I was expecting they would dig those broken parts out and replace it with new 4x4s and cement them in place. What they did was dig new holes and place new 4x4s near to wear the old ones were. They were supposed to repair one of my two fence gates that had been effected. They fixed one side and even took one of the gate's hardware down and never put it back up. So I am not satisfied, and I gave them the opportunity to make it right and the father of the guy who gave me the estimate came out and told me they would make it right. That over a month ago. I texted them to ask if this was ever going to happen and the response was they were very busy and would get to it. But they haven't. And at this point, I really don't want them back. I am going to have to pay someone else to properly fix my fence. So would I recommend them to another homeowner who had fence work that needed repairing? No. They might be great at some other task, but fixing fences, a least in my particular situation, is not what they are good at.

The amount quoted me did not include $69.00 service fee and did not include their 6% charge card fee (double the 3% fee most other vendors add). I was asked to pay without seeing an invoice in writing, received said invoice via email after my account was charged. I sent an email request for at least the service charge to be refunded and I would eat the double charge card fee. No response whatsoever. I did have a better price on the key but not the fob. Had I known about the hidden charges, I would definitely gone elsewhere.

I believe this company has lost its luster…read more They were "five star" when I had 25 window blinds and four electric blinds installed eight years ago in my new house. The product was good and the installation was flawless. But now eight years later they seem to put the customer last. This evaluation stems from a recent encounter when I requested help from the company after a battery for one of my electric blinds wouldn't accept a charge. Their immediate recommendation was to replace the motors for all four electric blinds at a cost around $1,000. Needless to say, I was stunned by their recommendation. I was pretty sure it was either a bad battery or a bad charger. They offered to send a technician out to assess my problem as long as I agreed to pay a $150 trip charge. Well that offer just sucked all the joy out of me. Instead, I asked if I could speak with a technician so I could describe what I discovered after conducting some basic testing. They said they would have someone call me, but nobody did. Further testing supported my belief that the charger was bad. I found an exact replacement online for the device I had, but the manufacturer had discontinued it. That told me everything I needed to know. I found another charger on Amazon for $15 and it was delivered the next day. Thank you Amazon. The new charger worked. Problem solved. I have to say I was extremely happy that $15 for a new charger saved me from spending $1000 to replace four window blind motors.......plus a $150 trip charge (eye roll here) .... :). Bottom line: they might still do good installations, but their follow-up support needs some work.

The crew did a great job. Dedicated, friendly, & very hard working. They didn't rush but worked methodically as they should have. There was supervision when needed but they knew what they were doing. They also made sure to diligently clean up everything after the tear off including another run with the nail magnet the day after tear off to make sure everything was picked up. After explaining on the phone my problem, he communicated his suspicions of the issue and stopped by later to confirm. Turns out, the issue wasn't with my roof but a loose/leaking exhaust pipe in my attic that apparently someone had stepped on at some point in the past.
