Arsenio Nelson does a great job at Slim Chickens. He's friendly, hardworking, and helps make the experience enjoyable. I really appreciate his excellent service and would gladly recommend him! read more

I don't understand the negative reviews here, maybe there was previous poor management? My experience was phenomenal today anyways, food was fast to come to my table, fresh, hot well seasoned spicy tenders and sauce, nice toast and hot fries. My only complaint would be the fries could have been a bit more crispy. Restaurant is well ran, clean inside and made to order. I'll be back read more

Slims food is good but every single time I have been over the past 5 years WITHOUT FAIL there has been a hair in my food everytime. After this last time, I will never be going back to this location. It's a shame because the food is good, but food service hygiene is severely lacking. Disgustinggggf read more

How can I leave them a 5 star review when their Fries are so dang salty?!? Because I love salty fries. Seriously. They are really salty. Oh I forgot. The best chicken sandwich in town so far! I did a fast food looking for the best and surprised at results thinking KFC was going to win?!? But no. A late entry takes the win; Slim Chickens could compete with the sit down restaurants. Now strangely, Sharks has better fries; even though I love my salty fries. Anyway. I'll be swinging by this place again. So that means; 5 stars! read more

This is the worst Slim Chickens that I have been to in my entire life. On a road trip, you'd expect that stopping by a fast food restaurant would by a FAST stop, right? WRONG. Our food took at LEAST 30 minutes to arrive. If you decide to eat here, you might as well cancel your plans for the rest of the calendar year, because you will STILL be waiting for your stale fries and fried chicken. read more

We had a great experience at this Slim Chickens location. The food came out quickly and was delicious. We ordered chicken tenders and fries. We chose honey mustard and slims sauce for dipping and they were both great. It was my little girls first time and she is ready to go back! The guy taking our order wasn't very friendly, but that's okay. It didn't affect our meal. read more

They are completely messy on there orders. The place is a mess and they couldn't even get anything I was saying right. The food is to salty. The chicken strips where bone dry. I will gladly stick to thr Slims Chicken in Searcy AR. read more

The food is good. But they gave me 1/4 of a mac and cheese bowl. Forgot my sauces that I paid for, and took about 30 minutes to get my order out. Will not come back. read more

The customer service is abysmal and nearly every time I order take out or through the drive thru my order is missing something, the extra dips I paid for, not tossed as requested, or in the case of my most recent experience an entire order. This meant I had to drive back to get the meal I paid for. When I called to get the order remade the manager was rude, constantly interrupted me, and failed to understand my frustration was completely down to the fact her employees failed to meet the basic expectation of fulfilling an order. When I got home of course the meal that was prepared was now cold, not to mention the wings were barely covered in sauce. I'll never return to this establishment until it is under new management. read more

We love coming to this location. The food is always fresh hot and extremely fast. The staff is very friendly.

Slim Chickens in conway always takes such good care of me. I use them for catering weekly and they always go above and beyond. Ashley Keese and Shanice Anderson are always working so hard to make sure everything is great. My order is always correct no matter how complicated, the food is always delicious, and the staff is always so kind. The bathrooms are always clean and the dinning area is always clean. I highly recommend Slims for anyone that is looking for great food and service. It's also a great option if you want something healthy. The grilled chicken salad is the best in town! read more

Placed an online order that should have been ready in 13 minutes. I live 15 minutes away so that should have worked perfectly. I go up to the front and was told it was being worked on and be ready soon. People who walked in and ordered after me got their food first. And I'm talking multiple parties. My food ends up taking 45 minutes to get done. When I ask, I'm told they were prioritizing drive thru and dine in customers. Glad to know that the kitchen doesn't care about online orders and still managed to not give all the sauces we were supposed to have. and my now hangry three year old doesn't want to eat at all because of how long it took. Avoid ordering online. read more

Worst experience I've had here. I had to repeat my order 3 times because the guy who was taking was having an entire other conversation with a coworker while I was ordering. Pulled up to the window and was handed someone else's food. He proceeded to take it back and hand it to the car behind me..... he told me to pull in to the parking spot because mine wasn't done. Waiting 10 more minutes (about 15 minutes at least total). Got home and my wrap wasn't even closed. No ranch, wilted lettuce, and barely any chicken. The Dr Pepper was terrible. The soda machine clearly needed to be changed. Paid $30 for two wrap meals and a side of fried pickles. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! read more

The worst experience I've had at a restaurant in a long time. I've never even given a review before but this experience was so bad I felt I needed to. We were traveling through the area and placed an online order to be picked up inside. We waited nearly an hour with workers constantly promising us our order was coming. It set us so far back on our travels. When we got the order, we were missing forks for our salad and Mac and cheese, bread (which they had assured us was in there.) and two of our drinks were wrong. Workers seemed to be working hard but it looked like there was no manager there to lead. Highly frustrating as our local slim chickens has never had this issue and we do love the food. Even more frustrating that we were only offered a sorry and nothing else for our troubles. :(. read more

second and last trip to this place. only car in the drive thru, they were NOT busy. we were very specific with our order... and it was still WRONG!! And my Husband is hungry because he couldn't eat his food. I'm pissed I tried to call the store, it was around 8:25pm and NO ONE ANSWERED... message said mailbox was full. I bet, full of complaints! I will tell everyone I know about my very last visit to this place. I see why they only have 3 stars. I would have LEFT ZERO STARS BUT COULDNT y'all go to Chick-fil-a much better. I bet they answer their phone! read more

