Laid back and easy. It's definitely not a frills place but you always feel welcome especially when they get to know you!

Service was fast but I don't like that you have to order on the app or go to the bar. It's very impersonal but is what it is I guess. Over all we spent $90+ on 4 tacos 3 drinks and chips and salsa. That's a bit high imo for what you get.

Just a heads up to everyone that's wants to visit this place. There is a pickpocket thief working this place. The other night we visited and went to see the live band and a girl came up randomly and threw her jacket over our stuff, at first I wanted to move my things but thought o-well what harm could it be and continued dancing. A few minutes later she came back and grabbed her jacket and I realized my cell phone was gone. I confronted her and of course she denied it. then suddenly left. So I had to go see about a replacement phone, talking to the guy at the store activating my phone talked about having a situation three weeks ago where a girl was dancing next to him one night and he thinks was trying to grab at his wallet. when I told him where it happened he stopped what he was doing and described the girl to a T. So to get to the point. A regular at this bar is after your $#@*. So watch your stuff! The thief is female about 5'5" with brown hair and blond ends, she works along side a guy who watches her back. read more

Our group consisted of approximately 30-40 mature adults, and we occupied more than half of the restaurant. Our table alone had around 10-12 people. Given the size of our group, we understood that service might take a little longer than usual. Our waiter initially asked how we want our check. We requested individual checks, which he agreed to accommodate. However, it quickly became apparent that he was overwhelmed and struggling to manage our table. When we tried to get his attention to order a second round, he never returned to our table. Eventually, one of our group members had to walk up to the bar to ask for assistance. He was told that the waiter would be sent over. When the waiter finally came over, instead of taking our order, he told one of our guests that he was cut off. Our guest asked whether he was the only person being cut off, and the waiter responded that he wasn't going to try to figure out who had ordered what. Seriously? Rather than taking the time to clarify the situation or handle it professionally, the waiter made a blanket decision and escalated an already frustrating situation. Words were exchanged between our guest and the waiter, after which the waiter walked away to get the manager. The manager then informed us that our guest had been cut off because he was supposedly intoxicated. This was particularly ridiculous because, as far as we knew, he had ordered only one drink. The claim that he was intoxicated was difficult for us to understand, especially given the circumstances. What made this entire experience even worse was that our entire group, not just our table, was eventually forced to leave the restaurant. We were a large group of adults gathered to celebrate a friend's wedding, not a group looking for trouble. Yet the situation was handled in a way that turned what should have been a happy celebration into a very unpleasant experience. I understand that restaurants have the right to refuse alcohol service when necessary, and I appreciate that managing a large group can be challenging. However, there is a difference between enforcing a policy and treating customers poorly. If the waiter was overwhelmed by the size of our group or the individual checks, that should never have resulted in such unprofessional service and the entire group having to leave. The lack of communication, the waiter's dismissive attitude, and the manager's handling of the situation were extremely disappointing. We came to celebrate a special occasion and spend time with friends and families, but instead, we left with a terrible impression of this establishment. The Thirsty Moose seriously needs to reconsider how its staff handles customers, communicates with large groups, and resolves conflicts. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this place for group gatherings or celebrations. There are plenty of other establishments where customers can expect to be treated with courtesy and respect.
