I have had the best experience working out here. It started with a trial class, as most studios do,…read moreand it instantly felt like a fit and I signed up for membership. I liked that each workout is a bit different (unlike OT), with personal attention given by the coaches to form (unlike F45), while building strength in similar muscles groups to get fit over time. It also rotates in format with a good mix of resistance, strength, HIIT, cardio. It's usually 20-30 people in a class and you feel part of a community - other members are friendly and supportive of you need it, but also focused on their goals and not in your way of you prefer that. The place has easy free parking which makes the logistics easy and lockers/cubbies. They provide clean sweat towels (actually clean). And the team is highly responsive on phone/ message - I've never had issues reaching someone if I've needed to.

The diverse community and coaches are all there to support your progress and I love the dynamic classes that build in progressions. Progress tracking is so easy on the apps and I really love that my cousin at BFT Leicester in the UK and I can stay connected by doing the same workouts even though we are in two different countries! 5 stars, would highly recommend

The athleticism and competitive spirit are high yet friendly. I have been in numerous states and…read morecities, it is hard to beat the *vibe* here! The OTF team and coaches are encouraging, helpful and high energy. There is a parking garage and validated parking. Great locale. Pop into Cosmic or Juiceland after!

I LOVE the orange theory WORKOUTS. AND the trainers are incredibly nice and motivating…read more However, this specific orange theory I don't understand why it's as dirty as it is when the office staff just sit there constantly. The worst part is this location for whatever reason maybe to try and save money does NOT fix their treadmills (the majority the fans are broken and I have to hold them in place while running). They don't have air circulation and doesn't keep it cool enough. I have a medical condition where I can't handle heat too well where my heart rate will skyrocket and I'll get sick. I've asked them in the past (two other times when I've had to leave due to overheating) to turn up the AC or prop the front door open for air circulation and they haven't . That coupled with the broken fans I'm just over it. I'll workout at home where it's cool. Literally I walked outside today in 84 and high humidity (68%) and it was cooler than in the workout room. I'll try again down the road for a free week once they say they've fixed the atmosphere and treads but I'll need to test before I sign up again for $200/mo ‍

I've been attending CrossFit Central for the last four months and have had such an awesome…read moreexperience there. This gym is very intense in comparison to other CrossFit gyms I have been to and the workouts reflect that. I am not a beginning so I can't speak to the perspective of someone coming in new but for someone who has been doing CrossFit for many years this was a great experience. The coaches are all very friendly and really take the time to help you work on form and safety during the lift portion of the work out. During the WOD alternative movements are readily available (although not encouraged unless required) which I think is a good approach to make sure people are pushing themselves to get better and improve. The membership is expensive in comparison to some other gyms in the area but I think you really do get what you pay for here and it is very much worth it if you are willing to dedicate the time to go three or more times a week. It's also a huge bonus that they bill weekly rather than monthly so if you are traveling you can take a week off without feeling like you're missing out. I'm sad to have to leave this gym but I am moving across town and so I won't be able to come regularly. Highly recommend to anyone interested or visiting town.

Two weeks ago CrossFit Central deserved 5 stars. Their programming was excellent and their coaches…read morepushed the athletes hard everyday. Since ownership changed, programming is more akin to F45 as they seem to be targeting the casual athlete who would have previously been intimidated by Central's intensity. Unfortunately ownership is dense and constructive criticism has gone unanswered so it looks like the new F45 is here to stay. Come here if you are soft and fear a good workout.
