Terrible service. I am finally writing this long overdue review after many order screwups by this place. This time, I asked for a Gordita crunch and when I got home I noticed that they gave me a soft tortilla with a spoonful of ground beef and some cheese on it. That's it. I had to leave my house and go all the way back there just for them to have an attitude and not even apologize for it. We order from here a lot on Grubhub & frankly our delivery is rarely perfect (even less ideal experiences at the drive thru) ...but yesterday our order was spot on! It was neat & accurate, w/napkins & sauces & everything was absolutely wonderful. We got a note from Jessica & Amanda who had hoped we'd do a survey. I ordered through the drive thru but I've come to this restaurant many times before. I got what was advertised on tv as the $5 nachos grande box. This location didn't have it for $5 instead it was $5.99. I believe you know what your getting when you go to a Taco Bell. What I mean is this is fast food Mexican - don't expect too much and you'll be satisfied. This particular location is nice and clean, not usually too crowded. Today the kids in drive thru were more interested in chatting with each other than paying too much attention to me but hey it's drive thru. One thing that has irked me about Taco Bell for awhile is that when you customize an order. Let's say I ask for the beans and guacamole to be left off an item but could they add more cheese they always charge extra for the cheese. It's a taco bell. A taco bell that's clean, well staffed, and pretty speedy. There's not much else to say here, really. I come here now and then, whenever I feel like punishing my body for one of its many shortcomings. If I was rating this as a mexican restaurant, it'd be a 1-star for sure. However, since this is a fast food joint (and lets face it, everybody knows Taco Bell's food), I can't be as harsh. They get the food out, it tastes as good as Taco Bell has ever tasted, and the staff has always been super friendly. As far as fast food joints go, that's a 5-star. My only complaint is not really fault of the 'bell, but the people who come here. I can't tell you how many times I've stood in line (ON THE LEFT, BY THE REGISTER!) and had some brain dead moron try to queue up by the soda machines - you know, where the orders come out, you fill your drinks, get your sauces, and leave. A "line starts here" sign would probably help cater to the lowest common denominator, but every time I see this sort of thing, my faith in humanity slips ever so slightly lower. I hate to leave a bad review when in the past I've had lovely experiences, but lately this restaurant has messed up my order so many times that I'm left absolutely disgusted. First of all, the woman in the drive thru is extremely aggressive and rude. Secondly, I only place mobile orders so I KNOW that they my order is correct, tonight I find all my items with meat and I specifically put black beans for everything... even the separate cheese quesadilla had chicken. Who TH is making these orders?? Can they read english?? I'm sure like all fast food restaurants they are preparing orders from a screen. Clean, friendly, fast service. The girl who takes orders at the drive through is almost annoyingly happy when she says hi haha. Can't give it 5 stars though because sometimes I ask for fire sauce and when I get home there I'll find one of three things: no sauce, not enough sauce, or a mountain of sauce as if I ordered food for the whole block, I'm not kidding probably 10 packs of sauce per taco. This Taco Bell is definitely one of Brick's best restaurants. We don't get good service or food here, so a fast food place can play with the big boys. Whether you go inside or drive-thru, you are greeted by a friendly, English speaking employee (Take that, McDonald's!) and your order is then made for you, quickly and accurately I might add. The place is clean, the food is prepared right, and you don't feel cheated like a lot of fast food restaurants leave you feeling. This is Bricks best fast food place. I wish the other restaurants would take a look at their playbook. A well-deserved 5 stars, even late. They even remember my spork for the Mexican pizza! read more

Was in there on Wed the 28th around 830 with my daughter the. Food took forever all the sauces we not stock there was no napkins out .so I asked the guy that took out order he said they must be out I asked for extra spicy ranch on my tacos he charged me for it wasn't put on it .then I asked for a side of it and was charged again .another customer that was there also had his order not be correct . the whole staff seemed like they could care less about helping ..except one employee when I re asked about the napkins he brought them over to me and gave me the mild sauce. The other employee said they didn't have then he stocked all the items that were out while everyone else stood around. I asked for his name (so I could right a good review about him being the only good employee there) and the guy that rang us up said he wasn't sure who I was talking about and said his name might be Aaron .either way the guy that has a star tattoo on his elbow was the only good thing about the whole place and should be rewared for having to deal with the other employees that clearly don't care about their job or their customers ..the 1 star is for the service ..I would give the guy with the star in his elbow 5 stars of I could post a positive review just about him but you get the idea read more
