Beautiful studio, a sanctuary, lovely compassionate people…read more I hadn't done yoga in 10 years. However, I don't recall it being this amazing. The sweat, the physical and emotional release. I don't do the heated yoga. Too hot for me. But they have 2 other types of yoga for the rest of us. Lol.. They cool the rooms down fairly quick after the heated classes. The instructors are all very wonderful. Judy's classes just seem to speak to my body and everything it needs that day. Sylvia's classes have a beautiful Zen quality. Love them. Blake's classes have illicited the most in emotional releases. Melinda's classes push me to go deeper, challenging myself. I haven't had classes with the other 2 instructors. My experience has been so positive... Just what I needed in my life right now.

I'm reserving the 5th star until I take one of their regularly scheduled classes. I didn't even know until I saw this special event advertised that Bodhi had opened a new location. Years ago I used to be a regular at the downtown location, but the classes got so crowded that I eventually looked for other studios. According to a classmate of mine this morning, the classes at the new location are still pretty small since they just opened. Even though it is a bit of a haul for me to get out there, it might be worth it to take a more intimate class with some of the instructors that I loved from the original location. This studio also has a small boutique and cafe in the front and the studio itself is really nice and clean with a wall of windows. I did find it funny though as we talked about taking life slower and not getting caught up in the rat race of life that I was looking at the sign for Best Buy in the reflection of the mirror.

Very easy and fast. I had already paid over the phone the day before.

Worst Customer service by Gen.. I've been a paying member…read morefor the past two years and have generally been satisfied, but my experience today was very disappointing and weird. I asked the front desk to clarify my remaining credits, including some 30-minute credits I believed were still available. Instead of receiving a helpful explanation, I felt I was treated dismissively and without respect. When I asked to speak with the owner or manager, the response was unnecessarily rude. I was even asked to leave while I was still drinking water they serve after the treatment, because they were closing. I understand the need to close on time, but every customer deserves basic courtesy and professionalism. Based on the way I was treated, I felt I was being treated differently because of my race. I hope management takes this concern seriously and addresses the situation appropriately.

The owners are welcoming and appreciative, the pricing is great, the studio is brand new and so clean! The best of all was the infrared heat rather than a traditional heater. It was so much more comfortable with the infrared and has more benefits! I've had inflamed connective tissue in my shoulder for a month. I had several treatments: acupuncture, massage, and chiropractic visits. All helped but the Bikram session actually relieved the pain yesterday and I still feel great! I also want to mention the floor-I'm not sure what the material is but it feels really clean and unique. I highly recommend this studio!

You might have to circle a bit to find parking, but it's not bad at all considering how many shops and businesses are right next door. If you happen to have kiddos joining you, the studio offers to watch them in a designated indoor play space while you get your barre on (schedule permitting). Compared to other barre3 studios that I've tried in the past, the classes at this location feel like a much better workout. The movements are more comprehensive, more challenging, and will definitely work you out no matter your fitness level. I love the variety of hand weights and resistance bands that are used, and how every exercise can be modified to meet your body's needs. I take classes more frequently with Chris and Sheila, and both ladies are wonderful. My only wish is that they had more classes earlier and later in the day!
