After the rent tripled after the first year, I signed a new lease under my name instead of paying the increase. ( so we had to move units down the hall / makes zero sense!!!) The elevator was working when we signed, but seven months into the new lease it broke -- and it has not been fixed since. This made the unit practically unusable.. The manager, Hugo, was no help at all, and management offered no real solutions or compensation. I eventually had to move out. Terrible management and zero accountability -- renters beware.

After that she gave me the wrong code for my storage! I cannot understand what makes a person be rude , completely abnóxios and careless , 40 minutes to do a task!! Considering all was done more than once, I still received a notice on my email with a payment due higher than what was agreed, since it was suppose to be autopay , I called, and again, there was another problem, and they said it was not on auto pay, and that I had to pay a late fee. I tried paying, but the person said she couldn't take it over the phone , I would either have to call another number or do it through the link they sent me. Total disaster , no courtesy , bad untrained staff, I truly don't know how this place can have good reviews. Will definitely find another storage !

They also have carts you can use to move items from your car to the unit, but ask that you return them to the area where you picked them up. But when I went back a few days later to move items into the unit, one of the elevators was down, leaving only 1 working. And you can't use the stairs, saw a sign that the opening exit would sound the alarm, which was a bit of a hassle, as a few other customers were moving stuff at the same time. No cart was available, which made the process a bit longer. But overall, I'm happy with deciding to use them.

The storage units even smell clean and not stale. My personal experience is detailed below: I want to start off by saying this is long overdo. I rented my unit in January 2019 after a bad breakup and a lot of runaround from other companies involving moving and storage. After all that mess and aneurysm inducing frustration, this place was a godsend! I was helped initially over the phone by a woman on the phone who was incredibly sweet and took her time with me explaining my options and reserving my unit. Then i ran over that same day and spoke with gentleman by the name of Roberto. He helped me around the first week of January and really made sure to take care of me. He helped me choose my unit, lock it, and did everything he could to help me by going above and beyond. After the rudeness, lack of empathy, and just terrible service I received from three separate companies, he was amazing and I can't stress it enough. The only good thing about my move, was him and this storage place. He stayed after his shift was over to help me and another customer. Neither of us felt rushed or like he didn't care. Roberto has us both smiling and truly calm. That's customer service; simply caring enough to understand people. Had I known about this place beforehand, I would've just used it since October 2018 and moved away from my ex sooner. Take my word for it. If your experience is only half as good as mine, you'd still run to use this specific spot! If I ever need storage again, I'm using it, and have already recommended it to three friends. I guess they decided to take advantage of that and they stole our brand new kitchen aid still in the box from our unit. When I asked who has access to our units they said only the person with the key fobs and to speak to my husband who is the only one with the key fob. Um duhh why do you think I'm calling to make a report. My husband is the one who discovered that the kitchen aid that belonged to his deceased step mother is missing. Please do not store any valuables here. Take a picture of what your storage looks like every time you visit. And take good pictures of what you have in there. When I stated I would file a police report & that the police would request access to the cameras they stated that they do not provide access to the cameras inside only the front door. How convenient when it's clearly an inside job. When I say pissed that's an understatement. I will be removing everything from this storage.
