I had a very nice and relaxing service and Amber was super thorough, pleasant, and answered all of my questions. Would highly recommend. Update: got the produce done on Monday night and it's Friday around noon...I honestly do feel like the skin pen made my skin better already. I feel like my old acne pits are less visible /more shallow and my frown lines are softer. Skin feels overall more soft and less splotchy. Basically had no down time, just sunburn-like skin for about 2 days and then a tiny bit of dryness/ peeling.

Best experience I've had! Astrid is so kind and patient. Will be coming back for sure.read more

I recently completed Jeremy Robinson's 8-week program for the second time, and once again, the…read moreresults exceeded my expectations. The first time I worked with Jeremy was in 2018, when I lost 23 pounds. After turning 61, I knew it was time to refocus on my health, but I was honestly concerned that I wouldn't experience the same success. As a post-menopausal woman dealing with hormone challenges and stubborn weight gain around my middle, I wasn't sure my body would respond the way it had years ago. I'm happy to say I was wrong. This time, I lost 16 pounds, feel dramatically better, and gained tools that I know will serve me for life. What I love most about Jeremy's program is that it's grounded in the science of nutrition. There are no expensive supplements to buy, no strange foods, and no gimmicks. Instead, you learn how food impacts your body and how to make sustainable choices that fit real life. Jeremy is an exceptional coach. He meets you exactly where you are, encourages you every step of the way, and genuinely believes you can succeed--even when you're not so sure yourself. No question is ever a dumb question to him. His knowledge of both nutrition and fitness is incredible, and every time I asked something, he had thoughtful, practical information to share. The changes I've experienced go far beyond weight loss. I sleep better, my hot flashes have disappeared, my stomach no longer hurts after meals, and I simply feel healthier and more energetic overall. Most importantly, I feel confident that I can continue these healthy habits long after the program is over. If you're looking for a program that delivers real results and teaches lifelong skills, I highly recommend Jeremy and Austin Holistic Fitness. The only downside? You'll probably need a new wardrobe when you're done.

I got into it very skeptical as I had been struggling to shed extra lbs for a while. In the 8 weeks I went down 16 lbs and was able to really change my behavior on eating and exercise. The first few days of the program are tough, esp since you have change your eating habits, but if you stick through it, the benefit and upside is huge. I have still ways to go in my weight loss, but this program helped me jump start it and gave me the tools and confidence to continue with it.
