They claimed it was due to physical or water damage, which is completely inaccurate. The phone was not dropped or exposed to water at any point. These issues began under normal use and escalated while the device was in their hands. The owner was also extremely rude and dismissive. He insisted that this type of issue can only happen from physical damage, which is simply not true. The screen showed clear vertical line failure and became significantly worse when their technician applied pressure to it in-store. Instead of acknowledging a likely defective part or installation issue, they made blanket claims that do not align with how these displays actually fail.
