I was hesitant at first because as a black man I wasn't sure if they would be able to handle my hair, but I was assured that this other stylist was a fade master, haha. Turns out she was and my haircut came out great. All in all I was in there less than 40 minutes between my brief wait and getting my low fade haircut finished, so I wasn't disappoint with that. On SEVERAL occasions Francis would be late to my appointments, either her kids or her mother. I could not make one of my appointments Frances charged $45 on top of the $85 dollar service fee.
