I wanted to give these guys credit for taking a bad situation and making it right. To sum it up, I dropped my Samsung Galaxy S5 and broke the screen. I paid them to replace it and it was taken care of pretty quickly. Within a week the screen magically broke again, inside my gym bag, something which has never happened. I am naturally skeptical of the after-market screens but was assured that my situation wasn't all that uncommon and I was just unlucky. I paid to have the screen replaced again. In the process, the back button started malfunctioning so they needed to order a part and fix it. Additionally I purchased a screen protector. They gave me an additional one, on the house. Within a week, the screen started to crack AGAIN. I thought it was just the screen protector cracking but when we took it off, the screen protector was fine, it was the new screen underneath that was cracked. Now I was convinced that the after-market screens they were using were cheap and I was pissed off. I insisted they repair it again, for free, but they raised a point that we hadn't thought of. It turns out that the original damage, from dropping the phone bent the frame. If your frame is off, it makes the glass more prone to cracking, hence the repeated broken screens under limited stress. I confirmed this fact with Verizon. Because this was missed during the first repair, I wanted to have this fixed at no charge. Mark made a decision to reimburse me for the second repair but said that my phone was a nightmare and minus a perfectly corrected frame, would continue to be an issue. Instead of going through the back and forth, he offered me a refund, on the second repair, as a compromise. I was a tough customer with a tough problem. Mark and his crew are stand up guys and decided to put the customer relationship ahead of making another $100. For this reason, I wanted to give them kudos here on Yelp. read more

And I didn't even know I could change the color of it. Friendly, fast same day service and inexpensive. I went to Toto wireless and came straight back to Smart Stop Wireless. This place is amazing! I cracked the screen on my iphone 4 Monday night. I did a yelp search for places that fix screens and this place came up. Its near by, so I went first thing in the morning. Since i had a work appointment i had to get to so they let me drop off my phone and pick it up after. The price was reasonable and the service was great. I would definitely recommend this place. Helped out with my phone when I had my second cracked screen at a ridiculous low price, AND while I was there I watched this great moment: the guy who had been helping me from behind the counter saw some people trying to push a large SUV out of traffic into a gas station across the street - and it wasn't going up on the curb!! Without missing a beat, he told his co worker "be right back" and he bolted out to help push it over the embankment! A true act of chivalry! He totally didn't have to do that!! took my iPhone 5 here just over a month ago to have my shattered screen replaced. The touch screen worked flawlessly even WITH the completely shattered screen, but once they replaced the new screen, the touch didn't work at the bottom 3rd of the phone (where all the action is on an iPhone). I took it back and they kept it for a couple hours to "fix" and it seemed better when I left, but the touch screen has gotten progressively worse since then. The guy was nice enough so I give them 2 stars for the friendly service, but in the end I paid for them to pretty much make my phone worse. I should have gone somewhere else. :( read more

I just had my son's ipad mini's glass replaced. Their customer service was great (especially the owner). I called three other places and left messages, yet this place actually returned my call. Since they returned my call, they got my business. They were willing to replace the glass the same day and I know how tough it is to replace an ipad mini's glass. The price was a little higher than other places but they made up for it in great customer service. I'll definitely be going back to have them work on my other gadgets. Both my son's iPad and my daughter's iPad needed screen replacements, so I brought them into Smart Stop Wireless. They fixed the screens for the a very good price - $99 each, with a $5 discount for mentioning "yelp". They also said it would be done within 1 1/2 hours (which is much better than the several days I was quoted elsewhere), and when I arrived back at the scheduled time, they were completed on time. In the process, they noticed that there was something wrong with the backlighting with my daughter's iPad. They ended up replacing the iPad with a brand new one, and restored all of her apps, etc. at no additional cost to me. They were extremely polite, courteous, timely and professional. Took my samsums S5 phone to unlock so I could use it abroad. Took them less than an hour and worked perfect with the new Sim card. This is a great place to go for repairs and accessories. Last time I went to Verizon they tried to upsell me on a new phone AND didn't carry the shatter screen anymore (my phone was a year and a half old). This time I went to Smart Stop and not only did he carry that screen, he told me about a better one. They have good prices and a decent selection, and the wait time is fine. There's another wireless shop near by called toto wireless who charges more and also were out of 5c screens which the employee did not let me know when I called ahead!
