I was a little apprehensive about boot camp workouts before coming here but I can see how effective they are as you keep moving during these workouts and get some cardio conditioning too. Plus you get a killer playlist to listen to and people of all fitness levels to workout with. Looking forward to incorporate Heat into my exercise routine.

This place has a very unique and beautiful brand, and I really appreciate that. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The staff was super kind in giving me a tour and ensuring I had everything I needed! The facilities were very clean and the class itself was great. I got a good sweat on and was able to keep up despite being a first-timer. Kudos to a great teacher who set me up for success! Upon the class ending, I was once again greeted and asked how class was. They made sure all my questions were answered, and I left feeling great. I will definitely return to try one of their other offerings (strength, cycling, etc.)!

The workouts are tough but the best thing is that they are ALWAYS different. It's never the same boring old routine. They recently got an infrared sauna too! Their class times align to people who work long hours in addition to people who don't work as you can attend the 6am or 7am classes ( that's where I'm at ) or the 12pm or 5:30pm classes. I enjoy this class so much more then I ever enjoyed Barre, Yoga or CrossFit. It's just a true combination of everything and that makes it so much more doable as it never gets boring. Random body parts are always sore. They also always provide alternatives if you have an injury. The class is super diverse. People of ALL ages and ALL weights. It's refreshing. You're not intimated but you're also motivated. Personal tip: If Lateef doesn't immediately respond to your email just email again. He's an actual owner hustler as he teaches so many of his classes and does a lot of personal training and he doesn't have an assistant so he juggles it all on his own. Fit Austin is totally worth it so don't get upset just send a follow up and he will respond. It's worth it!!!!

I have an unlimited membership for $150 a month where I can go every day to the gym. They have different packages and price points though. Some people have told me my package is expensive and if you are one of those people, rearrange your budget so that you can come to Fit Austin. Seriously, I love this place and you get your money's worth! The classes are 45 minutes with a warm up and cool down and they are intense (in a good way). They are small and the trainers are great! The classes are always different and work different parts of your body. You will never get bored with the classes here! It really is almost like personal training without the high budget. Although from the reviews here and what I have heard, Lateef and the rest of the trainers are amazing at personal training. I have to give a shout out to Lane LeBlanc who is currently a trainer there. She is super great, friendly, very encouraging and knowledgeable. I always look forward to any class with her! You have many time options every day for the classes and everyone there is friendly. They have bathrooms, a water bottle fill up station and showers if needed and a new sauna! If you are looking for a gym, don't look any further. Whether you need personal training or want to go to classes, this is the place for you!

Not only is the workout great, but there is no commitments, unlike some gyms that have super high prices per month unless you commit for a year, it's still cheaper than camp gladiator with a 6 month commitment. Jess, the founder, is genuinely one of the nicest, most fun people I know. The group is also still relatively small and has lots of social events, happy hours, and other nutritional challenges. I remember being so frustrated that everyone else was so much stronger than me -- so much better than me. But Courtney reassured me that no one started the class being perfect; just like them, I would need to keep at it! So I did. I started doing bootcamps twice a week, and within a year I had dropped 20 lbs and gained so much self-confidence and strength. Eventually I moved up to going to indoor OTL twice/week plus bootcamp twice/week -- after two years of OTL I am so in love with this gym! I'm down 35 lbs total, 5 inches in the waist, but what I am the absolute happiest about is how healthy, strong and confident I am with myself. David is a fantastic motivator during his 6 a.m. classes and Courtney accepts nothing but your best during PM bootcamp! These two are PHENOMENAL coaches and you can tell they love their members and love what they do. It's no exaggeration to say the de Leons and Of the Lion Fitness has literally changed my life.
