    False advertisement of activation and not needing to wait for a technician as well as not needing an installation fee.

    Had paperwork issue with a credit card expiring/cancelled. Email on record was wrong. No notice and the service was disconnected. That I can understand but while most appliances and systems nowadays are connected through WiFi services, they don't have a way to send a dispatch to turn on the service for over a week. Yes. If there is an error, and your service is turned off, you won't have internet for a week. In the initial sign up pamphlet and online marketing it says there is no need to wait for a technician and the service can be activated at anytime. Which is clearly a lie. They don't even have an emergency service on the weekends. Don't sign up for this medieval service. The risk is too high when most people depend on quick support and low risk network for their work and life.

    My last apartment's free internet gave me a respectable 12 Megabytes per second of download speed. Not anything too crazy but aside from mediocre download speeds, I never had any problems with it. My new apartment that uses Smartaira gives me an embarrassing 15 Megabits per second. That's almost 2 whole Megabytes per second (1.8). It takes a disgusting amount of time to download anything over 1GB. It's 2023; it shouldn't take nearly 10 minutes to download 1GB. Smartaira's most expensive package at 80 Megabits per second at $40 a month is still a good 2 Megabytes slower than my last apartment's free WiFi. I'd honestly be better off connecting all my devices to my phone hotspot and paying for an unlimited plan. It would be cheaper and I'd have blazing fast 5G speeds. I hope you don't plan on downloading anything while streaming because not only will your download take an eternity at almost 2MB per second, your video quality on videos you're streaming will tank to 144p and still buffer. I've also never had an ISP go under maintenance as often as Smartaira does. So there's that, too.

The "Service Bridge" Failure For those who don't know, a **"bridge"** is a short-term extension--a few extra days to pay your bill before they cut your digital lifeline. I requested a simple 48-hour window due to a temporary hardship. What I encountered instead was a complete **mechanical failure** of human logic and basic decency. The "Collections" Nightmare When I was transferred to the collections agent, the interaction went from frustrating to abusive. Even though I remained calm and was never irate, this agent: * **Constantly talked over me**, refusing to listen to the facts of the situation. * **Refused a supervisor escalation**, acting as if she were the final authority in the universe. * **Told me off** for "daring" to ask for someone above her. * **Hung up on me** mid-sentence once she realized she couldn't "smash" me into submission. Why this deserves 1 star: * **Over-Engineered Incompetence:** It's the "Bulldozer Paradox." They have massive infrastructure, but they can't dig a simple hole. The software is now the authority, and the agents have had their override keys stripped away. * **The Hammer/Glue Paradox:** AT&T only knows how to use a hammer. When you need a constructive solution (a bridge), they only offer a destructive one (suspension). * **The Corporate Alibi:** "The system won't let me" is the ultimate shield. It removes all moral agency from the staff, turning a global company into a machine that has no "exception handling" for human life. **The Reality:** AT&T is a joke. He even discovered a damaged wire in one of my walls and went above and beyond to get everything working through another cable port. He was incredibly patient while I shifted things around so he could reach the panel in my closet, and he also helped me update my SSID and password, which I really appreciated! Did a wifi speed test right after and it matched the target right off the bat! Highly recommend Bai Connect/Zentro--their value for the speeds totally beat out AT&T/Spectrum (not to mention headache-free!)--and I'm super happy with Jeff's excellent service!

