There seems to be just the one stylist so best to book an appointment if you don't want to chance it. I told her how much I wanted off and how I wanted it cut. I didn't ask for a wash so she sprayed it with some water and got to work. Another customer came in and she told him it would be about 20 more minutes and I didn't feel rushed at all. I found the stylist to be skilled and she took her time to cut my hair with layering and thinned it out. I was there for close to 30 minutes and she charged $30 which I found decent compared to other salons. She told me she used to work at a salon in West Edmonton Mall and has been cutting hair for years. Great place for a haircut and friendly service! You never know what great places you will find in strip malls.

My first visit here I was worried they would put me in curlers and place me under one of those dome thingies that women use to dry their hair when they leave the house. Didn't happen. I was relieved when I walked in and saw other men just being dudes waiting for a haircut. Kim, the owner, is amiable, talkative and genteel. She even remembered who I was by name when I saw her again several months later. That's dedication. One came back only because she had to move and this place was where her old clients were. She is now getting mental health from there. If you had an issue that you would talk to the owner about, they threw it over their shoulder and do nothing about the many of the issues happening throughout my experience working there. The lady doing my hair had done silver on her own hair and clearly knew what she was doing. I was warned that it would only last about a month, however it somehow lasted for 4 months until I switched to red. The service was great, I got many compliments from other hair dressers in the salon during the whole 3 hour process and had a great conversation with the lady who did my hair. I only paid $120 and it was worth every penny. This place offers great haircuts as well. The salon itself is extremely clean, well lit, spacious and had a very welcoming atmosphere.
