make sure it was ready for the pickup time and jumped the gun a little. Plus it's hard to keep hot food hot when it's 20 degrees outside. All in all. The crispy chicken sandwiche and the bacon cheese burger and lg smashed fries were delicious! Milkshake not so much! HIGHLY RECOMMEND SMASH BURGER, BRICK NJ. read more

Take your kid to work was Thursday, not today Saturday. So that's why the cashier attention was elsewhere. We order our meal to go and she put the salad in the bag sideways. If I didn't look before I left, that salad would have spilled on the rest of the food. Salads are cold and should be in a separate bag placed the right way. Please pay attention, that is your job after all. read more

the fries were cold and the burger sucks. it is telling to add 85 characters so .,.,.,.,.,,.

Use to be so much better. I ordered a basic bacon and cheeseburger and it was not good. They weren't short staffed or anything so you couldn't blame that and they weren't busy either. It's been years since I've eaten here but Smashburger use to be great. The wait til was a little ridiculous too. I waited 20-25min for the burger. read more

We ordered through the app because we were told we couldn't order by calling in anymore. Which is fine, however, the sandwich customization my husband orders is not an option in the app. So, we ordered and called immediately to make the adjustment (which staff members have done previously for us). He likes the grilled chicken sandwich with a crispy piece of chicken added to the sandwich. When we called to make the adjustment, we were told that if we wanted to add the crispy chicken, that the rest of the sandwich would be cold because it takes 12 minutes to cook the crispy chicken and the rest of the sandwich would be sitting there. I asked if they could wait to make the rest of the sandwich when the crispy chicken was done and was told that there's orders ahead and behind us, so that our only option was a cold sandwich. We ended up keeping the sandwich as is and said forget the modification. When we arrived, the same woman we spoke to on the phone was rude and extremely short with us when picking up our order. She was annoyed we asked for an extra side of BBQ sauce that we'd have been more than happy to pay for. Upon opening the chicken sandwich, it was a sloppy mess and very hard to eat. When I opened up my burger, the extra mushrooms I ordered were not there and I figured it would be more trouble than it was worth to ask for my extra mushrooms I paid for after we had been so rudely spoken to. Additionally, the Brussel sprouts were half full and usually we're able to split them amongst the two of us. Every other experience in the past has been very positive. I'm not sure if this was just an off night, but if this was my first time at this location, I probably would never return again. read more

Whatcha out for this place. I went for Lunch yesterday. Food was good. But funny thing that did was put two $2.00 off coupons in my bag as well as my co workers lunch. I am thinking great I will use this tomorrow being the food was very good. Except the coupon they gave me expired last year. What a scam. They try to get you in the next time only to be told that the coupon had expired. With a Red Robin next door guess where I am going next time. I might not get a coupon there. But at least I won't be tricked to coming back either. I wanted to write smash burger on this but funny thing is.... there is no contact us on any web pages that I looked at. Wonder why. Stopped here for lunch today with my family... food was really good... want to say that this establishment should really look into their staffing if they want to remain open... there was one person cooking & one other person taking care of the front of the house... btw he did a fabulous job of trying to please everyone but I saw at least 2 couples leave because of the wait... really think the owner of this franchise should hire more help or pitch in & help... I worked for UPS for 30 years & I know when service demanded I got into the trenches with my workers.... The food is top notch but if they don't work on the dining experience I fear a short life in Brick read more
