He was extremely friendly and met with me a few times before the procedure and met with me afterwards for follow-up visits. He had excellent bedside manner and made me feel extremely important as his patient. He didn't check my teeth and then leave, he would ask me how I felt and listened to what I would say and spent time with me without rushing. I also had a follow-up visit with him and went a few hours beforehand to see if he could see me earlier and he squeezed me in! I was really happy. Great surgeon--shady business practices…read more I used this office because the surgeon is a preferred provider with my insurance. Imagine my surprise when the office charged me upfront for the surgery--I've never had a preferred provider charge me anything but a copay until the bill is settled. But that's not all. They charge *twice* for each implant--two different charges--even though my insurance company states that they allow only one charge and will disallow any "broken out" fees. And they also--in my case, at least--refused to calculate my bill using the PDP schedule (the Preferred Provider maximum charges). (They claimed they "didn't have to.") This meant that they overcharged me by thousands of dollars! Now the insurance company has settled the claim and says I owe only half what this office charged me. But the office refuses to pay up. They claim it's "your policy, not ours," so it's my problem that the insurance company doesn't support their shady practices--even though they signed a contract with my insurance company. They claim they'll pay me my money only when the insurance company "corrects" the claim. The insurance company says it's correct already.

The medication and instructions of how to rehabilitate began working the following day! swelling was halved and the pain dissipated after the 3rd day. i knew the ankle needed the prescribed "boot" but I chose to move slow on this one. in any case i am almost completed the treatment and you couldn't tell which foot had the dilemma. To cut to the chase - don't self diagnose or self medicate if you're injury is serious or not (in trying to save money)...you could be treating yourself to the wrong issue and cause a mountain of a problem later on (major cost and reduced quality of life). and for whats its worth i paid out of pocket and it wasn't as expensive i thought it would have been! Have this Dr check all your related sports injuries! if he's around in the future i hope my family will be able to see him for any sports injuries...so hard to find excellent holistic drs around. the only injury he probably can't reverse for you is a mortal wound!

It's located next to Ashley Furniture so there is plenty of parking including spots at the store front. I take my daughter here after having come across them at her school health fair. They handled the insurance switch and set my appointment for the following week. Both times I've taken her there we've been seen on time and even early this last time. The dentist is really great with kids and even plays Disney movie tunes on his portable speaker. All the staff is super friendly and easy-going. I'm really happy with their customer service.