As noted in other reviews, the way in which the customer service works is by transferring you to a representative that at best can only ask you to unplug your router and plug it back in again. If you have a more serious problem, then the best they can do is refer you to their mysterious "tier 2" team. They will tell you that your issue has been escalated and to expect a call back the same day or the following day. Currently, I have been waiting back to hear from this team for a month. I have called over and over again and I am unable to reach a single individual who can help me with my problem. This is a nightmare for someone who works at home and requires stable internet to do their job well. Reading other reviews and looking online demonstrates that this is a common enough problem that signing up for this service is a bad idea. If you are searching for an apartment and you find one that offers BAI connect, I encourage you to keep searching and to tell the apartment management that you will not be submitting an application because of the ISP they chose. Trust me, you do not want to be stuck in this hellish scenario of wasting hours of your time weeks on end to get no where. What you are paying for is just not worth it. I have been a customer of ATT and Spectrum, while both have their failings, I can at the very least say that I was able to get a hold of someone who could help me eventually. If your service works as intended, then great, but do not get fooled by reviews written in the best of circumstances. If one thing goes wrong you are going to suffer for it because they are either too lazy, incompetent, or just plain spiteful to help you get your issue resolved. Finally, if this review speaks to your own experience, please leave your own review on yelp and file a complaint with the FTC. They are defrauding their customers on the most basic level by denying them access to adequate customer support. Further, make your voice heard and force apartment buildings to seek better service providers. Avoid BAI connect at all costs.

The network design we inherited was not optimal, so we were looking at improving the topology while adding capacity. I was looking at several vendors to run some fiber from our chemistry room and one existing IDF back to our server room / MDF. I looked at several vendors and wasn't impressed. I had a vendor I'd previously worked with, but they weren't as responsive as I'd liked. This project is moving fairly quickly, and we needed someone to do the work sooner than later. During the process, I found Fusion Networking and Technology. I reached out to them for a quote, and received a call back the same day. I spoke to Gaspar, who was friendly, professional, and pleasant to speak to and work with. He came out to do a job walk the following week (I had some WFH days and various meetings, so the delay was on me, not on them). We discussed ideas, and then he sent us a quote (which was a good price and very fair), and contacted me to schedule the job. We happened to be in the office working on a Sunday, and he wondered if he could come out the same Sunday and start the job, which was a real treat. Gaspar and Junior drove out, showed up on time, and got to work. During this work, they were very careful respectful of our facility and laboratory instruments, and cleaned up after themselves. They completed the job at about the time they were scheduled to finish, and tested everything to make sure the fiber was performing well. The installation was tidy, attractive, professional, well-labeled, and they even left us a few extra fiber jumpers, which we didn't even know we wanted or needed. I tested all the runs myself and everything was connected at 10 Gbps, as expected. Unfortunately, now, we have to tidy up / mine out the old 66 blocks, mushrooms, cross-connect cables that happen to be OUR mess (which we inherited) and look horrible compared to the awesome work they did! But that's on us! If you need some fiber or cabling work, Fusion Networking is the way to go. Timely, professional, friendly, and affordable. I highly recommend them!

I am blown away by the customer service we CONSTANTLY receive from Fiber Internet Center. We recently had a project which required us to establish a private connection to another large movie studio for some huge data transfers (think 5TB files). This was extremely time sensitive and could have cost us a lot of money if it wasn't done quickly. I reached out to Fiber Internet Center and it was done within a DAY. Normally these connections take 2-3 weeks for set up, but I told them about the urgency of the project, and the next morning I got an email from Bob saying that it was already done. They go above and beyond, even reaching out to the studio to make sure everything is working on their end as well. I expected to have to do this myself, since most companies wash their hands of the project once their end is done. I really can't thank them enough. Their customer service on top of the fact that they provide us with more than a gigabit of throughput puts these guys way ahead of the game. Our connection has been consistently reliable, and the VERY few times it isn't, I know exactly what's going on, and am never left in the dark. I can't say enough praise about this company and their team members, and I am sincerely grateful to them.

We recently updated all of our phones and added Phone Answering Service App. It was the best decision we could have made. Franklin at FTS customized our recorded greetings to go on at specific times, as our office hours vary, this ensures that our patients can reach a medical professional at any time, which is incredibly reassuring to our patients and us. Our new office phones have great features, but the best is the mobile app, we are able to go on exchange by changing a setting in app from our cell phones (no more worrying about forgetting to put phones on exchange, or thinking "did I put us on exchange?!"). Through the app we are able to call patients from our mobile phones without showing our phone number, the number that shows on caller ID is our business name and phone. This comes in handy when we work remotely. I highly recommend FTS, Franklin and staff. Great customer service and prompt attention. The call handling is efficient, and the staff are knowledgeable and professional.
