Showed up for AAA tow. Not sure what happened but they just left without contacting me or letting me know why. I would've paid to have the vehicle towed if they let me know that AAA AAA wouldn't cover it. The driver I did get to come from another company, said that Skyway towing drivers routinely, flip him the bird on the road. I definitely felt like the driver was flipping me the bird. I was just inside the building and he had my cell phone and didn't give me the courtesy of a phone call he just disappeared. Consider your options. AAA, you can do better. read more

Rude and angry woman when u call beware she is the worst kind of human. I was the victim of car theft and this woman was making it as hard as she could for me to claim my truck and basically wanted $750 for the 1st day and they of course got the truck on fri morning. All in all it cost me $1500 to get it back after it was recovered from the thrives. Skyway towing is a band of preditors that do not care for their customers or community. read more

This vehicle was not running and needed to be dropped in the bay, which led to a spiteful reaction from the driver who just wanted to drop it in the parking lot and leave. Inn July, my radiator blew up at Costco. Driver showed up within an hour, and flat-bedded my car home to Magalia. Real nice guy and very friendly. Tonight, 10/24/2021, a rock slide on the Magalia Skyway `S' turns hit me and blew out my front tire (bent the rim). I had to drive 2 miles on a flat due to rain and power outage to get to Fast Trip on Skyway. AAA said 1-2 hours. Skyway Tow was there within 15 minutes. It was the owner in the truck.Turns out he too was a Beemer owner. Very polite, very friendly, and had spare on in 5 minutes. Thank you Skyway Tow. read more

Shady! You'll know what I mean when AAA sends them your way. Can they do the job? Yes, but you'll be left with the feeling that thier attitude and customer service is clearly not a concern since they pretty much have the contract with AAA for this area. Prepare to be unsatisfied with these guys. They are straight up disrespectful. How about a some good ole' fashion "we're here too help" attitude rather than "I have better things to do" attitude. read more

Felt the need to throw my opinion in here as well, needed a tow for a vehicle I bought. Lady at the front desk was short and to the point which might rub some people the wrong way but she was still friendly enough. After having to cancel the first day due to paperwork issues, she was still friendly and had my information ready to go the next day. Driver showed up a good 15 minutes early before our scheduled time got the car loaded and we were gone before he was even supposed to be there. Only minor quibble I had is that after the fact I realized I was supposed to get the first 5 miles free, but judging by the bill I did not, though I m also not sure what mileage he showed so no biggie. I think the majority of bad opinions come from AAA customers, and to be honest its no secret that AAA is a pretty lousy company to tow for so maybe that's the problem there ? Overall they got the job done right and at a reasonable price, I d use them again. read more

Where do I start... So I call the paradise office and talk with some woman who by the end of the conversation turned out to be very rude. Anyways, I go to get my personal belongings from the car. Upon opening my trunk I notice my speaker box and am are not there, and after further search, my stereo and rear deck speakers are also missing. After retrieving what little property I had left, there were other items missing as well. Don't get me wrong, I do appreciate them letting me get my personal things, but at the same time, none of my personal stuff should be removed from the vehicle. So in my opinion they have a thief working for them. I will be consulting an attorney in the morning. Service was horrible. read more

Outstanding service from the operator who bent over backwards to help me on a Sunday afternoon when my car died.

I didn't realize that Skyway Towing did not do off road tows, but apparently the lady on the phone thought I should have known that. She was extremely rude and short with me. I had explained that I barely had service and asked for a number to a towing company that could help us, but was promptly hung up on. Not only horrible customer service, but that lady also lacked any basic human compassion. I would strongly recommend staying away from this company. read more

Terrible!! Don't use this business if you can possibly avoid it. They damaged our car during a tow and have refused to fix it. They are extremely rude to customers. I was lucky to get skyway towing twice when I had to call my insurance for roadside assistance. The first time I called was on a Friday evening, my keys got stuck in my ignition. Everything we tried; turning steering wheel, shifting gears, holding the brake, lubricating inside it...nothing would get my key out. Bill thought it was the battery, so he tried jumping it to start the car and try to get the key out that way. No such luck! He reluctantly told me he couldn't tow my car that night because he didn't bring the correct vehicle for it...plus it was a pretty busy night. I wasn't worried about it, I said I would call the next day. Got a different employee and I forgot his name but he was a very nice gentleman as well. He towed my car no problem and gave me and my nephew a ride to where we were going. I appreciate so much that they did their very best to help me out in this godforsaken heat! I was in a local smog shop on Thu 1/28/16. One of the drivers from Skyway Towing had a vehicle that did not pass. He throw a fit, got aggressive with the ladies inside, who by the way do NOTHING with the vehicles. This driver proceeded to tell the ladies that basically "I work for Skyway Towing, and I am going to tell my customers not to come here." Very UNprofessional, and not very smart because if the smog shop wanted to, they could do the same thing. I WILL NOT USE SKYWAY TOWING DUE TO THIS ONE DRIVER! read more
