They detailed the company trucks as well as my personal truck and boat. Wow do they do an amazing job. Over 10 years ago, I bought my first car as an adult. It was used, but in perfect shape, and someone suggested I have it rust proofed. I called around, and most places charged $500 or more, but Madison Auto Trim was around $300 at the time. I got the complete package, with mud flaps. It required the car be left overnight. That car never had any issues with rust. After having owned several cars that DID have issues with rust, I decided my next used car would get the rust proofing package again. I called Madison Auto Trim. The bad news was that now, over a decade later, the same package now costs $600. The good news is it no longer requires being left overnight. I called around again, most of the other places had kept their prices the same ($500-700) but no one else had any openings, so I stuck with where I knew. My appointment was at 3pm and they told me it could take as long as 2 hours. Surprisingly, I was done by 3.40pm. I wont know any time soon if it works as well as last time, but the service was excellent. I deducted one star because they went from being the most affordable option to somewhere in the middle. read more

My husband had leather/heated seats installed as well as automatic start. His truck basically looks brand new! They did a fantastic job. I then had apple CarPlay installed in my vehicle and they took their time to show me how to use it. Twice, in the past month I have had problems with my remote start(not installed by them), and they had me come in and quickly were able to look at it and get it going. This last time they gave me a new fob which seemed to have fixed the issue. Highly recommend them for your vehicle needs. Very friendly, reliable, great work and great prices! A few months back I had 3 vehicles from work interior detailed here. The cars are used frequently and by several different people so they tend to get a little, ahem, funky inside. I was very pleased with the quality of work done as well as the pricing of the service. When I called to make the appointments they were able to get me in right away as well which was great. They were very friendly on the phone, and the folks I interacted with in the store were also very nice and easy to chat with. Madison Auto Trim is awesome! We recently purchased a used F-150 from out of state. We were happy with the truck. However, the dealership didn't put a lot of effort into cleaning it. So we took our vehicle to Madison Auto Trim. I was shocked! The truck looked and smelled brand new. Since this was our first truck purchase, we wanted to add some additional features. But we didn't know what we wanted to do. So the friendly and knowledgeable staff listened to us and recommended a few features. So glad we did. It took our F-150 to the next level. If you don't have a tailgate light bar you need to go Madison Auto Trim. It makes a big difference when backing in the dark and having others see you. Since this was a used truck the bed walls and floor were all scratched up. Madison Auto Trim sprayed in a liner and now our bed looks amazing! Very happy we did it. We also added a cover to the bed. It's easy to use and will keep the bed clean. Great addition! Lastly, Madison Auto Trim tinted the windows. Tinted windows on a black truck really looks cool. I had some window tint added to the front 2 windows on my vehicles and the inside detailed. The tint was done perfectly, an awesome job. The detail made my car like new again. Well worth the $99. Did a terrible job at undercoating my brand new truck. You would think when applying this to a new 60k+ truck they would take a little pride in their work and not over spray. Large gobs and drip marks everywhere. Just a poor job. Didn't tape off the running boards or the front bumper which left speckles of spray all over them. Very disappointing. Brought my Camaro in to be detailed, when they were done the outside was ok, they didn't do my rims. The inside was a mess, they wiped down the window with something that left a film or haze over it and I had to clean it the next morning. The gauges had the same film which makes me believe they used the same rag for everything. Told them about it and they told me they were busy but I could bring it back it.... Really? read more

I had a hitch installed last summer and the initial installation was done incorrectly so i had to return to have it fixed. Only the second time I used it, it didn't work and now I'm back for a third time. Each time they made we wait hours longer than they had initially estimated. I've had to speak to the owner, Ron, several times. Each time he's been argumentative and condescending. Do not take your business here. I hope it's the last time I have to interact with them. read more

We have a car with a breathalyzer in it that needed some work, as it wasn't starting. Had to take it to MAT since they installed it. My son picked up the car, and two miles down the road, it stalled on him. This was after they supposedly fixed it! They had to come out while we were still in the parking lot to jump start it. Before that even happened though, they had the car for well over a week, and my son was calling them almost daily as they never kept in touch with him. He finally got a call from someone saying they were the manager and threatened him that they would have the car towed if he didn't come and get it. They never called him to let him know it was ready! We decided to take his car elsewhere to have it fixed this time and they said it may have to go back to MAT. I don't think so. I will pay any amount to have it fixed CORRECTLY anywhere else. This place is a joke. If I could give it negative stars, I would. read more

The customer service at M.A.T. Is laughable. They installed a spray on bed liner on my truck (which I'm happy with). 1st problem, I had to call to find out if my truck was done, which it was and had been sitting ready for who knows how long. 2nd when I got my 4 day old truck home, I opened my tailgate and both rubber tailgate stoppers fell off. I called and talked to a manager, he told me to come back to the shop to get it fixed. I told him I would and that I was not happy having to spend an hour round trip drive to have them fix something that should have been noticed right away. When I got to their shop, i asked for the guy who I had talked to on the phone, Ron. Ron told me to ask for him when I got there, he didn't even come out to address the problems and sent out an employee to fix the tailgate stoppers, which was an easy 2 minute fix (why was the truck sent out if it was so easy to fix?). I told the guy how unhappy I was that I had to waste an hour of my time to get this fixed and his response was (huh huh sorry about that). 3rd my truck was filthy after picking it up, tailgate, bumper and both rear fenders covered in dust from sanding the bed down. 4th I emailed them telling them my problems and didn't get an email back. So today I went into the shop and spoke with a manager and voiced all of my problems, his offer to me was a free car wash, I turned his offer down due to that I didn't want any of the employees by my truck after such horrible service. And then to top it off, I wrote a Facebook review and hours later they turned off their reviews. All in all, I'm happy with my bed liner but would never do business with them again. read more
