When the windows arrived and weather permitted, his team came out to replace the cheap windows and slider my GC put in and they did a fantastic job. Everyone at Kot's was so great we requested a quote for replacing the rest of the windows in the original structure which were installed last week. The whole team was fantastic to work with from start to finish. I had a lot of quotes, some cheaper but none with the level of integrity and pride in their service that I found at Kot's. They were very honest, respectful and professional throughout all of our interactions, and they were on time and had the glass replaced with in the amount of time that they said it would take. The install crews were extremely efficient, clean, and thorough - we were always able to live in the place at the end of the day, and every bit of install looks immaculate. These folks are truly some of the best that I've ever worked with to get something done in my place, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if the need arose. Their showroom has a great display of the products that they offer so you can get a decent idea of what you're buying. After texting to share some photos they said they'd need a window technician to check it out. They showed up exactly when scheduled and texted to let me know when they were nearly here. It turned out to be an easy fix so they took care of it on the spot, free of charge. They even insisted on cleaning up the little plastic bits that came off the window during the repair (even though I told them I could take care of it). Fingers crossed that I won't need to repair or replace any other windows soon, but if I do I'd definitely go back to Seattle Glass and Window.
