Dr Pejman has restored my faith in chiropractic medicine. Every time I have taken my mangled, twisted body into South Texas Chiropractic for an appointment with Dr. Pejman, he has managed to work miracles and I have always left in much better shape than when I arrived. His prices are very reasonable for self-pay patients, and I have never had any problems scheduling appointments, even on the shortest of notice (including same-day appointments) Dr. Pejman is an overlooked superstar. Skilled, professional, and friendly...he has never tried to upsell me or convince me to get more treatment than I really needed. I would strongly recommend avoiding this office based on my experience, particularly because of the extremely poor customer service I received from the office manager. The office called me previously to let me know that my insurance needed an updated Coordination of Benefits. What they failed to tell me was that I also needed to have the claims reprocessed through my insurance. Had I been given that information upfront, I could have addressed the issue immediately. When I later tried to schedule another appointment, I was told that my insurance still had not processed the claim. I explained that I was willing to cash pay for the visit that day while the insurance issue was being resolved. Unfortunately, the office manager's response and attitude were completely unacceptable. I was not even given the opportunity to properly explain the situation or discuss a solution. I felt like I was being talked over rather than treated like a customer who was genuinely trying to resolve an insurance issue and continue receiving care. Insurance issues happen, and I completely understand that. What is unacceptable is the lack of communication and the way I was treated when I tried to find a reasonable solution. The office manager provided some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Good patient care should include good communication and respectful customer service, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here. read more

Dr. Kling is an excellent chiropractor and Dr. Kling MD is an excellent pain management doctor as well! Very professional! Couldn't ask for better doctors to help with my pain! However, the office staff is extremely rude! Not sure why a staff does not know how to fax medical records when a patient has asked 3 times?! And to TWO different doctors!? I called to ask why this was not done the "nurse" told me it was. (I was in the drs office who requested the records) and I KNOW they were not faxed or emailed to my PC. If you can see the doctors of this practice without having to deal with the office staff, I would recommend them 100%. read more

I was a patient for 13 years and put up with a lot from the office staff because Dr Kling Sr provided excellent care. I've been self pay for the last five years because the office staff does not do any business with my insurance company. I was in an auto accident and S Tx Chiropractic refuses to accept third party pay insurance, even when they have agreed to pre pay for all of the treatments. I can't say enough about this office. I came in when I was having severe back pain and had no clue what was going on. I was able to get same day appointment and so you know I still have been able to get same day appointments currently. The staff is friendly, organized and understanding. Once questionnaire and X-rays were done I was seen by Dr. Chase Oliver. He explained my situation and proceeded to adjust me. Throughout he gave me helpful tips to help me learn to control the pain and keep it at bay. Once he was done, I immediately felt relief! He then proceeded to demonstrate some daily stretches that would also help my situation. Since my visits started with him, I felt up to 90% better! He is absolutely amazing! While two star i want to be clear. The treatment received was exactly as expected. The facility was clean the prices were discussed prior. Staff was friendly and professional. The chiropractor caveman grunts with every manual adjustment. Was probably one of the strangest experiences of my life. While i understand involuntary tics from people this one was just over the top and strange. Overall being out of pocket i couldn't afford their rates. read more

Always amazing. I've seen all the drs at different times and they are always family oriented, caring, take time to listen and educate. I miss the old front office girls that retired. Wonderful family place. Mom is a nurse, the dad who started the company retired chiro, the son a chiro, and the other son a pain mngt doc. I've been to numerous chiropractors on and off for the past 20 years all over the US and these specialists are in my top 3. I HATE the offices you go to that try to sell you plans and the like. My chiropractor is the best. I haven't seen anyone else there so I can't give you my opinion on them. Pretty sure his last name starts with a P. I've felt things move (and hurt for the best) that I didn't know could. Whatever people say about the office doesn't really matter to me. I'm not there to make friends with them, I'm there to make sure my chiropractor can get me moving again. That's what matters. read more

Dr. Kling definitely knows what he is doing! I had constant lower back pain and by my 3rd visit with him, it was completely gone. Dr. Kling is very knowledgeable and is able to break down his explanations so you know what he is talking about. He goes over your x-rays with you and explains what he is doing as he is adjusting you. He wants you to ask questions to help you understand. He is a strong advocate for exercise to help you stay out of his office. I told him I started exercising and he loved what he heard and told me to keep it up! I like the fact that he doesn't want his patients constantly seeing him. He actually wants to help people feel 100% as soon as he can. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in the area! Dr. Kling has always been great in communicating in what is going to happen and if he can't see you Dr. Pejman was great too! As for the office Staff, they are sweet and friendly. Literally the best chiropractic office I have ever been to. David and Austin know what they're doing and they are trustworthy, thorough and kind people. Now that I've moved from Texas, I can't find anyone else close to their expertise, efforts and knowledge! I will come back to them when I visit my home-state for sure. Never a waste of time or money. I just had my first visit with Dr Kling and I feel ten times better already! After x-rays he determined that I have slight scoliosis and an old neck injury. He examined my body and performed several adjustments on my back, neck, hips, and sides. I immediately felt better and had less stiffness and pain. He can't fix my scoliosis but can make me feel more comfortable with less pain which is great for me. He was funny, sweet, and extremely good at what he does. He suggested I go back about 3 to 5 times this month and then have periodic adjustments in the future. It was worth every penny and I wish I had gone sooner. Nobody tried to sell me prepaid visits nor suggest long term visits. I highly recommend Dr Kling. read more
