Slim chicken is always a good place to eat but Cabot's slim chicken is absolutely ridiculous. They are super sloppy when making food and never seem to get it right. They forgot my sauce, when I went back in there to ask for it they got super salty and was being extremely rude. There service is poor. I'd be glad to never come back. read more

Absolute worst slims I've ever been to! Paid 24$ for a 4 piece chicken strip meal and a slims wrap, I had gotten 4 "strips" the size of chicken nuggets. The wrap meal contained the wrong chicken wrap.Cabot slim chickens had always been terrible! read more

Great food! Doesn't disappoint. Everything always comes hot & cooked all the way. You get freebies and money off for using the app, so I'd recommend downloading it if you're going to frequent the place. Never a long wait, and staff is ok as well. I've only been in the drive thru, so I can't say anything about inside service. read more

I ordered from the app and picked up at the Cabot, AR location. There were 2 long hairs in my food. One wrapped around the breaded part of a chicken tender and the other wrapped around 2 fries. My daughter found a black hair inside the cellophane wrapper of her brownie. I don't know if someone just absolutely hates their job or if this was a gross idea of a joke. For the amount of money I paid for my family food, this is unacceptable!! read more

Very expensive but I guess that's kind of to be expected since it seems like an upper fast food sort of place. The food was delicious and I've been here a few times, but it seems to vary on quality. Most of the time it's just alright and kinda lukewarm or cold, but other times it's fresh and hot. Fries seem to have the most variety in either being kinda soft and cold or hot and crispy. Good milkshakes and awesome sauces to choose from though. read more

Yesterday I went thought the drive though around 1:12 Pm and ordered 3 chicken tenders and a Diet Coke , the person taking my order was giving me a total before they ask what size drink, I said I'm only wanting 2 tenders and a large Diet Coke , they kept asking if I wanted any sauce, no I don't , when I got to the window and payed she handed my bag out and it was to heavy for just 3 tenders, I pulled over and looked inside thinking I had got another person order... nope I had 3 tenders and about 30 packages of ketchup! Gave it one star due to the fact that the people who work there were sweet. As for this location, it is a typical fast food restaurant. As for the food we ordered... It was so gross that we literally threw four meals away. We did wait until we left slims chicken before disposing of our food. Went there once and will never return to this location and or any location here on out. The food was completely greasy to the point even sponging it the breading would start to fall off. Fries were spongy, which is odd when it comes to having fresh fries given to you. I did mention something to the cashier about the fries tasting old, she asked if we wanted to have a new order of french fries. I said no, but just thought I'd mention before someone else is provided the same batch. Hope this helps someone before choosing to go to this franchise. read more

What is going on at Slims - Cabot? This location is ALWAYS a hit or miss. We've been coming to this location since launch, and it is never the same experience. Some days the wait is EXTREMELY slow (more to come from today's experience [09/28/2021]). Other days you can order and it will be ready for you before you finish filling up your drink. The days that it is moving fast, there is always a manager there actually managing. The days that it is slow? You guessed it, not a manager in sight. Today's experience: Mobile order placed at 5:15PM for CURBSIDE ... Arrived at Slims at 5:32PM as it said would be ready by 5:30PM ... Waited until 5:40PM before going in ... WAITED IN STORE until 5:55PM before receiving food ... While inside waiting, a woman wearing a blue collared shirt (assuming she was in some managerial position) came from the back CRYING. I understand there may be some bad days, but you gotta keep emotions at the door. When I finally got the food, a family who was already at the counter when I walked in (So waiting AT LEAST 15 minutes) asked the cashier "are we going to get to order?" A patron SHOULD NOT have to ask if they can order at an establishment such as yours. Wait times should not be all over the place if employees are not actively being managed. This store has been open almost 3 months. Look at your reviews. That should tell you something. Take initiative and do something about it. This is by far, the WORST Slims Chicken I have ever visited. read more

