Wow , shocked I didn't think I'd like Smash burger but the chicken and black bean Smash was actually really good. The mushrooms actually tasted really fresh. The service was so kind and helpful. The milkshakes even looked and smelled good. The only thing I didn't like was the tater tots tasted like chemicals and they give you about a handful, enough but it's an extra. This is my first time ever walking in and having a meal at Smash Burgers and I absolutely the best burger I ever had in my entire life. Burger sure was smashed unless it was from the delivery guy sitting on it, but I doubt that cause he would've had a wet greasy spot on his ass. Disappointed! Ordered from UberEats & was so excited for my first order. In total I ordered 4 different burgers & 3 large fries. The "large" fries came half full & to make matters worse the food was cold. All in all after waiting close to 70 minutes for food then have it to look half eaten & cold was a bummer. I will definitely not order through UberEats again & because of the fry situation I probably will think twice about ordering from Smashburger. We ordered through the app because we were told we couldn't order by calling in anymore. Which is fine, however, the sandwich customization my husband orders is not an option in the app. So, we ordered and called immediately to make the adjustment (which staff members have done previously for us). He likes the grilled chicken sandwich with a crispy piece of chicken added to the sandwich. When we called to make the adjustment, we were told that if we wanted to add the crispy chicken, that the rest of the sandwich would be cold because it takes 12 minutes to cook the crispy chicken and the rest of the sandwich would be sitting there. I asked if they could wait to make the rest of the sandwich when the crispy chicken was done and was told that there's orders ahead and behind us, so that our only option was a cold sandwich. We ended up keeping the sandwich as is and said forget the modification. When we arrived, the same woman we spoke to on the phone was rude and extremely short with us when picking up our order. She was annoyed we asked for an extra side of BBQ sauce that we'd have been more than happy to pay for. Upon opening the chicken sandwich, it was a sloppy mess and very hard to eat. When I opened up my burger, the extra mushrooms I ordered were not there and I figured it would be more trouble than it was worth to ask for my extra mushrooms I paid for after we had been so rudely spoken to. Additionally, the Brussel sprouts were half full and usually we're able to split them amongst the two of us. Every other experience in the past has been very positive.
