I filled out a form on-line, picked a time online to drop my car off at Safelite AutoGlass, returned laler the same day and the glass had been replaced. They even moved my oil change service tag from my broken windshield to the new one. It was a very easy and convenient process. The only reason I give this a 4 instead of 5 is an issue that probably isn't related, but the timing made me question it. Two days later I drove across state and left my vehicle outside for two nights. It snowed. When I went to turn on my wipers (after what I thought was long enough for it to warm up), they would not work. They were stuck and I assumed frozen. I ended up having to take my vehicle into the dealer where they told me the wipers gears were stripped. Again, probably not related to having my windshield replaced but the timing just makes me wonder.

The issue is reliability…read more This is the second time I've used Safelite for a windshield replacement, and both experiences have been frustrating. The first time, my appointment was canceled twice. Today, it was canceled again. Based on other reviews, this seems to be a common theme. I understand that Safelite can't always control its technicians' availability, but a company this size should have a backup plan in place. Rearranging your schedule only to be canceled on, again and again, is extremely irritating. Until Safelite addresses its scheduling and staffing problems, I can't recommend them.

Anything in the middle is left where it should be - unmentioned. In the case of A-One Autoworks......it is AWESOME. I've been there twice now. But before i go on, I have to say. DON'T let the location or appearance of the place throw you off. This is a place where I've taken a Porsche and Audi to get worked done and the quality of the workmanship is impeccable (If only the swankier body shops had service as good as they looked from the outside) Price wise, I would say that you get way more than you pay for. Bill (the owner) is an unassuming bespectacled guy who you will often find with a beer in hand. He is the nicest, most honest and sincere auto body workshop owner I have ever met. Which is why I go straight to him even though it is out of the way for me and I have to cab back from the middle of nowhere(Figure of speech) He will tell you honestly what really needs to get done and how he can help you out based on your budget. I highly recommend! P.s Bring him a 6 pack of beer when you bring the car in to get work done and you'll have a friend for life! (I can't substantiate that claim but you'll know what i'm talking about when you get to it) 1 star - GREAT SERVICE 1 star - GREAT Workmanship 1 star - AWESOME Value 1 star - HONEST ADVICE (even if it means less money for him) 1 star - FEEL GOOD FEELING (after paying knowing that you didn't get taken for a ride and because you know you most probably saved at least a few hundred bucks from anywhere else THEREFORE 5 STARS*****!!

I have that audio. https://www.facebook.com/share/14kzKs9Ew4/?mibextid=wwXIfr I had to have my insurance company follow up with you to see if my car was complete. As you can see from the texts, that was on 1/6/25. I picked up my car on 1/6/25. Your statement about "not releasing" my car due to me not paying is false. I was in an insurance covered rental car. Do you really think they are going to continue to pay for my rental knowing my car is complete? Not once did I deny to pay my bill, which was only my deductible, mind you. You stated you couldn't waive the deductible because that's illegal. I never asked you to waive it. Also, where did you get the information that I had auto body work done and didn't return to that shop? Because that is also false. This is my first claim. I've had the same insurance company since 2012. Should I contact my insurance company and get my claim information/history? And you saying I tried to take advantage of a small business? Far from, again, I chose your business because of the number of years you have been in service. I chose to shop local and support a small business.