First of all, this place consistently messes up my orders and I literally don't go here often. Ordered through door dash and they didn't check the order, nevertheless, slims didn't make the order correctly to begin with. I'm highly allergic to hot sauce/buffalo sauce and I ordered regular Mac and cheese with no tenders, instead I got the Buffalo one and could smell it a mile away even when it was sealed, started acting up. I called to dispute the order and whoever answered was giving me attitude like it was my fault too. Again, consistent mess ups. Hate wasting my money here. Fries are always soggy AF too. read more

First time eating at a Slim Chickens and, honestly, we won't be back. We decided to dine inside and stood in line to order for at least 15 minutes. I don't know if they were having technical troubles with the registers or what as not a single word was said to us by any of the cashiers and we only received glaring looks from the employees as the line behind us continued to increase. After finally placing our order we sat down at a table that very obviously hadn't been cleaned in awhile. The food was in no way worth the wait and trouble to get it. Definitely take your money elsewhere. read more

Brilliant establishment, my friends went to pizza hut instead of her hearing and they HAVE REGRETTED IT because they missed out on a delectable meal...A GREAT SHAME ON THEM, plus the one guy keeps singing to anyone he can like what is up with that and the other one is ginger. I didn't know what to expect. Reviews were 3 out of 5 stars, but the parking lot was full. We figured full parking lot might be a good indicator and indeed it was. I ordered the strawberry grilled chicken salad and strawberry cheesecake in a jar. Everything was incredibly fresh and tasty. The grilled chicken breast was tender and juicy. The dessert couldn't have been any better. I'll definitely eat her again. read more

Fast Casual concept rustic barn like decor that is nicely done. Order at the counter I ordered the Slims salad with the fried strips. The salad was fresh mixed greens not iceberg. It had cheese, tomatoes, fried onions cucumbers, croutons and a banana pepper. It is served with choice of dressing I had blue cheese, and it was amazing huge chunks of blue cheese. The friend chicken was good not to heavy or greasy. My friend had the 6 wing basket with a side salad she said it was excellent. I splurged and got the jarred dessert. Cute offering all be it a bit pricy. I had the cheesecake. It was great a fun touch is the slims jar. The cheesecake was great my friend had the brownie. The brownie was a bit too sweet for me but my friend loved it. Overall a great fast casual spot. read more

I don't know what it is about their chicken but dang I love it! Its always juicy and it goes perfectly with that slim sauce.. Which i wish they would sell by the bottle! Sweet tea is not really sweet, but the pink lemonade is good. Kids love to go through drive through on the way home. read more

Just left I eat here regularly but won't be any more, had the new devil's something sandwich still cold in the middle Friggin nasty waste of 8 bucks I used to really like this place but they can't keep a decent cook I guess.....nasty 2 times out of last 3 Won't be back read more

This "fast food" place is surprisingly good. It's fairly inexpensive and everything I've tried is so good. This is a hot spot for after church lunch but other times it is not too crazy. read more

Chicken was not freshly prepared. The chicken had a hard crust and was just barely warm. The cost was about $2 more than Popeyes same sandwich. The French fries were less than warm and where on the low end of good. The order taker was poorly trained and kept getting the order wrong. The place was like a drafty barn. I won't go back. read more

Slim chicken strikes again with the bad tasting soda. How they get it wrong so often I am not sure. Ordered waffles and chicken. They put the butter in the container without securing the lid so I had butter on my chicken fingers....yuck. They are sloppy and hit and miss. My visits to this location will definitely go down. I am tired of the disappointment. read more

Probably the best chicken fingers I've ever had! We came here on a Sunday for lunch and it was packed. Barely managed to snag a table. After we recieved our food we quickly realized why the place was so packed......the food is awesome. Portions are spot on and the flavor of the chicken is different and better then most I've had. Service was great, no complaints there. We live nearby so this will surely be a go-to spot for us when the wife is indecisive as always. read more

Worst slim chickens I've ever ate. Poor designed parking lot. Do not go there during peak meal times or you'll be there all day. We pulled in to curbside and sat there for at least 30 minutes after we got our food, trying to get out. Drive thru so slow it was backed to road and no way to get out. Once your out of parking spot you can't get around the building if anyone's in drive thru.. POOR DESIGN!! Food was not the slim Chickens I'm use to. Will never eat at this slim chickens again! read more

