Why are you still sending me text messages to make an appointment? You guys turned me away yesterday when I truly needed your help. Doctor Mitchell told me to come in by 3:15 or 3:30 pm, I arrived at 3:40 due to traffic. Well as soon as I arrived, the front desk employee was trying to get me to come back some other date cause they had 2 new patients ahead of me. I said please I don't mind waiting. She stated this 3X"s, she kept trying to discourage me from coming back. She had me redo my paperwork, which I had completed before I arrived on the website. She wouldn't print it for me or allow me to email it to her so she could print it. Well after waiting around for about 1 hour with no patients in sight for 30 minutes, tells me since I didn't have my physical license on me, I did have an old Pic of an expired license saved on my phone. She contacted her manager and then told me that unfortunately they needed my actual license present, therefore they couldn't help me. My pain scale level was a 10 at the time. A $29 new patient special was advertised on the website. I clicked to claim offer and was contacted by the facility based on the information I provided for the special. Went in the next day and was told the $29 special advertised on the website wouldn't be honored and the cost would be $139. I just walked out. Thank you for the false advertising and the bait and switch. Update: Company responded stating ad is for new patients only and if I'm already in the system I do not qualify. Since I have never been to this or any other chiropractor in my entire life and have only moved to the area 9 months ago, I stand by my assertion of false advertising and bait & switch. If I could give a half a star I would. Read the fine print in contract(similar to Golds Gym). They will charge you month to month until cancellation. Maybe i wouldn't have cared, but I've been charged for 8 months of no service. No has bothered to contact me to use my 4 scheduled visits. You would think an account would go dormant after 6 months at the most. Very disappointed that I reviewed my credit card statements to find a charge going back to June of last year. They suck you in on the promo and then if you forget, you're screwed until you cancel. Set your calendar if you are only taking advantage of the promo. Even calling to see if a few could be comp'd and no. It's what the contract says. Stupid me, but lousy business and customer service. read more

Then, the following month they took 70.00 out of my bank account - even after I requested cancellation. Very unprofessional. Noticed that the other Dr graduated at Palmer!! I've been there! My old Chiro Dr Pettibon instigated one of their techniques ! So next time in town must try him too!! Love the Joint!! Maybe it was a one time thing but this was not it for my first experience at the chiropractor. I did the paperwork at the front and handed it back to the apathetic girl at the front named Ivy and she entered it all in within five minutes and I was taken around the corner to the chiropractor. She was super polite and all but it felt very rushed and impersonal; to get me on the table and out as quick as possible. I only ended up getting part of my backed popped by twisting it, which I could have done myself, and she attempted to gently pop and adjust my neck and the rest of my back. I'm only glad I spent $19 on the initial visit and didn't end up commitijg to the full prior to getting it done. Even when we were done and she told me about some practices I could do to help it sounded like someone speaking at the end of an informercial super fast, and I never received any follow up emails. If you need a quick fix I suppose this is the place. read more

I have been seeing chiropractors for over 20 years. Some chiropractors rush you in and out like a grocery store express lane and don't always take care of your needs. Other Chiropractors will give you the sales pitch stating that it will cost X amount of dollars for you to get well. I have been to some very good Chiropractors, Dr. Barnett surpasses them all. He was extremely thorough in his initial exam and adjusted areas of my body that a lot of chiropractors skip. Both he and his staff are extremely friendly and take the time to answer any questions you may have. Great experience and customer service!! I never been to a chiropractor before because I get nervous with the thought pain from back and neck adjustments. Dr. Rudy Bersani treated me so nice and was very professional. He welcomed and answered all my questions and settled my nerves. I already felt better after my first visit and learned a lot about what's going on with my body. He is very knowledgeable. I have been dealing with a lot of inflammation in my spine and neck and never realized it till he treated me. I'm so happy I went in and got treated. I couldn't turn my head left and right without being in pain so driving was kind of a problem. After treatment, I felt more mobile in my back and neck. The pops from him adjusting me was all relieving! It was a little painful but very relieving at the same time. I had no idea I was that banged up lol. I immediately bought more visits ahead of time to continue treatment. Also, I had no problem scheduling a visit. Briana was so sweet and welcoming.
