Luis is pleasant and extremely professional and he is in the office where the storage facility is located in Monterrey park. THEY BROKE THE LAW: I rented a storage unit in January 2025. In June, they sent a letter with a 102% rent increase, effective in 30 days. Per California Civil Code 827(b)(3) , they were supposed to give a 90-day notice because the rate increase was over 10%.  They were reported to the Better Business Bureau and received certified mail with response required. They did not reply in either instance. DO NOT SIGN WITH THESE CON ARTISTS: The contract states you cannot file a class action lawsuit against them, and that you may be responsible for THEIR attorney fees even if you win. When you sign with them, you are giving up your rights to a proper legal defense. They don't want you challenging them, and they think you are a cash-giving sucker. That is extremely unacceptable. THEIR BUILDING IS DIRTY: On my move-out day, there were lots of screws and debris on the parking lot floor, and inside the complex. They probably want you to have flat tires. There were no employees in the main office. I don't trust any business where they lock their doors and don't even try to answer your questions. STAY AWAY FROM GOSTOREIT AND THEIR ILLEGAL BUSINESS PRACTICES!

Nicole has addressed all of my concerns pertaining to my particular unit & always willing to assist in whatever manner it takes to resolve any issue I may have. Luckily those concerns have been minor & easily taken care of. She's just amazingly fantastic & always a pleasure to deal with. Can't say enough good things about her service, Im always satisfied with how she handles things. Thank you so much, she really lives up to the old sayin "service with a smile". Emphasis on "smile", the best! Jose.

Was never notified about this increase, nor was I shown anything on an email where invoices are also sent so I emailed them. Never heard back after a week and when I called was told a physical letter was mailed back in May. I also asked for a credit because this was outrageous. Never did I receive a letter because I would have made a quick decision to cancel & find another storage place. Like many writing with the same issue on Yelp, not only is this price hike absurd but also seems illegal. Still waiting to hear back from Management US Storage Centers regarding this matter as I was told.

Stay Away!!!! Do Not Give Business here. Customer service is horrible and none existent. I had a…read morestorage unit for a few years and twice I had a complete rodent abomination in the unit. The insurance is Fraud too, will never respond or payout a claim. They will only take your money. I had a unit with 2 concrete walls and the third wall that is shared with the neighboring unit is made of drywall. Which is actually a very cheap way of doing things, should be metal. Well the first time I found the infestation in 2022 I made a claim and nothing, no response at all. Had to throw out a ton of items. Afterwards I had the unit cleaned and even swept. Well went this weekend to move out of the storage and long and behold another rodent infestation but 100 times worst even now. And the first time I even found a dead mouse. Now this time I had to throw away so many items. But what was upsetting was I had to throw away my blanket I've had since my childhood and I no longer have either one of my parents. Here they charge you a good amount to rent. So when you pay for a facility to store your valuable items you expect your items to be there in the condition you stored them in. You don't expect to come back and have to throw away your items. And when I called them to let them know, the guy in the office tried to gaslight me and somehow blame me. Like we don't know what you store??? Are you serious???? Take responsibility as a business to have the proper maintenance to not have a serious rodent infestation!!!!

I got to the facility, I had a reservation, which by the way I totally recommend that you call, someone can actually check several locations all at one time and give you quotes... I actually originally had a reservation somewhere else, decided it was too small they help me to locate another location with a larger unit. My reservation was for a 10 x 20 space, for some most people it wouldn't have mattered, the ceilings are high to begin with....but it happened to be that the ceiling in one of the spaces just happened to be a slightly slanted ceiling in the back....and I have just really oversized furniture... It happened to be another 10x20 space where the ceiling seemed just slightly taller but even 6 inches could've made a difference of whether my furniture will fit or not... She couldn't reach her regional manager right away, so she tried to reach out to a second manager, and we both patiently waited, but she got the job done to trade storage spaces for me on a weekend when corporate was closed....and I was so pleased!!! I actually want to "recognize" Dulce to management, I am sure that customer service cannot be easy at a facility like this, because it can get really busy and there are a lot of stressed out people! So, I just want to say that she was totally patient, willing, logical, no annoyed faces....she deserves 5 stars...She is manager material Thank you ! Jennifer
