Walked into the office today barely able to turn my neck. Walked out feeling pretty awesome! Dr. Williams is skilled, empathetic, & professional. His staff is very friendly and the office is well organized & clean. Since it was my first visit, I had made an appointment a few days prior. However, I was told that all future visits would be on a walk-in basis (no appt required). The doctor listened well while I explained my health issues and he asked good questions. He gave me an adjustment and we discussed follow up care (ice, heat, etc). Then he sent me over to the masseuse for a ten minute therapeutic massage. Shocking--the ten minute massage was INCLUDED in the already low cost of my first appointment. Not only that, but I found a $10 off coupon on the EC website to lower the cost even more--Score! My only regret is that I didn't visit him sooner! I have been procrastinating my chiropractic care since my medical insurance lapsed last month. As it turns out, I didn't need to worry at all. Express Chiropractic is very reasonably priced and today's visit (without insurance) cost me less than my typical copays in the past. I love the idea of cutting out over-complicated insurance companies to free up both time & money to reduce costs. I have never been to a Chiropractor before, mainly because it made me very nervous and anxious about getting my bones cracked by a complete stranger, however, the doctors and ladies at the front desk were so nice and made me feel very comfortable. The doctor first asked me about my concerns and explained in detail what was going to happen to put me at ease. He aligned my back, cracked my neck and helped realign my hips all during the initial visit. Then they gave me a free complimentary 10 minute massage that helped with the tension in my back. Best chiropractor in town, very nice staff and they get the job done with good adjustment techniques. They have great payment plans. I just went today Wednesday and I signed up for the for the three month plan for $39 a month for up to three visits per month... And if you've never been to a chiropractor before don't be scared somebody's going to break your neck many times your neck is not even adjusted he's got this doohickey machine that vibrates your cervical vertebrae back into position and no manipulation is needed. read more

Edited Review: I had problems with my first visit, but Dr Williams went out of his way to communicate with me directly and to work me in. We all have bad days, but I have absolute respect for a SBO who sees a problem and fixes it. Now for the adjustment! Wow! I feel so much better! Obviously, you aren't fixed in one session, but I can breathe easier and can turn my head and sit straight-Er. I haven't been to the chiropractor in quite a while. Dr. Williams took his time listening to all my chief complaints. He educated me on what could be causing my pain and then did a fantastic job adjusting me and creating a treatment plan to get me back in alignment. First off i want to say I hadn't seen a chiropractor is 6 years before I decided to try Express chiropractic. So i needed an adjustment pretty bad. When you walk in the girls at the desk greeted me and were very welcoming. The Dr was also very professional and welcoming and did a great job cracking my back even though it was so tight and out of whack. My hip was also out and i no longer have pain in it since the adjustment. Not to mention the prices are AMAZING. Definitely more affordable than any chiropractor I've ever been to. I even got a follow up phone call the next day to see how i was feeling without any pressure to schedule another appointment even though it was recommended i be seen 2-3 times a week because of how out of whack my body was lol... all in all I would definitely recommend! I'd like to take a few moments to recommend a truly outstanding small business. I'd been having lower back pain for about a month, but I work long hours and drive 4 hours daily. This morning, I finally gave in, and turned the truck around, my back was really bugging me. I looked on Yelp and found this place, right up the road from home. My wife joked that I was going to, "The McDonalds", of chiropractors, because of the business name. I replied that they have all 5 star reviews in the last year, and a Doctor on staff. The reviews quickly proved themselves accurate. I made a quick call and was pleasantly surprised they could see me in only 45 minutes! What a blessing! I was met by a very pleasant, pretty, and professional secretary. She answered every question I had, and filled out some quick paperwork. The Doctor was superb. He recognized very quickly that my hips were causing this strange pain, and performed his magic. I've been adjusted before for a similar issue several times, but I stopped going because I kept having neck problems after being adjusted. Not the case this time! The Doctor was very gentle, considering what chiropractic care is. It's been about 8 hours, and I feel sooooooo much better! I asked him a ton of questions and he had great explanations. They offer continued care plans for people like me that have reoccurring issues, but they weren't real pushy about it. I didn't feel like I was getting a sales pitch.
