In one year, my rent was raised $125. This is unjustified! In addition, this facility is LITERALLY a homeless camp, so you can anticipate break-in of your unit due to the sketchy characters lingering around and doing drugs on-site. Despite the rules indicating that units are prohibited to be used as residences, the manager turns a blind eye to the activities. You cannot even utilize the restroom at the facility if you arrive at the facility at 6am, until the office opens and unlocks it because the homeless that live there will either sleep in the restroom or mess it up (bathing, etc).

However, when I arrived at the scheduled time, no one was there, and I wasn't helped until 3:45 PM. I explained that the delay put me an hour behind schedule and asked if she could offer a discount since I couldn't check in online without the keys she had. She responded that she "doesn't work for U-Haul," had other customers, and would not provide any discount--without even offering an apology for the inconvenience. This was especially disappointing considering I've been a customer here for the past six months. While I was in the office, she was also openly discussing issues about people living, cooking, and defecating on the property, which was very unprofessional. Based on this experience, I would not recommend using this location.

The first day I was given a safety tour and small history lesson which I enjoyed. The next day the key to my lock (the one provided free upon purchase) broke and not only did they send someone immediately to help me I was given a whole new set of lock and keys no questions asked. The only reason I had to give 4 stars were for pricing. Now this business is worth the price it very organized, easy to navigate, great customer service, extremely clean and secure . I just didn't appreciate being told it was $110 a month for my unit until swiping my card and deep into signing I was told a extra $11will be added to the bill every month for insurance. Unless i get my own. $110 is a bit pricey so bumping it up to $121 it's not the best feeling. I also understand we need insurance but please be upfront before taking payment. This place is great otherwise even the salesperson that made the mistake.

After 4 months they raised the rate to 158$ plus insurance and after 6 months they raised the rate to 238$ plus insurance they said it could still go up from there. I had my things in this Public Storage on Sunset in Henderson. I moved my things in June of 2025. I…read moremade my payments on time for the most part I was late on some but I paid the late fee and was ok . Every time I came here no one was ever there . No one would call you back . So my things have been for 9 months and I fell behind 2 months and I had called and left messages I had came by and when I did no one was ever in the office so I couldn't talk to anyone. Finally someone called me the 2nd week of Feb saying my stuff is going to be auctioned off and I had to pay it by Feb 23 or they will put a lien on it and sell my property. I went to the place cause they lady said she would be there till 12 so I rushed over there and gave her my new information and talked to her about my storage, that I couldn't lose it it's all I have to my name , and I know I am behind 2 months and I'll pay the fees but I am waiting for my tax money cause I just started a new job and wont get paid till the 27 th she said well call and leave a message and someone will call me back if I dont get the money before the 23rd so I called the 19th 20th and the 23rd like 2 times each day cause i was working . I came by after work no one was there . No one called me back I was trying to see if they could please just give me till the 27th and I'd pay it then but I never got a call back . So on Thursday the 26th I get a Email saying they sold my stuff to the highest bidder for 190.00 I go so sick to my stomach, I had everything I owed including stuff that was my son's who was Murdered 8/9/22, And I had stuff my mother who passed away 4 months after my son was killed in there . Her rings she gave me pics of us from long time ago and momentos she had that was left to me . And tools my dad left me and he is also passed away. I wouldn't have ever just let my Unit go like that. It had all my personal things and clothes I owned . I feel that if they would of had enough people to cover all properties then I believe that someone could of called me back and possibly helped me keep my unit from being sold . But instead it looks like I just abandoned my things which I didn't and wouldn't have ever . So I am putting this out so everyone can see don't rent from them . They don't care and can't even keep people to work at every property they have. So Now I don't know who bought my unit if I did I'd ask them to please let me give them the money they spent plus an extra 100 bucks cause I just needed a few more days then I would have paid it. But No one called me except for that one time . My hearts broken cause I lost my son and my parents and I have nothing of there's cause I had to put it in a storage unit . I can't express it enough DONT EVER EVER EVER COME RENT FROM THIS PLACE ESPECIALLY IF YOU DONT HAVE LOTS OF MONEY TO PAY MONTHS IN ADVANCE CAUSE IT COULD HAPPEN TO ANYONE THE WAY IT WAS TO ME. ITS THINGS I CANT REPLACE . Public Storage I will never let this go. Thank you for reading Sincerely Nannette Rose 209 471 4310

When I recently cleared out the unit, everything was exactly as I left it, plus a complementary layer of dust. This is an affordable, safe storage service and the as-of-2022 management is very quick to respond to emails, very kind, and flexible. While there was no light inside my unit, the hallway was always lit, and while these units aren't vacuum laboratory sealed, there was a shockingly small number of dead bugs.
