I had the opportunity to work with Ryan and George when unexpectedly having to purchase a new car…read more They both made this an easy process. There was a little hiccup although Ryan quickly resolved and even had a driver send a car from Marion to Dubuque for me! Ryan provided information and stayed true to his word - which is refreshing! The only real problem I had was Clay (finance) really pushed an extended warranty. My father and I had said no multiple times. He even brought in another person to try and sell the warranty. I understand trying to sell you something, although this was a little too pushy!! Even with that, I would definitely recommend anyone buying a car to see Ryan and George at McGrath! Overall, great experience!

The Service Manager said I could make an appointment online or he would make the appointment. I ended the call. Do I want to work with a dealership that is clueless as McGrath? The BIG problem is when scheduling you don't ask my name, number, or what I drive. Do you write ANYTHING down? maybe if you did, you would remeber specific requests. We heard a bang and a scrape so immediately pulled over in to the first parking lot, which happened to be Vaughn's Automotive. We called the 24 hour emergency number and Matt came right over to help us! He patched us back together so we could safely drive until we can get a more full repair. He was competent, he was kind, he was helpful, and he was funny ... he took a bad situation and made it as good as we could've hoped for. This is a great and honest and kind man!
