At my recent visit, I…read morewas looking into antenna wires for my new TV set, was met with a floor sales associate who was pretty resourceful and recommended a few brands available for purchase. Tech associate also gave some advice on how to install the wires on the particular product easy and time saving. At the end of my transaction; sales associate did try to sell a few additional add-on items to me (I wasn't bother by it though). Overall, this branch has a lot of products in stock

DO NOT schedule any IPhone related repairs with this Best Buy's Geek Squad…read more I had initially scheduled an IPhone battery replacement through Apple's website for the afternoon, but was told to reschedule for the following day due to the person in charge of IPhone repairs not being in at the time. I was fine with this, and came back the next day for my now rescheduled appointment. The appointment ended up taking ~4 hours, which, although longer than what was stated on Apple's website regarding authorized repair spots, was still fine. Immediately after picking up my phone from them, I had noticed that my phone was strangely hot, but assumed I was just imagining things. After arriving home, my phone began to drastically overheat, turn off out of nowhere, and its camera and FaceID stopped working completely. The person in charge of IPhone repairs had either replaced my phone's battery with a faulty one, or had simply damaged the insides of my phone during repair. How do you manage this as someone who is paid to do IPhone repairs on the daily? I have since gotten a replacement phone through Apple's warranty and will likely never schedule a service with Best Buy's Geek Squad again. I truly feel as though I could have done a better (and faster) job myself by ordering an IFixit kit.

Unfortunately the delivery experience was frustrating. I was told during the sale that setup would be completed at delivery, but when the first delivery team arrived they said they did not have authorization to install it. This required scheduling a second visit and taking additional time off work. When I called the store to resolve the issue, the manager (Ralph) was dismissive and argumentative rather than focused on resolving the problem or maintaining the customer relationship. The haul-away fee was eventually refunded, but the interaction felt more like an attempt to end the conversation than to actually make things right. I also emailed the corporate customer service address listed online (customerservice@pcrichard.com) and never received a response. The mattress itself is great, but after spending over $2,200 I expected a much more customer-focused experience. Good product, but the way the issue was handled is the reason I wouldn't return

Then I decided to try PC Richard & Son, and I'm so glad I did. When I called the Bay Ridge location, Mr. B answered the phone. I explained what had happened, and he couldn't have been nicer. He told me he could order me the same unit at the same price, and installation would be no problem. They even offered the same 0% financing option. The whole process was easy. I ordered the unit over the phone in about 15 minutes. PC Richard & Son sent two teams: one to make sure the washer/dryer would fit down my stairs and into the closet, and another for installation. Albert, a Licensed Master Plumber, and his colleague Christian installed my gas dryer quickly and correctly. They were professional and friendly and did a great job. Couple days after installation, Mr. B called to tell me the unit I bought had just gone on sale and that he was refunding my credit card $54.44. I have never had a store call me on their own to give me a refund after a sale. That really impressed me. Mr. B, you are the best. You've earned a customer for life. I also want to mention Ralph, another associate who was just as friendly and helpful. If you're shopping for appliances, skip the big box stores and call PC Richard & Son in Bay Ridge. Ask for Mr. B -- you'll be glad you did!

They have a good variety of items and everything is well-stocked. The prices are decent, and we found what we needed. I was hoping to see more cute ornaments and holiday decorations. But there wasn't much in that section, mainly lights and outdoors decorations. However, they do have plenty of Christmas trees and plants on display and in stock.

But the woman at the return counter made the whole thing awkward; no greeting, no "thanks," just a weird attitude and she made a comment about me returning a pre-cut blind. Her coworker came to her side and they started talking about my return. I ordered these online the day before which came the way it was. It was uncomfortable and super unprofessional. Then I headed to the blinds section to find the right size, but no one was there. I had to go to the appliance section just to ask for help, and someone had to call over the blinds staff. When someone finally showed up, she was at least polite at first and tried to help, which I appreciated. I explained I needed the same type of lever so it would match my other blinds. She said she couldn't tell without opening boxes (which she wasn't allowed to do), and casually mentioned that sometimes people steal the levers. That already made me feel uneasy. She mentioned "follow me, maybe we can find a box that is opened to check if the leaver is the same size." eventually found a opened box that she can check if the lever size was the same. She thought the leaver was the same, but I noticed it looked smaller -- maybe a couple centimeters off. I asked if she was sure it would fit. She started getting passive aggressive and insisted me to get this one and guaranteed that I'll fit. IT DIDN'T FIT!! It was totally the wrong size, and now I'm stuck hiring someone to fix the whole situation. The whole experience felt rushed, careless, and lacking basic customer service. It was a simple errand that turned into a headache. I won't be back to this location unless I absolutely have to.
