Brad at NorCal was able to fit us in right away and do a thorough check for a very reasonable price and spent enough time with me afterwards to answer all my questions. We went to Auto Zone and purchased a battery however they could not install it for us, due to a car part that was partially over the battery. I would've paid to have the vehicle towed if they let me know that AAA AAA wouldn't cover it. The driver I did get to come from another company, said that Skyway towing drivers routinely, flip him the bird on the road. I definitely felt like the driver was flipping me the bird. I was just inside the building and he had my cell phone and didn't give me the courtesy of a phone call he just disappeared. Consider your options. AAA, you can do better.
