I first contacted him and sent him picture of my broken sliding closet mirror door. He said he ordered the parts so he could then come to fix it. Problem is since it's pretty old the parts are not easy to find and ended up being in back order. I was concerned about the timing and our ability to find a solution that would not be too expensive. A couple of weeks ago, I replaced the slider locks on 3 patio doors, with another company. I apparently paid almost double what Slider Solutions would have charged. Better late than never and I'm glad that I found Fredy from Slider Solutions when I went to replace the rollers on 2 closet doors.
