They close at 9pm. It says 10pm here on yelp but if you go in they said 9. I suggested they change it but they told me to talk to corporate. If anyone from corporate is reading this which is probably far fetched. Please correct your hours listing here. Thank you. read more

I continue to shop here and complain dang-near every time. I check the circulars for deals and often come for cases of water, Ocean Spray juices, and my favorite Snapple. The pros...the store is stocked with bulk party items and canned goods. Staff is helpful and usually friendly. Cons...the shelf is almost always out of cases of Snapple. It's not like they ever go on sale. Produce is gross!! It looks old and is surrounded by flies. Items are often overpriced, the parking lot is too small, there's always a questionable person loitering the lot, and the store is too damn hot. Turn on some AC!! read more

I just tried ordering online. Viewing pictures, searching products, and managing the cart is pretty easy. And the reason I gave it a try was because they marketed a free first delivery. Just a warning though, FREE is questionable, because their partnership with InstaCart still charged me for tip and service. So no, it's not ENTIRELY FREE for the first time, which I thought was deceiving. And that's the reason for the star rating. This store's location is convenient,but I had stopped coming for a while. Well,last Sunday morning, I needed a few items,so I came here. I was prompted to go to a certain register,with the cashier name being Christian. He started ringing up my items and never said a word. I said," Good Morning,you don't greet your customers?" He said,"Yes,I do!" I then said, it must be certain ones. He had the audacity to tell me he had something on his mine!!! It's panic mode, I get it, but you as a professional store should have employees that know how to handled themselves when things get tough. My parents went there on Sunday to pick up our usual needs for the week. We did not need toilet paper, nor wipes nor disinfectant. There's a line to get in. Ok we wait. We get in, get what we need and proceed to check out. We have reusable bags that we use, unfortunately we forgot to get them out the car. My dads goes outside to get them and when he tries to come back in a store employee on the front denied in access to re enter. He pleads to her that my mother is already paying and he needs to give her the bags to put the groceries in. Your employee, a Hispanic woman, heavy set with draw on eyebrows proceeds to push my dad back, yes PUSH. My dad is 65 years old and all he is trying to do is give my mom reusable bags to put the groceries in. Your employee acted unprofessional and what she did is NOT acceptable under any circumstances!!! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. This afternoon I came into smart and final after looking for food in 3 other places. I was happy to find a bag of flour but unfortunately it was a open and a lot of the flour had spilled on the shelf. I grabbed it any way because I wanted to ask the young lady at the cash register if maybe they had any in the back. She asked a manager that was behind her at another counter. He responded that no there was not any more. I asked would you sell this, a lot of it has already spilled I told her. She than turned to the manager. He was young and was wearing glasses. He stated yes, he could sell it but it would be for the full price. I am sure that he could have give a discount but he did not feel like it. It is sad to know you have people out here taking advantage of you with this crisis going on. Yes, it is true I could have said no but I have 4 small children at home that I have to feed and for many days now they have been asking for pancakes. I wanted to surprise them so yes I bought it but never again will I come to this store. I have many family members and friends that shop here and I know for a fact once I let them know how there is a manager thief in this store they will as well stop coming. Do not take advantage of the crisis. Help the community out. The package had spilled more than a quarter of the product. How sad. And he is a manager. Wow. read more

You can get a lot for your dollar. They have a variety of stuff for your party and things for the house. Their prices are pretty good and they have specials quite often. I recommend this place if y'all need anything. read more

Overall, Smart & Final has good deals. They could hire more cashiers at this location and the parking is really bad here at times.

I've come here at times like once or twice a month. For a bad impoverish area. The staff and management are highly professional and always look to help customers and always show great work ethic and positive work environment. Way better than Walmart lol read more

I'm not the type to leave reviews but this smart and final is legit at the corner of where I live so I go often. There is a particular employee who's always at a checkout and as soon as you walk in you can tell he does not want to work. Several times I have been rung out and he gives attitude and no type of greet despite the numeral times customers greet him. Last week, I went in with my family and with being distracted we forgot to put the pin for our payment. With respect he should've caught our attention when we walked away. I don't let no body snap their fingers at me to catch my attention why would I let an employee snap their fingers at me like I'm a pet. As much as I want to mention his name and even bring it up to the supervisor I won't. I understand people have bad days but I go way too often and it's not just somebody having a bad day. i am really lucky. i am. i know it. i live in one of the most convenient neighborhoods to shop for groceries. within a five mile radius i have a choice between trader joe's, von's, ralph's, fresh & easy, costco and this smart and final location. however i seldom visit this location. for a number of reasons too. first of all, there is nothing really that stands out in this location. the products vary between name brands and generic brands but without much price differentiation compared to other shopping venues. especially costco. the service is good but i've never experienced bad service elsewhere either. the irony is that while this place is probably less crowded and alot closer to than costco, it lacks the product and brand name selection of costco's and what could be its only saving grace-major cost savings, isn't really noticeable. just an ok place. read more

It is close to home so I have been here several times, but try to avoid it as much as possible. They are always fully stocked and cashiers are friendly, and that's where it ends. The parking lot is terrible, the location is too small, and they always have long lines. And the main reason I avoid this place is because they are extremely overpriced, cannot understand why that is. read more

Good place for canned or packaged food, but horrible for produce! I came here because I get the sales paper in the mail but the fruit was rotten and full of fruit flies. Completely DISGUSTING! I ended up walking out without buying anything. They do however have good and large amounts of food for parties. read more

Sells expired products, the other other day I bought a huge case of apple juices for my babies, the apple juice expired in Feb and today is August 2013 yuck six months out of date... Make sure check the dates on your grocery or just don't go there. BEWARE !!!! read more