The owner made it right but we won't be going back again. The tenders we got were horrible The first round and cold. They looked darker in color than some off the other chicken and the taste was something like ashtray and burnt grease. Not impressed for a place that just opened up the doors at the time too. Was not impressed. The line was short and went fast because we went between lunch and dinner. I got a salad and a good bit of the lettuce was brown and the fried pickles were kinda soggy like they had been sitting a bit. We have eaten at slim chickens in Searcy and enjoyed it but brown lettuce and soggy fried food is not what I was expecting. read more

I took my family to Slim Chickens tonight for dinner. I was really hungry for buffalo wings with a side of blue cheese, which is what I ordered along with several other menu items totaling $40.99. The young lady behind the counter came out to our table a few minutes later and informed me that they did not have any blue cheese, I immediately told her oh no, that was not good, but I got up to make another choice. I haven't dined at Slim Chickens in quite some time, so I wasn't sure about how the sauces went. I made the comment that the buffalo sauce was not going to work. She immediately went to the kitchen to stop the order, but I think that she was too late and they had already dosed my wings in buffalo, but she came back out and told me that everything was fine. I finally decided on Korean BBQ and a side of ranch. I thought everything was fine; but a little bit later, the manager came out with just my wings. She was rude and arrogant, with a flippant attitude. I asked where the rest of our food was, and she smartly remarked that it would be out soon, and it was. My husband over heard the manager tell the young lady to ignore our table. Bottom line, I will not eat at Slim Chickens in Cabot, AR again, the food was just okay, but the service was absolutely pitiful especially coming from the person in charge, I was not rude or demeaning to anyone. This is typical of service oriented businesses anymore, since the pandemic; its no longer acceptable. I can spend my money elsewhere. read more

Not great. Have been three times and it's always been meh. The most recent stop, my fries were cold and dry as if they had been sitting out for hours and my chicken strips barely consisted of chicken. Have ate at the Little Rock location a few dozen times and was never disappointed, this location is different and I don't know that I'll be going back. read more

Only took 18 min to make 2 chicken club sandwiches. They said the delay was due to having to cook "fresh bacon"....WHAT???

My son placed an on-line order yesterday, I went to pick it up. They stated order would be ready by 19:00hrs & I arrived at 18:55hrs. I walked in thru door on drive thru side, I had to walk past dining tables & a condiment table, which had 2 large bags filled with food boxes sitting on top. The bags were not tied off and I just assumed they belonged to someone in the restaurant as there were customers by the drink machines. After walking past that table, I was standing at front counter, there was a family of 4 in front of me. Several people were in the kitchen not doing anything. 2 more employees came in from outside and started having a conversation over my left shoulder. Meanwhile, I'm standing there waiting while there's another register open with no one manning it. More customers walk in behind me and they form a line. Some guy, an employee, walks out of the kitchen going to the restroom and as he passes all customers, he looks at us and said very loudly, "Who's going to give me their money today?" If other customers hadn't been present with children at their sides, I would've told him not a damn penny unless I get service in the next 30 seconds. So, after that, a girl finally comes to the front counter and asks if she can help whoever is next - I told her I was there to pick up an online order & gave the name. She said follow me...she walked to the condiment table and looked at the 2 bags of food sitting there...1 of those bags was mine. She asked another girl to fill the drink orders. I asked her "Why is my order sitting here in the open and not kept in the kitchen under a warmer?" She just shrugged....This was a $40+ order....So in this new age of covid D (and no one in that restaurant was wearing a mask btw) my food order, not tied off, was exposed to anyone that walked by & coughed, sneezed, etc and was available to anyone that just felt like reaching in and grabbing something, it would've been entirely possible as the staff there wasn't paying any attention to that area let alone customers at the front counter. So by the time I got home, around 10minutes later, the food was luke warm...the food was not very impressive for the price paid, I wish now I would've gone to Zachbys instead - much better food and reasonably priced. This was the 1st time I had been to Slim Chickens and it was my last. I intend on filing a complaint with the AR Dept of Health since this restaurant likes to expose my food to EVERYONE that walks by. Extremely disappointed...in fact, it sucked!!! read more
