His prices are very reasonable for self-pay patients, and I have never had any problems scheduling appointments, even on the shortest of notice (including same-day appointments) Dr. Pejman is an overlooked superstar. Skilled, professional, and friendly...he has never tried to upsell me or convince me to get more treatment than I really needed. I know his colleague Dr. Kling is quite popular, but I suggest that you do not overlook Dr. Pejman either! And I love the staff!! Friendliest group of ladies you've ever met. :)

I would strongly recommend avoiding this office based on my experience, particularly because of the…read moreextremely poor customer service I received from the office manager. The office called me previously to let me know that my insurance needed an updated Coordination of Benefits. What they failed to tell me was that I also needed to have the claims reprocessed through my insurance. Had I been given that information upfront, I could have addressed the issue immediately. When I later tried to schedule another appointment, I was told that my insurance still had not processed the claim. I explained that I was willing to cash pay for the visit that day while the insurance issue was being resolved. Unfortunately, the office manager's response and attitude were completely unacceptable. I was not even given the opportunity to properly explain the situation or discuss a solution. I felt like I was being talked over rather than treated like a customer who was genuinely trying to resolve an insurance issue and continue receiving care. Insurance issues happen, and I completely understand that. What is unacceptable is the lack of communication and the way I was treated when I tried to find a reasonable solution. The office manager provided some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Good patient care should include good communication and respectful customer service, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

The doctor said I was hard to please when I told him I was still painful. I just wanted my pain to go away. Everytime I left there I was in more pain. My friend goes there and has had great results.

They say healing is not linear, I believe that. I did have a time when I was just in pain, but after talking to Dr. Hayden, he did a bit more work on me and got the pain to a minimum.
