Fredy and his son did a great job replacing the rollers on my sliding patio glass door. Pricing was transparent.

Fredy and his son just left my place, and I couldn't be more pleased with the work they did! From the first time I met Fredy through the day of installation, he was responsive, professional, friendly, and funny. His pricing was also very fair. I had three sliding glass door screens replaced, and he tuned up one of my sliding glass doors. Everything looks great, and my doors open with ease now. Thank you, Fredy! I will definitely use him again for any future projects. read more

Fredy was incredible, and really went above and beyond to help us. We're about to sell our house are we are limited in time for repairs. I first contacted him and sent him picture of my broken sliding closet mirror door. He said he ordered the parts so he could then come to fix it. Problem is since it's pretty old the parts are not easy to find and ended up being in back order. I was concerned about the timing and our ability to find a solution that would not be too expensive. Fredy understood right away and offered to come over to look at the door from pretty far. He actually did fix the door for less that he originally said. We thought he was really honest and we really appreciate his help. Many contractor try to charge you way more. It's really nice to see you can still find reliable and honest contractors in Orange County. Thank you Fredy we really appreciate your help! read more

I took a chance and looked up mirrored wardrobe door repair and found Slider Solutions. Freddie answered the phone personally and was able to set back to back appointments for my two rental properties for the next day. I loved that he quoted me a price over the phone to replace the wardrobe door wheels at one property and to repair a screen door at the other. He was able to get wheel parts and re-screen the screen door and install both the next day. Freddie offered a great price with a quick turn around and did quality work. Super happy to cross these items off my to do list and make my renters happy!!! Fantastic experience. I highly recommend working with Freddie & Slider Solutions! read more

I had two Anlin sliding doors that were difficult and hard to open. They are about 30 years old and in great shape. Had 2 other companies give estimates by looking at pictures sent and they suggested to replace the track and rollers on the door. I reached out to Slider Solutions and Fredy Ramirez responded within 5 minutes. He gave me a good price to replace the rollers on the door. After several text messages he suggested I call him and we set up a time for him to come out and look at the sliding doors. After evaluating the tracks and testing the door, he suggested to just replace the rollers. It's a small family business and after reading Fredy's bio and his experience I went with Slider Solutions. Fredy and his son was very careful lifting the door off its track and cleaned and vacuumed the slider track. Fredy installed new rollers and they installed the door back in place. After a couple of adjustments to rollers the door slides smoothly and effortlessly. Just one finger can open and slide the door open. We decided to have our other slider rollers replaced and we couldn't be more happier. They are like brand new doors! Thanks Fredy and Kamilo for making the doors like new. Highly recommend this business. read more

I don't do reviews often unless I've received great service , and I can indeed say Fredy went above and beyond. From my initial call, he was very responsive , polite and took his time in explaining the solution to my sliding glass door track. He ordered the parts and once arrived, he installed it perfectly. Don't think twice about it, he will get the job done right. read more

Such amazing service. Makes life so much easier being able to easily use the sliding door

Outstanding expertise, reasonably priced. I had a leak in my living room several years ago and suspected the sliding glass door but could never be sure. I sent some photos to Freddy and he immediately zeroed in on the problem - the track needed replacement. He came out right away to inspect and confirm that this was the issue. We then scheduled the repair for a weather-friendly time (because of how the track sealant works, you can't do this repair during times of precipitation.) He and his son Camilo came out and did an outstanding job of installing a new track. read more

I called Fredy to try to fix my mom's closet door. He was prompt and responsive. He showed up and gave us a reasonable estimate. He fixed the issue of the slider and then he helped fix an issue that came up later again. I really appreciated his honesty and prompt responses!! thanks Fredy read more

I have one big sliding window and double hung windows stuck and even tilt to an angle which are so hard to open. Among all the requests to the companies including windows and glass, Fredy from the Slider Solutions is the best. He responded without disappear and came on time to check for issues and the second time to repair with protective cloth. The result is really great and now I can slide the windows with ease and no more tilt. The price is reasonable. Highly recommended Fredy if you have old sliding window stuck or tilt !! read more

