I went if for a Cobb salad, to my surprise- the salad was missing the hard oiled eggs. I inquired on this and was informed that theirs doesn't not carry eggs. Had to get side order of eggs. My general knowledge of Cobb salads is that egg is a staple. There was no fun added ingredients so I feel like this should not be called a Cobb salad as ghat is misleading . I came here looking for some yummy breakfast on a cold day in the Bronx. We were pleasantly surprised by how efficient and quick the service was. We had our drinks quick and the coffee was not watered down. It was nice and toasty inside which felt nice after being cold from outside. The servers knew the menu which is always nice because they could recommend their favorites or most popular items. My husband and I ordered the 2 eggs any style and it came with toast and hash browns or you could sub for other items as well. Both our meals were good and we had no complaints on anything. I would usually see the diner very empty all the time except for today. So my husband, my baby and I decided to give it a try. The food is good, they give a good portion, the coffee could have been better but that's just me being picky about coffee. The place is very clean and staff is very organized. You get greeted by a friendly host and the waiter we had was amazing. She was friendly, check on us multiple times, and had a good pace to her service. Definitely worth trying. read more

The food was average. But what I'm going to talk about is a worker there. I went with my mother and as soon as we sit down, this busboy(?). I honestly don't know what to name him because he didn't have a notepad but he brought our drinks. I tell him I want chocolate milk. He gives me a look as if I spoke in Korean. He leaves and bring back my moms coffee and says what did I order. I repeat again. He gives me that confused look-again. He finally brings me it. I want to say every 8 minuets he would come by and ask if everything's ok. We say yes. Then he would come back and repeat the same thing. It became a nuisance. Then he came and reeked of alcohol. Which explains why he's like this. While the waitress just came by 2 times to ask if everything is fine. Then he comes up and asks if I'm my moms daughter. Well duh. He told mom she's beautiful while I'm even more beautiful. There's a time and place for this. This was not one of those times. I was very uncomfortable. going to give an honest review on this one since the reviews here seem kind of suspect. I have been trying to find a place that serves good grits and this place came up. I have to say some of the food is okay..its decent that's it. When I first ordered, I asked for 2 orders of grits when i got it it was open and spilled all over the bag. I was livid because I was hungry an and felt outed of my money. I called back explained the situation and they re-sent it packaged right free of charge.Either way my mood was soured. The grits is fine but kind of hard the rest of the food is oily and lack luster. My co-workers & I started ordering on a consistent basis! I originally found the restaurant on Seamless & this has become our go-to lunch spot. Typical diner food - in a totally non-greasy way. The girls usually order the salads & sandwiches & the guys in our office rave about the meat and burger portions. Our delivery time is usually 30 mins & the delivery people are always friendly and on-time. My personal favorite is the shrimp quesadilla - it's a really big portion (two people usually share a plate). It's very well crafted, feta cheese & generous amount of shrimp. read more

Hot chocolate was perfect, just hot enough to not burn your tongue lol and the coffee is good aswell. I've been there twice and the menu items are a hit or miss. ATMOSPHERE: The inside of the diner looks nice, it's clean and the booths are very spacious easily fitting 3-4 people on each side. It was the perfect setting for conversation, not too loud or quiet even with every seat filled.
