His staff is there to keep me calm and cheery during procedures. The same is true for Florica. *I haven't had issues with this, but if you have a balance, even if you think your insurance should have paid, or whatever, you will not be seen.* I think that is totally fair. Stick to your patient agreement, with no funny business, and you will be very satisfied and will not be judged or have your pain diminished. These folks understand what you're going through. I spoke to Gabi over a 15min discovery call. She is the…read morerudest person I've ever 'spoken' with. Not only did she 'correct' me on several occasions when I was referring to IV possibilities, saying 'AGAIN, LIKE I SAID BEFORE, ITS IM THERAPY', at least 8 different times, but she treated me like a child over the phone. I'm 52, almost 53, so I've got more patience than I want to possess. Gabi is NOT recommended for a quick 15min call. I'd rather talk to my Dog. Gabi, also interrupted me MULTIPLE TIMES & stated with disdain, 'LET ME FINISH WHAT I'M SAYING!', as if I interrupted her with an expression of not understanding her overly bearing phone etiquette. Gabi needs to LEARN & REALIZE that she is NOT above patients or just people in general. I WAS looking forward to the call, but she caused me even MORE C-PTSD & ANXIETY than any other Mental Health Clinic ever has. She also hung up on me towards the end! I was wishing her a great rest of her upcoming weekend, but before I could wish her well, (which I had to really keep my disappointment & frankly, high blood pressure that was rising inside of me in at bay). I DO NOT RECOMMEND KLARISANA SOLELY BECAUSE OF THIS 'HOLIER THAN THOU', NARCISSISTIC, EGO- TRIPPING PERSON, GABI, based on her tone of speech, her choices of verbiage, and her blatant and intentional RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL & DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR... *HOWEVER, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PHOENIX MENTAL HEALTH CLINIC IN SAN ANTONIO ON MEDICAL DRIVE INSTEAD*. THE STAFF THERE ARE COMPASSIONATE, CARING AND KNOW EACH PERSON BY NAME & PREFERENCES! OVERALL, BECAUSE OF GABI, WHO IS SUPPOSED TO BE CALMING, PROFESSIONAL & FRANKLY, KIND...ESPECIALLY AT A MENTAL HEALTH CLINIC WHO IS SUPPOSED TO CARE FOR people suffering with CPTSD, SEVERE ANXIETY, SEVERE DEPRESSION & everything else under the sun, I WILL spread the word of how I was treated by GABI. As a person who knows their own High Value, intelligent enough in discretion & discernment of Right from Wrong and also a BREATHING PERSON who doesn't tolerate blatant rudeness or disrespect, will always choose a compassionate clinic, that possesses & actually PRACTICES, genuine kindness and most of all, a Mental Health Clinic that practices and believes in Humility. GABI SHOULD NOT BE A 1ST CONTACT PRESENCE, OF ANY CLINIC OF ANY KIND. SHE HAS CAUSED ME UNEXCUSABLE HARM & DISDAIN.

This pain management office has provide the worst customer service I have received from a…read morephysicians office in years. The initial office visit was very rushed and with minimal layman term discussion about condition and treatment plan. The visit felt very rushed and end result of the initial visit was the need for an injection under anesthesia. The appointment was made for the injection with minimal patient instruction and a wait of time for the injection with no advice on how to control or minimize the pain and discomfort. The day of the injection is a mid day appointment and with no clear patient instruction or guidance we show up for the appointment after lunch and are turned away because lunch was eaten and no preparations were made for anesthesia by the office. During this visit the staff would not permit the caregiver to join the 96 year old patient instruction the exam room. The injection was rescheduled for a week later again without recommendations for pain management. It's been a week of intolerable pain and now time for the long awaited injection under anesthesia. The appointment was made mid day again because the office staff said this was the only appointment. Fasting all day, avoiding medications as directed and arriving before the procedure. Things are looking positive until the front desk ask for money that nobody made us aware of for this appointment. We ask to be billed so the appointment does not need to be rescheduled and the office resists emphasizing that we knew about the need for payment; we were definitely not made aware of the needed payment. To prevent a rescheduling of this long awaited injection appointment for hopeful relief of the intolerable pain we obtain payment. Thinking that everything was well and the injection is finally going to get done, we wait to be called to the back and then after they take the payment for the anesthesia they say anesthesia can not be done, only a local can be done. Any facility that treats a 96 year old patient with this disregard is not worthy of business from Medicare patients.

The most unprofessional, egomaniacal "doctors" office I have ever been to…read more My accident, prior doctors, 3/4 MRIs, and PI lawyer are all in Colorado. I recently moved to Texas and was referred to Integrity Pain Management for my lower back pain and to get an MRI on my knee. Despite the equipment being in San Antonio, I was told Dr. Latch would not preform PRP at the that location, and he only does it at his other office in Colorado. That's wasn't a problem so I booked travel to Colorado. The San Antonio office said they would send my lower back reports to Dr. Latch to review and decide if I was a good candidate and that he would give me a call. Meanwhile, I was to get my knee MRIed and have it reviewed by Dr. Latch. I never received a call from them and had a hard time reaching them for about two weeks. When I finally did get through, I was told Dr. Latch would not preform PRP on my back but had no issue doing it in my knee which I had learned had a tear in the meniscus. I called the Colorado location to get it the appointment set up and was told it was for treatment on Jan. 27th. On Jan 24th, I few from San Antonio to Denver. On January 25th, I received a call from the San Antonio business telling me the appointment in CO had been canceled. After a long time on the phone, they danced around some beautifully crafted lies as to why they could no longer see me. Reason 1: at the age of 22, I was too young Reason 2: there was no funding from my Colorado-based PI attorney. I offered to pay out of pocket. Reason 3: after close to two months, the doctor hadn't seen any of my MRIs. Reason 4: after the doctor saw the MRI, I was apparently supposed to have a follow-up for what treatments I can/want/should do. I never spoke to him, saw him or had this appointment scheduled. Reason 5: The legal agreement was reached with the Texas business, not this one in Colorado. Apparently the two offices don't work with each other except that they make calls for each other, transfer and work at each other's locations, have an instant online chat together, communicate in other ways, share the same doctor, use the same new patient paperwork, and the SA location canceled my appointment in Colorado. Reason 6: I needed to try other things first like chiropractic or steroid injections. Both of which I had already done before my very first visit with them in SA. A simple apology for their major screw up would have been sufficient; however, they love to argue and continued to lie about what had been said and done. The front desk lady and Rachel are condescending and don't want to deal with their mistake. In the front desk lady's own words, "above my pay grade." You wasted two months of my time, a flight back here to Colorado, a piece of my sanity, and increased my suffering. You are incompetent, rude, and I can't imagine that you'll be in business much longer. Dr. Latch hides behind his front desk employees and doesn't have the balls to own up to his businesses mistakes.