I can't say enough good things about Fredy. Professional, on time and an amazing communicator from start to finish. Replacing our closet doors was one of the smoothest projects we've had in our new home. And on top of all that he went above and beyond to help me get a necklace that had slidden into a crack in the wood of the closet door frame. I thought the necklace was gone forever but he truly made my day. I'd give him a hundred stars if I could. read more

Fredy with Slider Solutions is professional, prompt and knowledgeable about sliding glass doors and screens. We originally found him on Yelp in 2017 and we were impressed with him then, which is what prompted us to use his services again. He was able to think of a solution to fix our sliding screen door so we did not have to replace the whole unit. I was grateful he was able to save us money. He provided maintenance on 2 sliding screen doors and thay are like brand new now. read more

After several quotes from different closet door companies, we chose Fredy for our project. He was friendly, communicated well and was low pressure. His price was very competitive with many of the other quotes we got. He and his team were fast, clean and meticulous. You know a crew is good when they lay down protective covering, and clean up after themselves. It is spotless. They did a great job installing the doors, with the exact design that we wanted. Highly recommended and so glad we chose this company. read more

I highly recommend Fredy Ramirez and Slider Solutions. He quoted the replacement of rollers on a sliding door original to our Mission Viejo home a few years ago, but we held off on the repairs. A few weeks ago, I called him back to replace the rollers on the original door (45+ years old) and our patio slider (20+ years old). His price was very reasonable and he arrived today with his son Camino to do the work. Both doors had been extremely hard to open and close, but in a bit over 2 hours, both doors were repaired and slid smooth as butter. The best part is that Fredy and Camino were smart and sharp, worked well together and performed the task without issues. Plus... really nice people! I'm so glad I chose Slider Solutions... A couple of weeks ago, I replaced the slider locks on 3 patio doors, with another company. I apparently paid almost double what Slider Solutions would have charged. Better late than never and I'm glad that I found Fredy from Slider Solutions when I went to replace the rollers on 2 closet doors. Fredy called 15 minutes before arrival and went to work immediately replacing the rollers. He also put 2 screws in the track which was starting to come up. I had Fredy check the other bedroom closet doors & one door was vibrating and not rolling smoothly. He had those rollers in his vehicle and replaced them. Everything is now rolling great! read more

I've been meaning to write this review after Fredy installed our closet doors in one of our bedrooms. I just needed some time to settle into our new home. I got so excited when I found Fredy online. He answered the phone. He came out for a free estimate. And he took care of everything himself. He didn't give me any run arounds, his quote was exact, and he completed the work beautifully. He even cleaned the track and rollers and installed the hanger which was missing in the closet. He is very experienced, professional, and I'm glad I chose his company. Thank you, Fredy! read more

We had asked Fredy to come over to fix a brand new glass sliding door that we had an independent contractor install. The door took our full body weight to pull open and close shut. That shouldn't be the case for a new door. However luckily I came across this Yelp page and was instantly persuaded with all the positive reviews. Fredy came over and before he stepped into the house he wanted to respect our COVID rules regarding masking. He then proceeded to assess the situation with the door and it seemed like he diagnosed it quickly and went straight to making the necessary adjustments. What I appreciated the most was the step by step explanation of what was going on. He also gave us some tips on caring for our new door and pointed out that a roller that we may need replacing, should be covered with a typical warranty for sliding doors. His experience was transparent and he was just so pleasant to talk to about our sliding door concerns. We will definitely be recommending him to others and plan to call him for other home improvements with doors and window installations in the future. read more

Wow! Talk about honesty and amazing service! Fredy reviewed all the components that needs to be replaced and maintenance and was straight forward with the quote. There was no pressure and his pricing was on par or better than other competitors. The work that was done was beyond professional and the quality was perfection. Our sliding door that opens up to the back yard slides without any hitches or difficulties. Fredy was prompt and notified us what was being worked on every step of the way.
