I attended City Forum for 4 hours of team building and professional development for work. Our team received an itinerary with 2 Rechargeable cards- one for the attractions and the other for games. We enjoyed bowling at Pints and Pins Bowling Lounge, ate a catered lunch from Miss Lucille's, played a friendly competition of mini golf laser tag, rode the go-karts and dark ride- that were my favorites and indulged in a few arcade games. A huge shot out to the staff, who did a fantastic job ensuring we all had a great time, and the marketing director, who explained the intricacies of how computer science and various marketing strategies keep City Forum operational and profitable on a day-to-day basis.

The food was the best part to me, as we would always get the large cheese pizza and buffalo wings. Always super hot, tasted fresh and flavorful. The bowling portion needs some serious maintenance bc the balls would constantly get stuck, the lane screen would freeze, we would have to reset the pins frequently and the employees would have to repeatedly go down the lane to get balls. I hope they update the place soon!

They have a system where you pay ahead online and reserve your lane for however many games you want they only give you 30 minutes per game. They were just three of us and we would have finished in 30 minutes for both our games but at least 15 to 20 times our ball was stuck so we were delayed getting our ball back along with again over 10 times the pins were stuck in the air and weren't coming back down. The family beside us which had three lanes shared the ball release lane with us, so they were buzzing them through their little system there which would stall their clock, but not ours therefore we didn't get to finish our second game When I tried to talk to two different people at the counter, especially a middle-aged woman there obviously she could care less, she was very robotic, would not budge on giving us our last two go rounds on our game nor a refund and said because every time we had a delay the clock stopped, which was not true yet I found out from the people next to me which had a large group they were given 10 extra minutes after their clock ran out to finish their game, even though their clock had been stopping every time they hit the button for trouble That's how you wanna spend your time constantly calling for help Nothing was consistent or smooth Janky place! Needless to say, what a waste of money, so frustrating even when you would try to be nice they were completely disregarding the situation when all along it was their fault, yet they'll take your money, it is extremely overpriced plus now to rent shoes it is $4.50 plus tax Used to it was $2.50 They're taking advantage of every person they can!

Instead, it played out as three games total where we bowled against each other. Still a little fuzzy on how that math worked out, but it is what it is. Drinks were on the pricier side -- expect to pay around $4-$7 for a single bottled beer, which felt a bit steep for the vibe. That said, the place was super clean, the staff was friendly, and the overall bowling experience was solid. Would definitely come back -- just with a better game plan next time!

There is so much to do here! They had a roller skating rink, laser tag, arcade games, bumper cars, a bungee jump thingy, a bowling alley and a bar area with pool tables for the grown ups. My mother-in-law bought the kids the unlimited wristbands (excludes the arcade games and bowling.) They spent the majority of their time between the bungee jump and bumper cars. The arcade was pretty typical; spend $40 on games to win $3 worth in prizes. But hey, it's all in good fun. The place is pretty well maintained and clean. The employees were friendly. The hubby and father-in-law enjoyed a game of pool while they waited for the kids. This is definitely a place for fun for the whole family. Tip: this would be a great place to have a birthday party!

When we arrived, nobody was at the Kid Check station -- the area where they stamp kids and parents to ensure safety when leaving. That's a huge concern, since that's the main system to make sure kids don't walk out with the wrong person. My kids were excited about the new trampoline zone, but we were told it was closed because "someone wasn't there" since they were cleaning for closing -- even though closing wasn't for another 3 hours. Then, before we left, I watched as they opened the trampoline area for another couple and their kids after the manager said, "We have no choice, they paid for it." So apparently, it can open -- that was frustrating and unfair. On top of that, a lot of the arcade machines weren't working, which made it hard for the kids to even use their play cards. The only positive part of the visit was the nice lady at the counter who gave my kids a toy from the prize station when they were disappointed. She honestly saved the visit from being a total loss. Overall, this location needs serious improvement in management, safety, and customer service. I wouldn't recommend this Chuck E. Cheese until they fix these issues.