First off I absolutely love the food and get slims at least 4 times a week. Now to be brutally honest. The staff is terrible. They either don't communicate or blatantly get our order wrong. We have to repeat our simple order about 10 times which could be a speaker problem but after they got it right...repeat it right back to us...it comes out wrong. We would wait back in line but we don't really wish to wait another 20 mins which is the average time it takes to get our meal. So we normally eat whatever we get which is delicious but normally not what we ordered. They do on the other hand normally get the drinks right. But for how long we wait and how much it costs for chicken it should be right and taste right. This is a new development as well. It didn't seem to be this incorrect or long of a wait before May 2017. But since then they have been increasingly aggravating. read more

Need to pay attention to hours that are advertised versus when the place is actually open. "caus'a COVID" is not an acceptable excuse. Slim Chickens has had plenty of time to change their hours on all mediums including Yelp. read more

I have had great experiences on both of our visits here. Fast, friendly service. Modern atmosphere. Great pricing. And you can find a buy one meal, get one meal free in the Entertainment Book. I love the choices of sauces, especially love the cayenne ranch. The chicken tenders and fries are fresh and delicious! My only complaint is that they don't have a restaurant in Little Rock! read more

This is a 'must eat' place if you like hot wings and chicken tenders! Moist, perfectly tender chicken strips are served with five kinds of dipping sauces and the wings are bathed in anything from a mild sauce to 'Inferno'. I have never feared hotness so I chose their 3and3 plate which consisted of 3 chicken strips w/a cayenne ranch dressing and three hot wings coated in Inferno. That came with excellent fries and Texas Toast for a whopping $4.89. Okay..about Inferno..it is good and hot, perhaps a few degrees less than 2nd degree lip burns but it makes that chicken taste good. I really recommend not kissing your significant other or messing with your contacts til you have REALLY cleaned your hands well. Slim Chickens has a great variety of sandwich wraps, salads and sides like fried okra, fried pickles, cole slaw and tater salad. The most expensive thing on the menu is $13.99 for 20 wings! You can come in a sit down to eat (they have killer Blues music playing) or you can use the drive-through. I hope they add a few more locations soon... read more

This is waaay off the beaten path but when you need wings deep in AR, this will serve admirably. Prices were reasonable & the place was spotless. Got the buffalo, hot BBQ, sweet BBQ & teriyaki. All sauces were decent, the buffalo just seemed like Frank's - nothing special. The teriyaki was a little off in color but seemed to have a little extra ginger - nice touch. The cayenne ranch & Slim's sauce are great for your fries. Order the fries extra crispy. read more

Would have never tried this place without the recommendation from friends. Very happy we gave this place a try. Mainly fried chicken strip dishes and wings but they have other stuff as well. The fried pickles are really good. Recommend. read more

I was reluctant to try Slim's, figuring it was just another Zaxby's knock-off. I was pretty off in my assumption. They have various combination plates composed of wings & tenders with many different flavor & sauce options. I tried the 3 & 3 plate, with 3 wings, 3 tenders, fries, & one dipping sauce. The wings were tasty, but were not very meaty. The mild buffalo is good for your average wing eater who isn't trying to burn their face off. The tenders were amazing! The breading didn't detract from the juiciness of the chicken, and my honey mustard dipping sauce made it even more delicious. The only drawbacks here are the price (over $20 for two smaller plates & drinks) and the drive through is quite a wait. Overall, it's a pretty good lil' chicken joint! read more

Slim Chickens caught my eye due to the fact that all the photos look like Raising Canes. If I'm going to eat as much fried food as possible during my AR visit why not add this to the list. Fries are fine, chicken tenders were small and the breading wasn't as crunchy as I prefer. The sauce, I opened up what looks like that thousand island sauce with excess black pepper that I get at Cane's only to realize this is some sweetish concoction. Slim Chickens isn't bad but my issue is I had prior ideas due to Raising Canes. Slim is like Raising Canes with more options and less focus on quality. Canes feels like they have a few things and do them well, Slim's is many things done mediocrely. read more

When good managers are their place runs more smoothly. Tonight rude mediocre below average staff and not friendly. Definitely has slipped over the last year. Try Canes Chicken. Nicer and cleaner and better chicken at a better price. Cooks also mess orders up consistently. read more

I would leave zero stars if I could. If you have online ordering for pick up make sure you actually do it. My Wife and I moved from West Little Rock to Conway a few Months ago and were excited to see there was a Slim Chickens located near our Apartment. So excited that for my Birthday Meal I passed up free Meals at other Restaurants to try this location. The Fried Pickles saved the trip but not sure I made the right decision. Let me start with the fact that the West Little Rock Location on Markham is much better. But that being said, the Chicken here was OK, again WLR Location is much better. Love the Fried Pickles and they are the tops here as well. Staff was helpful but did not seem to enjoy their work and it came through in their Facial Expressions and Voice Tone. It felt like they were in a Debbie Downer Skit from SNL. Mix on the Soda was slightly off (or the spigots needed clearing) because the Soda was not the best tasting but drinkable. At the price one pays here, things should be a step above what they are. Just a few small tweaks and this location could be great, but for now it will be on my secondary list of places that come to mind when I am deciding where to eat. Really want it to improve because I love Slim Chickens, especially those Fried Pickles; they are an obsession. read more
