The storage unit comes in different sizes, and you can change later to a smaller or larger unit. It's very clean inside. And very helpful staff, the entire process didn't take long, but a few minutes, which was nice. They also have carts you can use to move items from your car to the unit, but ask that you return them to the area where you picked them up. But when I went back a few days later to move items into the unit, one of the elevators was down, leaving only 1 working. And you can't use the stairs, saw a sign that the opening exit would sound the alarm, which was a bit of a hassle, as a few other customers were moving stuff at the same time. No cart was available, which made the process a bit longer. But overall, I'm happy with deciding to use them.

Even tough I filled all the information digitally, the person who was at the front desk, had only received my info partially , and that I would need to fill all documents again. The weird thing about this, is that I actually saw my info on their screen , with my digital signature , when I point it out, she close the the window, on the screen and Insisted I had to do it again. After that she gave me the wrong code for my storage! I cannot understand what makes a person be rude , completely abnóxios and careless , 40 minutes to do a task!! Considering all was done more than once, I still received a notice on my email with a payment due higher than what was agreed, since it was suppose to be autopay , I called, and again, there was another problem, and they said it was not on auto pay, and that I had to pay a late fee. I tried paying, but the person said she couldn't take it over the phone , I would either have to call another number or do it through the link they sent me. Total disaster , no courtesy , bad untrained staff, I truly don't know how this place can have good reviews. Will definitely find another storage !

I already have a CubeSmart storage unit in Lake Worth, so it was interesting to see what another…read morelocation was like. This location was so much nicer than mine! In fact, it even has a gated parking lot where you can pull you car directly up to the entry to the main building where the air-conditioned units are located. This is such a nice feature, knowing your car and belongings are safe (mine doesn't have any dedicated parking near my unit. people just park in front of other people's storage units and hope it doesn't block anyone!) Did I mention that the building has sliding glass doors?! This is super convenient when moving stuff. I came here to help a friend, and since the gated parking was limited, I pulled up my car to the non-gated area, where there was no one else parked, and I was able to pull the trunk of my car directly in front of another set of sliding glass doors. Rolling carts were ample and easy to find. The keypads worked flawlessly. Finding the unit was easy, and the hallways did not seem as narrow and claustrophobic as mine. All in all, seeing another unit definitely gives more points to the CubeSmart brand.

Never will I rent from the Coral Gables location again and I urge you not to either. The elevators…read moreare a lifeline to their business and they never work. The day we moved in there, one elevator was working and it was packed because the day before, neither elevators were working. This is unacceptable. Then, about a month and a half into our service, I got an email move out notice, telling me they appreciate our business and have moved out our items. This was obviously a mistake and it was meant for somebody else but that sent me into a panic and though I called over there, it took a while for someone to contact me back. Lastly, August 1 was our move out day and not only is it the first of the month, but also a weekend and we flew from our home city to work on the move out, rented a U-Haul and hand truck, only to find out the elevators are out of service!! We are on the seventh floor, so it's not possible to remove any of our items. Obviously, another big problem and totally unacceptable. Currently, we are halfway into Sunday and elevators are still are not working and we can't get any answers as to if they're working on them. This not only forces us to spend more money, but disrupts our everyday as we have to go back to work tomorrow, Monday and have flight flights scheduled back to our home city. Our entire weekend, it was scheduled around our move out, has been completely disrupted and ruined. It is definitely the perfect storm and the worst situation.
