Again, I was met with passive-aggressive, dismissive responses. Something as straightforward as explaining a joining process and disclosing a price point should not be a difficult ask. I was not haggling. I was not complaining about cost. Money is not the issue. I simply wanted to know what was required to access the restaurant. Neither representative could -- or would -- give me a straight answer. That level of evasiveness and condescension is unacceptable, regardless of how upscale an establishment believes itself to be. If this is how potential members are treated before they've even walked through the door, I want no part of it. Grape Creek Winery lost a customer before they ever had one. Do better.

Bob was our driver and his great demeanor added to our great day. He knew the area and many of the locations as he used to be the head football coach at Dripping Springs High School.
