The employee mistakenly set my reservation for two days, which I was not made aware of at the time. When I returned the truck the same day, the location was closed. I parked the truck properly, filled the gas exactly as instructed, and dropped the keys in the designated drop box as directed. I attempted multiple times to end the reservation online, but the system would not allow me to complete it. The next day, when I saw I still hadn't been charged, I called the location only to avoid being overcharged. I first spoke to a woman who asked me to hold while she reviewed my situation. Moments later, a man named Manuel took the call and immediately had an aggressive tone. He demanded that I repeat everything and then began yelling at me instead of helping. I calmly explained that I had tried several times to close the reservation online and that's why I was calling. Manuel accused me of not returning the truck, said the reservation was still active, and claimed he didn't even have the keys or the truck--despite the fact that I had returned everything the day before. It was clear he hadn't bothered to check all day. After finally confirming that the keys were there, he continued yelling and speaking to me in a demeaning and condescending way, as if I had done something wrong. I was not calling to argue--I was calling for help. As a customer, and especially as a woman, I felt belittled, disrespected, and intimidated by his behavior. No customer should be spoken to this way for trying to fix an issue caused by the company or its system. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and extremely unprofessional customer service. I will not be returning to this location.

He was so kind and respectful, very upbeat personality. It was super last minute, but he was able to get me a 2-man moving crew who was completing another job 40 miles away from my location. I called him at noon, they crew was there at 2 pm. So fast! His prices were very, very competitive and he was willing to work with me on the driving route. I found a route to our new location via surface streets that was below 10 miles, thus, no double-drive time charge! Other companies I contacted were going to take a different route using the freeway that was 11 miles, thereby incurring the double-drive time charge. I found that very honorable. The moving team was stellar! As mentioned in many other reviews, Matai and his partner, Oscar, were hands-down the hardest working, fastest moving crew we have ever seen! They were both so nice, so motivated, took their time carefully wrapping/securing all of our furniture, but still moved at lightning speed to expertly load up the 26 foot truck! Both were so nice and so professional. They had just completed a move before coming to our home, I was very impressed with their energy level. Great teamwork between the two of them. You could tell they were professional and experienced crew who knew exactly what they were doing, but also very aware of the customers' time.
