Great people. Great work. Impeccable service. Showed up around a quarter past eight and needed my Note 4 repaired. When I got there and showed them my Note 4 screen without saying anything the guy knew my problem. Unfortunately they ran out of Note 4 screens at both their booths. What they did next was not anything I would have ever expected. The main guy in charge, Sean, knowing that the mall was going to be closing in 30 minutes and I needed my phone by the next day made sure that I was going to get my phone repaired. At first I was a bit sceptical with was going on with the unavailability of a screen for my phone but now I know why they ran out of screens. They are that dam good and everyone is coming to them to have Smart Fix actually fix other's mistakes. N..E... ways..Sean's first focus was me and that my daughter and I were comfortable and that I had full trust and belief in him. He did. Then he told me that he was going to leave the mall and grab a screen for my phone and come back and it would be fixed before the mall closes. He had 30 minutes to do all that so I didn't think that it would be possible but I couldn't help but to believe Sean and that he was really going to go beyond his regular service to help a customer he just met 10 minutes ago. I was out of there before the mall closed and my daughter and I got enough time to still play before bedtime all thanks to Sean and his Smart Fix crew. The guy who worked on my phone I nick named "Flash". Super quick with amazing results. I don't highly recommend Smart Fix, I will only recommend Smart Fix. Be smart people. These guys are the best. Customer for life. This was today and I have been telling everyone about what Sean did. You don't get places like this around here. To be 100% straight honest on my opinion on the techs that run "smart fix" at the Ontario mills mall location... Is their great. Cheapest price I found to repair my iPhone 5 screen. Fast and friendly service. Unfortunately for me I had a defected screen that was installed, a manufacturer defect that is, which these techs had no control over and so when I brought the phone back in because of their warranty, I was at first worried if they'd give me a hard time because I didn't have my receipt, but I'm glad to say they didn't give me a problem with it at all, no questions asked they just seen the screen was blacked out, but still on .. They replaced it fast and with no charge. I've actually brought two friends in to get their iPhone 6 screens replaced , and happy to say their phones been working fine every since ... If you have a broken iPad, iPhone or any smart phone for that matter, DO NOT take it to Apple! Take it to Khaled or Khan at Smart Fix in Ontario Mills. The imaging was off in my iPad and I first took it to Apple who quoted me $250 for a refurbished one. Ummm.... no thanks!. A few days later, I was walking through Ontario Mills and saw Khaled working on an iPhone and asked if he could fix my iPad, preferably without cracking the screen, and HE DID! Well, ultimately, the screen needed to be replaced because of the issue I had with the power button but he only charged me a fraction of what Apple was going to charge and my iPad is working great!! Not only are Khaled and Khan friendly and personable but he walked me through what he was doing as he was repairing it. I phone 4S. Smart Fix helped me out of a pinch with my daughters phone. Faud did a great job of solving the problem of a faulty screen. Checked out many places and stopped at Smart Fix in Ontario mills, got great customer service, fix my iPhone in ten minutes!! Can it get any better than that!! the lowest price in town. The individual said it would be 10 minutes I had thought he was bluffing and I was there at 8 minutes and it was done. I had an amazing experience at this location, Ontario Mills Mall by the food court. The tech, Israel was awesome! My cell problem with the phone sensitivity and cracked screen was addressed under 30 minutes. He checked everything wit me standing by and made sure I was satisfied. I'm so happy I found this place. I stopped at a kiosk called street talk and they told me my phone wasn't repairable. I kept telling him it needed to be charged but he didn't take the time to listen. About 9 months ago they fixed my dead phone and I was so happy they were able to get it back running for only $80! Now I can't plug my charger in to charge the phone so yesterday 2-29-16 I swung buy and asked what it would cost to fix. Smart Fix is the best place to go for both fixing and getting new screen protectors. I messed up my iphone 6 pretty bad and I needed a reliable screen protector. I saw this place in Ontario Mills mall and had my screen on my iPhone broken. It's a 7+ and I thought it toast. The screen went black and was not turning on. They looked at it and said if they could fix it they would charge me, if not then no charge. I was talking to Baris and he was such a boss. He is from Turkey and is the coolest.
