To make matters worse, Google Maps directed us to a condo building about three blocks away. We spent nearly half an hour trying to find the restaurant before finally locating it, hungry and tired from the ride, only to learn it wasn't open. What was supposed to be a fun date-night adventure turned into a frustrating experience. I completely understand that hours can change, but if your website lists specific hours, customers should be able to rely on that information, especially when they're traveling a significant distance to visit.
