She had to be ask on several occasions for refills on drinks, wait time on our food ,etc. Alcoholic drinks aren't posted on menu which definitely needs to be. The food here was just all around not great, we had a group of 9 and most ppl got different menu items and not one person loved theirs. Our food came out before our drinks (almost 30mins later) and the menus were sticky. We had a reservation (the restaurant was not busy when we arrived) and they still didn't have a table available when we got there, we ended up having to help the host push tables together for our party. With a 2.6 star on Yelp, I was very skeptical to go to D&B. However, this is where my son wanted to go to for his 32nd birthday. Overall, our party of over 12 had a very positive experience. We were able to take advantage of their happy hour. They had numerous mixed drinks, beers and appetizers options for $5. Amazing!! We all shared wings, sliders, fries, flatbread pizza and fried pickles. All of which were above my expectations based on many negative reviews, I read. Overall, I thought the food was very good and the fried pickles were fantabulous. Our server was ok. Not sure if she was off her game. We had to ask her several time for waters she forgot we ordered. A few drinks ordered during happy hour came up at regular price because they were entered late. This was corrected by management (thank you). Lessons learned, check your bill. Don't just swipe and pay. D&B automatically puts an 18% gratuity on the bill (fair practice especially large groups) but, be careful not to double tip when it prompts you unless that is what you want. Lastly, D&B offers a 15% discount to military, veterans, and first responders. Unfortunately, my entire party missed out on that because we learned after paying. read more

I went here on July 18 about 10pm and we sat the second bar in the game area. My husband, sister, and I wanted to order drinks, we thought they only had one bartender so I was being patient but other bartenders walked right passed us without acknowledging us. I had to put my hand up before the one that walked passed us a few times and didn't want to make eye contact came over and got our order and after that when we wanted food another bartender took care of us but the one had a really nasty attitude towards is for no reason and it was my sister bday weekend, she just got off on the plane and we wanted to enjoy ourselves. To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to report an incident that occurred on March 27, 2026, at your Dave & Buster's location, as well as the lack of appropriate follow-up from your management team. My family and I visited your establishment to celebrate my daughter's birthday. We purchased four $55 game passes and ordered food, spending approximately $450. While we were in the arcade area enjoying our time, my 4-year-old granddaughter had an accident and needed to be changed. We exited through the mall-side doors in an attempt to find her a change of clothes. Unfortunately, all the stores were closed. To avoid taking her out into the cold while she was wet, I called my 16-year-old daughter, who was still inside, and asked her to open the same door so we could re-enter quickly. At that point, Security Guard J. Knight physically grabbed my minor daughter by the arm and pushed her out the door. This was completely unacceptable and frightening. There was no attempt to handle the situation calmly or professionally--he immediately put his hands on a child. This caused significant distress to my daughter and our entire family. During this interaction, the security guard was yelling that this was "private property" and that we were being kicked out. He made it very clear that he did not care about the situation with my granddaughter, despite her being a small child who had just had an accident and needed help. His behavior showed a complete lack of compassion and professionalism. We then had to walk around to the main entrance to re-enter the building. After we came back inside, the same security guard approached us again and began arguing. At that point, my husband stepped in and attempted to calmly de-escalate the situation and speak with him respectfully. However, this did not help, and instead the situation intensified further due to the security guard's continued aggressive behavior. His actions escalated an already stressful situation. At that point, I was genuinely scared and just wanted to get my family out of there safely. Because of this incident, our visit was cut extremely short. We only got to play approximately 30 minutes of games before being forced to leave, despite spending a significant amount of money for what was supposed to be a special celebration. The night of the incident, my husband spoke with a manager regarding what had occurred. This manager assured us that we would receive a full refund. He took my husband's receipt, along with his email address and phone number, and stated that he would follow up. This was the first manager we spoke with regarding this situation. However, we never received any follow-up communication, nor did we receive the promised refund. Additionally, on Saturday, I contacted Dave & Buster's and spoke directly with Jessica Johnson, the General Manager. She informed me that she would review the camera footage and follow up with me by the end of the day on Monday, March 30th. Unfortunately, I did not receive any communication from her as promised. I made another attempt to follow up by calling at approximately 4:30 PM on Monday, but was told she was not available. Since then, I have not received a return call, and my concerns have been effectively dismissed. I have made multiple attempts to reach someone regarding this matter, yet no one has responded appropriately or taken accountability for the situation. To make matters worse, we were also told there had already been complaints about this same security guard that evening, which is extremely concerning. Days later I did get to speak with someone. We are not getting our refund and we were told there was no videos of the incident. This is very are to believe as this happened at an entry door and again at the entrance to the arcade from the restaurant area. Main location that cameras would be installed. Security guard J Knight put his hands on my daughter, pushed her out of the door then afterwards approached us again to continue his aggressive bullying of myself and family. Lying manager that told my husband a refund would be granted. My family was assaulted, belittled, yelled at, threatened, and lied to. Not the night we planned for our older daughter's birthday. We will never be back to Dave & Buster's (Nashville, TN). read more

Spending two night at the Gaylord Opryland Resort in Nashville and decided to check out the local D&Bs. Shared an appetizer, had lots of drinks and played a bunch of competitive sports games. Despite wearing masks to fight COVID, it was a great afternoon. There is a good menu and a variety of drinks. Our experience was bad, and we ended up skipping the gaming area as a result. I was served rotten tomatoes, literally. And, they brought me a bill for the rotted food I returned to the kitchen. There's two options in the Summer heat...either be by the pool or lake or stay indoors. D&B was the perfect way for us to pass an afternoon indoors to beat the heat (and beat game levels) and we had so much fun here. Yes, it is loud. Yes, it isn't cheap. But you know what you're getting and the employees here were incredibly nice. We got a couple beers and some nachos which were good. They have an ordering system where you pick out and pay online and then they bring the food and drinks to your table when it's ready. Each table has a unique QR code you scan so they know where to bring it. Although we came on a weekend it wasn't overly crowded and we didn't have trouble finding games to play. Since it's located at Opry Mills you also have the option of dining elsewhere or walking around and shopping too. This big kid approves! read more
