The two guys would come for a couple of hours and then leave. The doors are other issue all together. We had all our exterior doors replaced and a screen door added. The screen door fell apart within the year. The front door has warped and we are unable to open it. Another doors on the garage wad not properly install and did a quick fix. If I would do over again I would have gone with another company for the doors. The windows they seem fine just the length of time to get them installed.

Nick was swift but delicate throughout the process & his caulking was very clean. His removal and install were impressive, never forced anything & clearly mechanically inclined. Final all in price was $251.32! I called 2 competitors for estimates and they were 1) not as friendly and 2) 30-50% more expensive. There key work was satisfactory but they were deceptive and evasive in price quoting (or…read morenon-quoting). I asked via email for total amount of fees for their service and received cost of making duplicate key and fob only, I have that one quote saved in my email. When the serviceman arrived I again asked for the total price. The amount quoted me did not include $69.00 service fee and did not include their 6% charge card fee (double the 3% fee most other vendors add). I was asked to pay without seeing an invoice in writing, received said invoice via email after my account was charged. I sent an email request for at least the service charge to be refunded and I would eat the double charge card fee. No response whatsoever. I did have a better price on the key but not the fob. Had I known about the hidden charges, I would definitely gone elsewhere.
