Let me start out with my experience then I'll explain what was the tipping point for leaving this review. My first visit I arrived early but then had to wait nearly an hour past my appointment time to be seen. I was having extensive neck pain and this was my first visit to a chiropractor. When I was finally put in a room I had to wait about another 30 mins. At a certain point at that visit Cheryl came to talk to me about what the reason for my visit was and discuss insurance with me. It was a very off putting interaction - it was like she was pitching the office to me, and explaining to me why I should be happy with my experience, as well as oversharing about her weight loss. It was just awkward, and strange. She told me how they had a bout of bad reviews and thus began giving incentives for good reviews, and how they've gotten a 5 star reputation because of that. Finally after being there 2 hours after my appointment time a chiropractor finally saw me. They were informative, but it was also a strange experience. They were talking bad about massage therapist, and again, pitching chiropractics to me. I made the choice to be there so it was just weird how hard they were seemingly trying to convince me that chiropractors/their office are good. When checking out Cheryl forced me to do this raffle where you had to guess a doctors favorite Disney movie??? Again, weird. And my next visit I arrived on time but again wanted about 45 mins before seen. I saw a female practitioner, I really liked her. She recommended I get physical therapy with them and gave me a treatment plan. My next visit I saw the physical therapist; I have a background of professional dance and found that the physical therapy was basic to the point it was pointless - things I could do at home and was equivalent to a pre-workout stretch routine. Additionally, I originally went there for a kink in my neck and I started to feel like the physical therapy and everything was a bit unnecessary??? But again this was my first time at a chiropractor so I assumed all of it was standard practice so I trusted the process. I then saw the make chiropractor, which I had scheduled with the female doctor but after my appointment they informed me she was out of town so they moved me to him. No consistency and attempt to inform me prior to the change. At that point I decided I didn't want to go back and did not book another appointment. This was in July of 2023. So now, 6 months later, no bills have been mailed to me (email or physical) and Cheryl calls me to inform me of a small outstanding balance of $28. It was apparently an amount left over that wasn't covered on my deductible. I gave her a date to call me back to discuss payment and she agreed to call me then. I work nights as a first responder and woke up on my off day to a missed call l, as well as an unauthorized deduction of $28 from huebner chiropractics on my bank statement. I called and spoke to Cheryl, I asked why she had gone through with the payment without having me authorize it first. She insisted that I said it was ok cause I had told her I got paid today????? I informed her that that is not the discussion we had, and that I did not authorize the payment, that I had told her to call me to discuss it on this date. She became very rude and insisted she had sent me a bill via email. I had not ever received a bill from them, I double checked and confirmed this. She then said she would email me one then. I asked her if she could refund the unauthorized payment until I reviewed the bill, she again, was extremely rude and said she would have to ask the provider, which I thought was strange since she is in charge of billing. She continued being rude as I asked questions such as if it's standard practice for them to withdraw funds from clientele without first providing an itemized bill. She said "it's on your insurance statement if you pay attention to those". So unprofessional and alarming that she had not only initially lied about sending an itemized bill prior to me requesting one in this conversation, but also putting the responsibility on me checking my insurance logs from BCBS to know I owe them. it's not BCBS's job or responsibility to inform me of balances due to them, it's theirs!!! The most frustrating part was I had every intention to pay the measly $28 dollars - it's just insane Cheryl dud it unauthorized and send me the bill only after I called in concern! I wouldn't recommend anyone go here and I'm convinced they only have good reviews cause, like rude/unprofessional Cheryl said - the incentivized clients leaving good reviews. read more

I came in with excruciating pain of the lower back and the neck after years of not having seen a chiropractor. Since coming to Huebner Chiropractor, they have been very attentive to all of my needs and have put me on a treatment plan that has now taken me to very low pain levels, if any. The staff is thorough and they act as a unit. I saw their sign and went in. I was welcomed right away, taken to a private room, and all my questions were answered regarding their initial evaluation, which was the next business day. Notes were taken, Dr Tibone interviewed me, and X-rays were done. My neck was stiff causing a headache and so was given electric therapy that same day. Four days later I came in for the evaluation of the X-rays. Dr Earley discussed them with me but everything from my interview and my time with Dr Tibone was communicated to Dr Earley. So I felt it was a joint effort for my care. I was adjusted with an activator (my request) and my lower back was better immediately. I look forward to further visits to maintain my care. read more

I've been coming here off and on for a couple years. They were among the first tier of providers I used for a back injury. I certainly recommend their amenities along with adjustments if you can pay or have them covered ( like massage or electric or ultrasound stim). Not covered, but highly recommended for many recoveries is their adjoining ARP Wave Therapy. I believe they even offer a free trial. At any rate, ARP Wave is awesome. I made gains where I doubt I could via any other methods ( and I've tried Airosti and bunch others). It's muscular oriented and very helpful with returning to a balanced system. Any way, try giving both sides of the business a try. I go now primarily for the ARP Wave treatment. read more

They didn't want to work with my insurance/benefits. I was told I could not get the first visit exam and get adjusted on the same appointment because insurance doesn't cover that and I would have to pay out of pocket. I got in contact with my insurance, gave them the specific codes and they said everything was covered, I explained this to Cheryl (the case manager) and she said that insurance says they cover it but they don't, which didn't make sense to me. Cheryl said that they usually separate procedures because insurance caps at $65 so basically they will make you go to all these different appointments and charge their office fee because "insurance doesn't cover it." I also have a co-pay of $35 but they charged me $50 because according to them I don't have a co-pay. I talked to my insurance while at their office and I was told my co-pay applies to chiropractors. It was a terrible experience with them wanting me to pay out of pocket and pay more than I am supposed to. I didn't stay for the exam, and I won't be coming back. I've seen chiropractors with my insurance plan and I've never had an issue. Only reason I came here is because I am pregnant and needed a prenatal chiropractor. read more

I began seeing Dr. Earley when I was about 22 weeks pregnant and experiencing lower back and hip pain, as well as sciatica. Dr. Earley is fantastic! She took time to listen to me as I described the pain I was feeling, she is incredibly knowledgeable and helped me understand reasons for the hip pain and sciatica. She also gave me "homework" to do that would compliment her treatment (yoga, stretches, etc). I continued to see Dr. Earley until my 40th week, and I credit her for getting through my pregnancy with very little pain. Additionally, I went back to Dr. Earley when I was about 8 week postpartum to help work through some hip pain I was experiencing. Her treatment has helped me get back to normal. At Dr. Earley's recommendation, I also saw Edward for a couple deep tissue massages (postpartum) and I highly recommend him! He is very thorough, and makes sure you are comfortable with the massage you receive. It is so convenient that they offer massage in the same office. The staff at Heubner Chiropractic is so nice and accommodating! I love the helpful reminders before each appointment, and rescheduling appointments was a breeze.
