Walk in and three ladies behind the counter just talking and ignoring my dad for what had to be at least a few minutes. I ask can one of you take our order please - very annoyed eye rolls and one says of course how may I help you. Tables were all a bit dirty so I wiped one down for us. Food came quickly burger for me wings for my dad fries to share. Burger was ok, wings were in a buffalo sauce soup and I asked for blue cheese we got ranch or something else. Fries were cold. My dad is just an older widower and easy going but this is ridiculous. I asked for blue cheese and new fries but then changed my mind and threw it all out. Shame on me for not complaining and asking for a refund but complain to who? Three teenagers who were chatting? Literally felt they would not be kind to replacement food. Keep my $20. We went elsewhere.

The food itself was good. We ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp and Carrozza Mozzarella appetizers, and both were delicious. Unfortunately, the service completely ruined the experience. While we were still eating our appetizers, our main courses -- Pan Seared Halibut -- were brought to the table. We politely asked our waitress if the dishes could be kept under a heat lamp until we finished the appetizers. She told us no because the kitchen was busy and had no room. We then asked to speak with a manager, but the owner came over instead and repeated the same explanation. She also mentioned that 20 minutes had passed since the appetizers were delivered, as if there's some unwritten "20-minute rule" between courses. Regardless, we were still actively eating our appetizers when the entrées arrived. At that point, the entire interaction started to feel uncomfortable and argumentative rather than accommodating. We decided we no longer wanted the meals and simply asked for the check so we could leave and salvage the evening. The owner then came back visibly upset and told us she had asked the chef to remake the meals -- something that had never been communicated to us beforehand -- and said she would not remove them from the bill. We told her that was fine and again asked just to pay and leave. We also made it clear we did not want the food boxed up or brought back out. Despite that, the waitress still brought the meals to the table. We paid the bill and left. I've never experienced a restaurant where reasonable customer concerns were met with so much resistance and hostility. The issue was never the food -- it was the way we were treated throughout the situation.

When we tried to order she helped the 2 men next to us first. They were on our left and she had been working the bar from the right. She never came back and we had been there about 45 minutes. When we flagged down the guy and tried to order he said " you aren't the only ones here you know" in a snotty tone. That was it! We put $10 on the bar and left. We will not be back!
