They did very good job in both regards. Just this week we needed documentation at the request of the people buying our home. Christy in the office did a great job in getting us exactly what we needed in a very timely fashion. This kind of support is greatly appreciated and completely demonstrates that the firm is in business for the long run.

The work was all contracted out to multiple people and was absolutely terrible. See attached picture. There was no quality control or checks done at all. - The paint jobs were not completed and looked like a child did it. They left corners unpainted and did not replace the trim. - The bathroom shower door they installed was a foot shorter than the original . - The vent cover was put on crooked . - They lost the faucet cover to the shower handle . - They reconnected my washing machine incorrectly which led to my entire condo smelling like sewage . They did send someone to correct some of the above but that further delayed the project. They never gave me an explanation why they used such a shorter shower door but I assume it was because they ran out of money due to having to have so many people come to attempt to correct all the mistakes . Even worse, the job was finished 3 months past what they originally estimated. I would not recommend.

They were quick, efficient, and everyone we spoke with from adjusters to billing were incredibly personable and kind. Prices that we were quoted were the most competitive in our area. We are already planning to work with them on future projects. I will recommend these guys to everyone I know!

This company was going to do a siding job until I caught them in the practice of being shady. I bid my job with several other contractors for the same scope of work and all were reasonable and within the same ball park for the job. Note: the other companies were local and highly reputable. This company CrossCom Inc. tried to tell me for 18k I could only get siding for my 1000 sqft of coverage needed. Siding choice vinyl minimum thickness, basic color option. I would have to pay extra for trim, soffit and fascia. This company are known as storm chasers and need a contract signed where you pay them 3000k if you cancel. However whatever the insurance company pays they will only do a quarter of the work and take money for a full complete job for siding or roof and try to charge you the difference. They will attempt to make you believe it is not enough to do the the complete job. In the end they have charged for a complete job and only done a quarter of the work and will charge more for a complete job than what it cost. When asked why they are over charging work they replied they can charge what they want. In simple terms if your dumb enough to pay we will take your money. Not a company I want touching any sqft of my house. Very shady storm chaser process type of company. They will talk bad about your insurance company and use all kinds of inappropriate language. In the end they are everything bad they said about insurance companies. I really hope other home owners do their due diligence when approached by this company. Very snake like and condescending. I dodged a bullet and hope others watch out for this place and steer clear.

We contact multiple vendors to come and looks at the issue, but none were as thorough and experienced as Mark and his team. From the beginning to end, the experience has been stellar. Mark arrived to look at the issue promptly. He was able to identify the issue accurately and was honest about the necessary scope of the remediation work. (Other vendors suggest a smaller fix which ,in hindsight, would not have solved our issue in the long run and would require additonal work later on) Throughout the entire process, he constantly communicated the progress of the work and kept us update on the schedule, something that we appreciate since its the first time we have to deal with mold and water issues. Last but not least, Mark and his team take great care in carrying out the work and handling our belongings in the work area. If you need any restoration work done, I definitely recommend Quality Assurance Restoration.

I contacted a few different people, but Mark was the first to be willing to make it out to us that same day. After checking out the damage, he put my mind at ease and gave us the rundown of his plan of running a few fans and dehumidifiers in our utility closest and in the crawlspace. I asked him a bunch of questions I had, and he answered each one with ease and helped me understand what was going on. In the end, Mark and his team set up the fans and dehumidifiers in the spaces and left them for a few days. We were considering getting new tiling and he recommended Jose from Neza Restoration & Repair. Jose and Fernando also did a really good job. What makes Mark stand out from the rest is his availability, clear communication, and just being a down to earth guy. I felt I could trust Mark, and may have overstepped when asking for advice outside of water damage, but was he willing in answering and helping me out. God forbid I have more water damage in my future, but if I do, Mark and his team are the first ones I'll contact. And I'll be referring them to every person I know seeking water damage help from now on.
