If you want to try it out, there are also great intro offers. They offer a variety of classes from jump board Pilates to classical Pilates to rebound classes, which are so FUN! My favorite part of this studio is the sauna room. The room is very private with a personal tv, adding an extra layer of relaxation. Also, the instructors are all the sweetest and make you feel right at home!

There wasn't a formal check in process so I was a bit confused on what to do when I got there and ended up asking some random people. The workout itself was pretty weight intensive with lots of squats and repetitions. Most of this was strength training and not so much cardio. The instructor was very nice and helpful. You will definitely be sore after this!

Staff is very professional - everyone there is all about working out and getting outta there. And April - she's super nice, so of course we come back, but she has in uncanny ability to know the weight and reps that will yield jello legs/arms. we move so quickly from one thing to the next there's not the opportunity to get bored or pause for a moment to worry about how sore you'll be the next day...but in a good /pain is weakness leaving my body kind of way... I am so grateful to have found Body Springs. After a bad car accident, I spent 8 months recovering…read moreand lost all my muscle tone and core strength. My doctor cleared me to begin exercising again, but every time I went to the gym I ended up hurting myself. On the recommendation of my physical therapist, I decided to try private reformer classes. Let me tell you, if you think it's a waste of money or you know what you're doing because you've tried mat classes or DVD's, you are seriously mistaken! I've been doing both for years, and I was SO doing it wrong all this time. I've been lucky enough to work with Alia, and she is a BEAST. Not only is her physique seriously motivating, her method is very exacting, and she'll work you until you have it right. I find her style to be very calming and precise. I finished my first 10 sessions and promptly bought a second package. It's the best price in town, and I've seen really amazing results. My only critique would be that a few of the reformers are a little past their prime, but they have an extensive array of equipment, and the vibe is very peaceful (when it's not busy!). I highly recommend Body Springs. Tell them Vanessa sent you!

I'd never done any Pilates before, but Vicki helped me truly fall in love with it. After a few months of working with her privately, supplemented by group classes, my entire body is feeling (& looking) SO much better that I don't think I could ever *stop* doing Pilates, even if I move away from Austin. Vicki is smart, thoughtful, attentive, professional, and experienced. More than that--her reputation precedes her among other Pilates instructors in Austin. Everyone knows she's one of the best, yet she's always humble & considerate. I'm so grateful that I found this place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I'm extremely disappointed with this Pilates studio, especially their membership policies,…read morecancelation restrictions, and lack of access to classes. I signed up for a 3-month membership, only to later find out they require a 30-day cancellation notice. That feels excessive and unreasonable for a fitness studio. When I questioned it, staff compared it to renting an apartment, which honestly makes no sense--this is a Pilates membership, not a lease. There's nothing about this service that justifies that kind of commitment or restriction. Even worse, I can barely get into classes at all. Most sessions are full or unavailable, which defeats the entire purpose of paying for a membership. What am I paying for if I can't actually attend classes? On top of that, membership support has been unhelpful, and resolving billing concerns has been frustrating. Between the misnomer of the 3-month membership, the rigid cancellation policy, and the lack of access, this experience has not been worth the cost. I am requesting a refund, and I'm leaving this review so others are aware of what they're signing up for. Management seriously needs to rethink their policies and improve customer support. This is likely what to expect with a corporate chain such as Club Pilates. Be warned.
