The worst over all service ever in restaurant. From the minute we walked in the lady as the host was rude and then when ask for manager she was even more rude. The only person was the waitress a d she was new and was awesome. It seems like a family run place. The family enjoyed the food however I refused to eat. We had crab legs that were good but the rest of the food left a bad taste in our mouth. The catfish, fried oysters, crab cakes, calamari and fried mushrooms were almost inedible. We'll never go there again and the waitress brought our food and never came back until she brought the check. read more

This was my first visit to this resteraunt. It was very nice and clean, and the staff was friendly. Our waitress asked if we had ever been there before, and I told her no. She explained the menu and I ordered the Friday special and added some eggs and had a mixture of the butter garlic sauce and spicy. It was absolutely delicious. Every bite was flavorful. It wasn't very expensive. The fried Oreos were just ok. I had a few and took the rest home to my kids. I will return. read more

Thieves. Management charged me a $40 tip 2 times and won't pay one of them back. There was a mandatory tip to pay for a party of 6, my friend payed the tip with his card and they still charged me the tip as well. I only signed for the bill total minus tip yet yhey still took a tip from me. They basically stole $40 I did not authorize. They deny it of course. The 1st time we tried The Mighty Crab was at the North Little Rock location and it was fantastic. I was excited when I found out they were coming to Conway. The food and service were great and this place is a much welcomed replacement to the garbage chinese buffet that was there before. There is a ton of seating area so wait times during peak hours are basically non-existent. This place is better than Joe's Crab Shack or the Eat My TrashFish across the street. The menu has a lot to choose from and the flavor & seasonings in the food are in a league of their own. I would highly recommend this place and very glad they're here in Conway. read more

The service was pretty good the food was just terrible. We were there kind of late but still. The crab legs were rubbery and hard to crack( they didn't have forks for shell fish), the corn on the cob was old and stale and and the sausage was sliced so thin you could see thru it. The garlic butter sauce was so stale the garlic had the wrong flavor and the other sauce( we thought was cocktail sauce) was a brown watery color. The food was old and not from having sat out for a few hours it was like several days old. The shrimp was good and the lobster was on we just kind of ruined it with the garlic butter. Even the lemonade was watery. We never could figure out the décor, it was a combustion of Japanese, beach, seafood, fifties with Koi fish swimming in a tank of deep water shells. It was clean though. We came in as a party of seven. The young lady at the desk was immediately very confrontational about the up charge on party of six. I usually do more but she was a bit too aggressive about it. We said okay and she was very smug about "it will take 5 - 10 minutes to get the waitress ready. I didn't get her name but this young person cost you over $200.00 plus tip. We ordered the Valentin's Day special from Mighty Crab in Conway. Ask for butter and garlic sauce only, no seasoning. This was a takeout and It's a half hour drive there for me and a half hour drive back. I get home with the order and it's covered in hot Cajun spice. No butter and garlic. Called mighty crab and he said "Nothing we can do" and we weren't reimbursed by card. They wanted us to drive an hour round trip to bring back there and wait an hour for food. Where do I start? First off the food is way overpriced. Portions are super small. They charge you a "convenience fee " for online or order ahead orders. The person at the door was extra dry and low key rude. This was my second time trying them due to I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking the first time way just an off day for their staff. Food was not what I expected either time. And if you don't watch them not only will you leave a tip on your table but an extra tip will be added when you pay. Once we got the ticket the %18 tip actually figured up to %36. It was corrected without any issue, but left me feeling like they tried to get one over on us. First off the food was not good the crab legs tasted old, I took one bite of the clams oh mercy I had to spit them out, I'm not like that either when I pay for food by golly I'm eating it, but not this food, when you go to crack the crab legs it was mush no crack and hardly any meat in there which tells me they must have been frozen forever, there were no forks on the table so we ate the potatoes with a little plastic stick like thing that I think you use to dig the meat out of the legs with. OMG,lets just start here. If it were not for the extream cleanliness of the restaurant and the SUPER nice and friendly staff I would have given "The Mighty Crab" A.K.A The Kursty Crab a one star, so owner next time you talk to your staff think them. First issue (and there are too many to list). everything was obviously frozen for quite sometime before being defrosted and prepared, anyone that knows anything about sea food will notice this right away. the food is severed in a plastic bag ( no joke) an actual plastic bag, not an actual sea food boil mesh bag, which allows the juice/ seasoning to drain. the plastic bags look like they have been pre-made sitting in a freezer for sometime (with the seasoning inside) then dropped in the boiling pot ( but not long enough) as mine and my dates were both very cool on the inside the crab was so dried out (will presume from extended freezing) that it was more like crab jerkey, the lobster was the consistency of rubber, the menu was incredibly confusing, (too much rubbish) to even try to explain. When they tore open the bag and dumped it in fround of you a ton of slop/juice/seasoning goes everywhere and you food is sitting in a half inch deep puddle of whatever the hell it is. The mealted "butter" and i use butter in quotes is not real butter but some imitation/margarine/ butter concoction. For the two of us it was $116.00, Without drinks (alcohol). I was hoping for something like Joe's Crab Shack. instead I got the Krusty Crab. at half the price you would be over paying, I promise. But if you want to take your date to a $100 dollar + meal that sucks, this is the place for you!!!! read more

Just left our first and last visit there. Styrofoam cups, cheap plastic utensils, condiments in plastic cups. No salads, no cole slaw, no vegetables. When we asked waiter to take some of the trash out of our way he said he could not. Only people busing the tables after we left could remove used plates, trash etc. Food was okay, not special.
