Great people. Great work. Impeccable service. Showed up around a quarter past eight and needed my Note 4 repaired. When I got there and showed them my Note 4 screen without saying anything the guy knew my problem. Unfortunately they ran out of Note 4 screens at both their booths. What they did next was not anything I would have ever expected. The main guy in charge, Sean, knowing that the mall was going to be closing in 30 minutes and I needed my phone by the next day made sure that I was going to get my phone repaired. At first I was a bit sceptical with was going on with the unavailability of a screen for my phone but now I know why they ran out of screens. They are that dam good and everyone is coming to them to have Smart Fix actually fix other's mistakes. N..E... ways..Sean's first focus was me and that my daughter and I were comfortable and that I had full trust and belief in him. He did. Then he told me that he was going to leave the mall and grab a screen for my phone and come back and it would be fixed before the mall closes. He had 30 minutes to do all that so I didn't think that it would be possible but I couldn't help but to believe Sean and that he was really going to go beyond his regular service to help a customer he just met 10 minutes ago. I was out of there before the mall closed and my daughter and I got enough time to still play before bedtime all thanks to Sean and his Smart Fix crew. The guy who worked on my phone I nick named "Flash". Super quick with amazing results. I don't highly recommend Smart Fix, I will only recommend Smart Fix. Be smart people. These guys are the best. Customer for life. This was today and I have been telling everyone about what Sean did. You don't get places like this around here. I'm glad we have Smart Fix at least starting a trend for Superior Customer Service. I can't thank you guys enough because you help save my business appointments for tomorrow. Thank you Sean, Flash, and the SMART FIX crew. read more

To be 100% straight honest on my opinion on the techs that run "smart fix" at the Ontario mills mall location... Is their great. Cheapest price I found to repair my iPhone 5 screen. Fast and friendly service. Unfortunately for me I had a defected screen that was installed, a manufacturer defect that is, which these techs had no control over and so when I brought the phone back in because of their warranty, I was at first worried if they'd give me a hard time because I didn't have my receipt, but I'm glad to say they didn't give me a problem with it at all, no questions asked they just seen the screen was blacked out, but still on .. They replaced it fast and with no charge. I've actually brought two friends in to get their iPhone 6 screens replaced , and happy to say their phones been working fine every since ... I would definitely recommend this repair service to anyone that's seriously trying to get their phones repaired .. Thanx agian to "Smart Fix's"tech's, Sam and Jawed, you guys are doing a great job.. Keep it up .. read more

If you have a broken iPad, iPhone or any smart phone for that matter, DO NOT take it to Apple! Take it to Khaled or Khan at Smart Fix in Ontario Mills. The imaging was off in my iPad and I first took it to Apple who quoted me $250 for a refurbished one. Ummm.... no thanks!. A few days later, I was walking through Ontario Mills and saw Khaled working on an iPhone and asked if he could fix my iPad, preferably without cracking the screen, and HE DID! Well, ultimately, the screen needed to be replaced because of the issue I had with the power button but he only charged me a fraction of what Apple was going to charge and my iPad is working great!! Not only are Khaled and Khan friendly and personable but he walked me through what he was doing as he was repairing it. I highly recommend them and will always go to them first when (or if) my phone or iPad needs a repair! read more

After trying a couple repair shops nothing compares to the quality screens and service that smart fix provides. My main tech "Rodrigo" always gets the job done, he's shown me the quality screen he puts on before the repair to make me feel confident in my investment, I've followed him from West Covina to Ontario mills just to get my screen fixed by him. If you want original quality for a reasonable price smart fix is the way to go, not to mention the 6 months warranty. read more

Went to Smart Fix today, because my lady needed her screen changed on her iPhone 5; Rodrigo assured me he could fix her phone screen right and for the best price. I had already went to many different places trying to charge an arm in a leg for an Old iPhone 5. Rodrigo gave me a very reasonable price and only took him 10 minutes to do so. Appreciate it, and will return for further business. read more

I saw this place in Ontario Mills mall and had my screen on my iPhone broken. It's a 7+ and I thought it toast. The screen went black and was not turning on. They looked at it and said if they could fix it they would charge me, if not then no charge. I was talking to Baris and he was such a boss. He is from Turkey and is the coolest. I'm definitely coming back if I need my screen fixed! read more
